Amazing pizza, amazing beer and amazing service! The pizzas were all amazing and priced very well. the staff took care of everything and despite it being very busy, we were treated so very well.

Usually go to ballyhackamore store but we were in the area so ended up in greens Lisburn road, and wow! All staff were lovely, but the our server ( I think her name was Sasha?) went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. It was my partners birthday and she brought a candle down with our desserts (without being asked to) which was a lovely gesture. There was an issue with one of our pizzas being made wrong and she dealt with it in an incredibly professional manner, even though she appears to be quite young! We love ballyhackamore because of how welcoming the staff are, but we received the same warm welcome here too, and were kept up to date every step of the way, whether it was when our table would be ready or if we needed more drinks before our pizzas came out. Couldn’t recommend greens enough, even with the occasional order mishap

Excellent fresh pizza & fantastic value

Usually go to Ballyhackamore but closed on Mondays. This place is a world away. Place was freezing. Staff just chatting to pizza chef. One girl picking her ear several times. Service non existent. Not checked once. Left most of it. Waste of money.

Greens never disappoints. The staff were helpful, fun and perfect in every way. The star of the show was obviously the pizza though and wow, it was amazing. We all ordered our own pizzas and each one was deemed to be simply delicious! I was there with my wife and another young couple who loved the food. Another nice touch was the quality craft beer on offer, certainly a refreshing change to the usual mass produced "Spanish" and "Italian" beer that everyone else offers. A lovely craft beer made in Belfast certainly hit the spot with the hearty, tasty and topping heavy pizza!

First time here, on a recommendation, and glad I went. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and food was very tasty. Will certainly be back.

Went for dinner. Got wings and pizza. Heard lots of good rumours of their food being lovely. The wings were disgusting. Coated in some form or batter but no actually sauce. And had nicer pizzas from lidl, got bacon on the pizza and it was full slices of bacon you would get with a fry not even remotely cut up. Staff were excellent.

I went to Greens on Saturday 30th of September 2023 with my wife and another couple. Our server was amazing and could not do enough for us. The pizzas arrived quite quickly and the smell was divine. The taste was nothing short of sensational! My wife and her friend enjoyed a few glasses of Prosecco while I enjoyed a delightful IPA made by a local Belfast brewery ( Boundry Brewing) It was nice to see a Belfast business support another in this way. Our food was amazing, very tasty and so fresh. I cannot recommend Greens enough as the prices were very reasonable for what is easily the best pizza I have ever had. Our companions had recently returned from Italy and they said that Greens beat the pizzas they had in Italy. We will be back again for sure. Thank you to everyone who was working in Greens when I last visited

My gluten-free and vegan/dairy-free brethren: you will be in love with this place. This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had, let alone gluten-free and vegan. The crust was delicious, the vegan cheese was to die for. Beautiful place to eat in with courteous and friendly staff.

The seats are church pews. Hard and uncomfortable, the pizza was tiny and way overpriced. I spent over 100 pounds on a meal that was worth about 40. They should take a red face for charging the price they do for their subpar food.

Very expensive for what you get. I used to eat here a lot when I lived closer and it was great value and amazing food. Returned for the first time in years and payed near £30 for two small pizzas and two drinks. The first pizza was a margarita which was “just ok” and for my pizza I got two addition toppings but when it came it clearly needed more time in the oven to fully cook. Overall just very disappointing, we were in a rush so we just ate up and left but we wouldn’t go back based off the price and food quality.

Went Thursday night. Long wait at r table which was ok place was busy. Atmosphere has gone down. Ordered r usual dragons tongue & salad then half and half as I am veggie hubby meat eater. The salad 🥗 and garlic bread was sitting on counter the chef fluffed up lettuce on top then followed by waitress who just cleared tables this was right in front of us. The pizza arrived not half half ham over both sides big pieces of bacon on top of meat feast no thought had to return hubby finished by time mine ready. Pizzas not same been going here since 2007 drove 30 miles return wouldn’t recommend. Nothing offered for their mistakes eg free drink etc. Disappointed management don’t respond to negative or positive comments obviously don’t care. Was my fav restaurant sadly won’t return.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated, waited another hour to get the first starter. Mediocre food in small portions. Not worth the wait.

Service is outstanding. The waiter was more than great. The Cajun chicken penne pasta was delicious. The cheese bread is a must have. The meaty mighty pizza has an overflow of ingredients. Highly recommend this place.

Greens never disappoints. Potato wedges to die for, so light, so fluffy. Italian salad is awesome and the pizzas never disappoint. Fresh quality produce makes the difference. It's byob but you have m&s next door. So as long as you like warm white wine it's ok. Otherwise bring it from home I'll be back.

Will never be back. Poor customer service. The food was awful, honestly I would never say that about anywhere but it wasn't nice and not worth paying a premium for. Avoid at all costs

Just paid nearly £27 for the smallest pizza and garlic bread with salad. I’ve heard of shrinkflation but this is a bloody disgrace! The pizza was no bigger than my hand and they are charging £15 for this? They should be ashamed and I can tell you I’ll never be back with those prices and shrinkage.

