Bought meat and potato pie Steak pie a d fresh cream scone Steak pie was all burnt on the crust and all underneath It was not steak more like mince beef poor quality wont be going back

Spent £40 never had a response - food came and was raw chicken - went to the shop to take it back as no one answered the phone. Shop was shut down lights off nothing inside? Food must be being cooked in someone’s kitchen at home and not where the hygiene rating is from?🤢🤢 scruffs

Placed a takeaway order and the order was delivered quickly and was hot. We ordered beef in Cantonese sauce and the sauce was watery and had no taste at all. We have ordered this before and it has been very hit and miss but tonight was the worst that we have had.

Sugary desserts offered every day to primary school children doesn't make Metro Fresh a healthy caterer. There should be at least 3 days out of 5 where only healthy snacks are offered as dessert and not 0 out of 5

sound but the showers in the rooms are very poor no pressure but recently upgraded.
