Awful rude staff members ,overcharged for a cold meal deal and basically told " tough"Then had to argue to get my money back.sort of place you wipe your feet on the way out but don't trip over the rats feasting in the overfilled bins. Avoid the place ,likewise Greggs needs to educate their staff members in politeness and customer courtesy.

My grandson accidentally threw his cards he got in his happy meal in the bin and the manager refused to give him some more, so we had to go through the bin to get them out. She was so very rude and laughed at us whist moaning at her staff about us. Was actually a seriel experience. Will never be returning! The young lad working on the floor was so appoligetic! This woman should certainly not work with the public! But being a manager is unbelievable.... This is how to bring a business into the ground by hiring egotistical people.