Substandard pizza that is not worth the long wait --------Do not go here unless you like waiting over 2 hours on inferior food. We arrived at 4.40 pm, 4 adults 2 teens and 2 young kids. We had been pre pandemic and it was great. What a turn around. You cannot book, which we knew, so we were told it would be 30 minute wait and no it was 55 minutes! However, there were free tables besides the bathrooms so we don't know why we had to wait 55 minutes. So when seated we ordered straight away; 3 starters and all the mains. We asked for them to bring things out when they are ready as the young kids were hungry. Fast forward 6.40pm kids still have not got there mini pizzas! My wife had to go and ask where the food was - at this stage the women at the table behind us was also complaining, where was her pizza and why was it taking over an hour, apparently the food is done as you order and the 'machine' had to make it ?? So after my wife chasing the kids pizza they came out 80 minutes after the kids ordered the 6 inch pepperoni, they were burnt with enough tomato puree to stave of scurvy well into the kids adulthood. Then over the course of the next 20 minutes we got the adult pizzas - Needless to say the food was just as sub par. The excuse the server gave us was, ..'sorry the kitchen is really busy.' If you are thinking of a trip here, buy a dominos save yourself the long wait, disappointment and cost.

Understaffed. A passive agreesoce overworked server shouldn’t be a diner’s experience but it was. Saying that I couldn’t fault the server watching how many tables she was in charge of having previously been a waitress myself For three Mums who don’t often get out and are spending money- we could have got better service in every other restaurant in ballyhackamore so we won’t be back. I think you should staff your restaurant properly

Great pizza! Lovely staff. Corkage a bit dear on the wine. Nearly £4 per bottle. No real complaints but I find the wooden pews a bit uncomfortable. Very tight around the stomach!

Greens always good but always thought it was great .pizza's were quite small didn't fill me as they use to ,but were very reasonably priced .staff very nice .would be happy to pay a bit more for a wee bit extra but will go back .

I love Greens Pizza. I've been going my whole life. Last time however, I came with my I fantastic son 3 weeks ago and we sat for almost half an hour waiting to be served. As any parent knows, you have a finite amount of time that a 4 month old will be asleep or calm sitting in the same place, so we just had to walk out. From what I could see there was one waiter for the whole place and it was a fairly busy Sunday. Green's, you need to address this issue if you want to keep customers. Cutting back on waiting staff to bare minimum is not the way to save money, I know it's a difficult economy, but this is the worst way of going about counteracting it. You are giving your customers who pay your bills a bad experience. I'd bet in the next 6 months you'll start to notice a decline in clientele and be wondering why. Well this is it. Food is normally great which is why this isn't a 1 star review, but fix this or I will not be back, and I will no longer be recommending you to anyone.

Arrived at a very busy time. We had booked but still had to wait a good while for our food. Food was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The fry chicken wings we ordered is pretty good, and you may need to wait for 15-20m to enjoy the chicken wings. We also waited for about 40m for one pizza. It is a ok pizza, but it is not good enough for the 40m waiting.

Very good. I don't really rate pizza but my kids love it so we went here and I had the best pizza ever. Bit pricie but you get what you pay for

Visited Greens Pizzeria having been before and loved it however was left majorly disappointed. Although our server was lovely when we were seated and took our order promptly when the food arrived we were disgusted. My partners pizza came out half cooked, cheese barely melted, toppings slapped on and not cut up and the sweet corn was cold and wet as though it had been thrown on at the very end. Absolutely Vile! We complained and sent the pizza back saying it was barely cooked and it was brought back out to us saying that’s the way the chef makes them? Not to mention our side order of wedges didn’t arrive until after myself and my partner finished my small, okay pizza. He barely touched his due to how disgusting it was and when we went up to pay I mentioned this and was told “oh really, well that’s the way the chef makes them, it’s because the pizzas are made fresh” although nothing about those toppings looked fresh to me.🤢 packet chicken, pre cooked bacon, tinned sweet corn and cheese slices that you could clearly see because they were barely melted. Honestly wished I refused to pay but there didn’t seem to be a manager about and was getting no where with the waitress. Will never, ever be back…

Decided to visit on Saturday night as had been having cocktails at the Chelsea opposite. What a disappointment. Left waiting ages for glasses for our wine at least 20 mins or so to take our order and waited ages on it coming. Pizzas no where near as nice as other (cheaper) places I’ve been too .. very little toppings and the pasta was cold… staff seemed all over the place . Won’t be back

Service really poor. No apology for the long wait for our food. They were serving tables that had ordered after us and clearly had forgot our table. If we had received an apology or even an acknowledgment that we’d waited for far too long, I’d have no complaint. But they didn’t care. Pizzas were ok. Pizza express next door deliver better service and pizzas.

