Was given the wrong doughnuts on the order.

very disappointed.. very expensive and when I went to see my food there was hardly any egg inside the bread

Food was good! Got an extra cookie so I’m super happy

Ordered food at 12:12, for it to turn up at 1:35 freezing cold, not happy at all, and would like a full refund please!

Greggs is usually a great breakfast choice, however if you’re ordering baps with extra fillings then they seem to forget to put them on but still charge you for them

whole order was wrong - didn’t deliver some items. Phone up to speak to them and the woman who answered was rude and hung up. JustEat won’t help either. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

My order come through wrong but it wasn’t the drivers fault but she went out of her way and sorted the mistake out even tho it wasn’t her to blame

Ordered a tea and they just sent a cup of water no tea bag.

They forgot one of the hot chocolates

No sausages left so put two sausage rolls in with the order and the bacon was stone cold in the baps and in my opinion under cooked

Baguette was half baked or not baked at all. looks like it's wad microwaved; soggy and white so had to put it in paninin press myself. Hash browns were undercooked as well. Tea was missing milk and sugar! I've also ordered a coffee with syrup and syrup was missed completely. I will leave my southern fried baguette to surprise me at lunch time. what a mess this order was!!

The HOT wedges were only just about WARM.

Restful place to eat, the food tastes good and is great for lunchtime 😋 Great for all the family while out shopping.

Good for quick snacking if you're hungry. The lady at the till was lovely.

Swapped sandwich but didn't inform me.

Order was supposed to be delivered at 20 to 2, the location of the restraunt is 5 minutes away from this location and delivery driver drove 10 minutes away in the wrong direction, went straight past location and food is cold, abysmal.

Ordered my food 8.38 the app never updated to say courier at the restaurant or on the map. To then be updated it had been delivered. No order has arrived.

I had 2 packs of wedges and only 1 pack of chicken I'm owed money

Delivered late and was old and seemed really stale. I didd not have any sausage rolls whih was all my grandson wanted. I have really been turned off ordering.

it was all stone cold, don't like cold bacon butty, it's a shame because there normally nice, I was so poorly in middle of night and next morning x

it was for my sons birthday breakfast food was freezing ended up in bin realy disappointing

Not sure who is at fault but half of my order was missing. 3x pepperoni pizza missing from order

Order was missing two items but other than that it was good.

Cold again wedges are freezing and pizza is cold

Food was an hour later and arrived cold all just eat could refund me was £6 from a £20 order

Good was lovely could get any better was delivered on time but was missing 2 items off the list when phoned got told they couldn’t deliver items had to claim a refund & order again which to me is wrong as it’s not our fault it wasn’t delivered. What if someone had ordered their food only had enough money for that meal and didn’t get the main item!! I will order from here again but if not full order I won’t be after

My order was placed at 12.50pm and I received it at 14.15 and the food was stone cold and the drink was very disappointed with gregs.

Forgot one pack of the yum yums.

All food arrived but cold. Would order again though.

Both steak and chicken slices seemed very bland today and they forgot to pack potato wedges. Disappointing as usuallly very good

Order was correct and full we enjoyed it only one criticism you put the chocolate caramel shortbread on hot food so the chocolate melted to packed that's the only thing

I ordered this Greggs and it was posted for delivery between 10:55 and 11:01. The food arrived at 11:20 which I am not pleased about. The food came cold which was probably not Greggs’ fault but the delivery time. I have now had to bin most of the food and had to get my mother to bring me something as the food was inedible

Received x4 cold sausage roll packs when I ordered 4 individual hot ones

Was expecting the bare minimum with food being lukewarm however it was piping hot when it got here the whole family was happy.

Typical Greggs, staff need to oos items on Just eat machine more often, 2 items I ordered had to be swapped, warm sausage roll, baguette and wedges though so can't complain. Delivered on time but driver did not ring correct buzzer so potential for theft.

Would of give 0 stars if possible!!! Accepted order, said my order had been delivered yet no food to then be told my order wasn’t even coming and I have to wait 7 days for my money back!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service

Very warm and fresh food. Next time be advisable not to place warm food in same boxes as cakes donuts. Much better quality and warmth of food from other local stores

Pizza was black and burnt not margarita Cookies were burnt and could smell them from outside box, From a brand new store I won’t be ordering again