Really disappointed on my second attempt to get into greens. After a great meal out there back in November I thought why not try and get in. I had arrived 15 minutes early to be put on a half an hour wait list to have food with some friends. This wasn’t a problem as I appreciate things can get busy in the service industry. Half an hour passed and I could see two free cleaned down tables. So I ask the staff if our table is ready to be told “no not yet wait a bit more”. A entire hour in total passes whilst I’m standing there looking at these two tables so we decided to leave and go next door where we were seated immediately. And spoken too like we weren’t a inconvenience. It seems Greens care more about their delivery service then actually investing in people that walk in? Either way that’s the third and final time I will try and eat there. It’s a shame because the foods good but the staff have a poor attitude.

Spent ten minutes on website placing an order to be told at the end no delivery spaces. Phoned shop to be told they don’t deliver on Thursdays, well why did the website ask first question for my postcode instead of wasting my time? Update your website and stop being stupid

Great fresh pizza fast friendly service and reasonably priced

We loved going here in years past and wanted to treat kids. We placed our straightforward order for 4 pizzas with one to have extra mushrooms. We wanted to order chicken wings but told a 20 minute wait! We also ordered garlic bread. Maybe I expected too much to want to have the bacon chopped up? .. It literally was flopped on top of the pizza and large slices of pineapple which obviously filled up space. Portions were definitely not even average. There was just no finesse or care taken with the prep and I'm no cook! Of course no mushrooms as ordered on the pizza! Like seriously. The garlic bread was just a folded piece of dough with no taste whatsoever. To get their smallest pizza 10 inch starting at over £14 was a waste of money. Our bill was £90. I will never be back and to the people waiting to get in.. God love them. Save your money and go to Lidl or tesco for pizza or even better make it yourself because it will definitely be better than here.

The pizza is not good at all and very expensive. Very oily and fat, with sweet cheap ketchup instead of tomatoe sauce on the base. Very small size as well. I don't recommend it.

We had a take away last night Greens Pasta and another pasta dish and that’s literally what we got PASTA PENNE with sauce. The other ingredients were extremely minimal to non existent. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Great wee spot for pizza, we celebrated my daughter's birthday there recently. Really super friendly staff who came out singing happy birthday with a cake we supplied. When ordering food I thought I ordered a regular cheeseburger but of course it came out as a pizza, well it would do in a pizza restaurant lol. I have to say it was great. The starters were ok, but everything after that was not good. The orders were messed up and when they came were awful. Raw pasta! Raw spinach on top of a pizza! The staff couldn't have cared less.

One of Belfast’s best pizza experience. I had the olive oil based special. Would be 5 star only they can’t decide if they are sit in or takeout. The staff were excellent and explained that due to high takeout demand our pizzas would be 20 to 30 minutes. Food was excellent, service first class and all staff very friendly.

Absolutely shocking food from Greens Pizza. They have gone down the drain. The dragons tongue looks like it was fresh 2 days ago and the "large" Diavol for 13 quid is a joke. The "spreadable sausage" is not even discernible. How to ruin a solid reputation. Best part was the Diet Coke. Pity, used to be great

Smallest large pizza in the world, especially for the price

Garlic bread has no garlic butter in it I love this product and order from this restaurant a lot Only reason I get from there is the unusual usually delicious garlic bread Don’t know if I will again Very disappointing

Wrong items delivered and unedible not able to redeliver, was told I would get a refund of just eat and if I called into the restaurant the next day I would get a free pizza, just eat are refusing refund as when they contacted the restaurant whatever they where told they don't think I have to get my money back,

Took over 2 hours for it to arrive and it arrived cold

The medium margarita pizza with black olives was clearly burnt and should never have left the restaurant. Extremely disappointing and simply not good enough.

Placed an order worth £26. When the pizza got delivered it was a pepperoni pizza that I can’t eat because I’m veggie. Phoned the restaurant and they couldn’t do anything about it and I couldn’t place an order wjth them directly because they are fully booked. Called just eat and I have to send pictures of a pizza that I don’t even want and I can’t get a refund for 48-72 hours yet the money only took seconds to come out. Worst service I’ve ever received by both party’s and won’t ever use greens pizza or just eat ever again.

Before the lockdown we would have thought Greens was a safe space for catch ups and a lovely dinner. Tonight’s experience was woeful, we ordered at 17:20 and the food came at 19:30. We were warned the delivery time might be longer than usual and we were okay with that, however, we were updated that the “driver had been assigned” for 50 minutes and the driver that “had been assigned” made no attempt to get to the next stage: the restaurant. Once we grew really tired (not really being people to complain, only once angered like this) it was nearly 2 hours later and we phoned the restaurant. The girl that picked up from Greens Pizzeria told us that SEVERAL drivers had cancelled after saying they would pick up our order and it had once again been put in the oven waiting on them to come. The next driver was fortunately with her now and she insisted it would be on the way soon. When the food came it was lukewarm and not to the standard of the Greens Pizzeria that we know, everything was clearly put in the oven again to preserve the heat but this ruined the outcome of a every inch of our meal. We are not happy, we don’t think this is acceptable even with a lockdown no one should wait for 2 hours for not good quality food that is down the road. You lost a big vote from us today and that’s a vote from everyone we know as well.

As with all restaurants we miss going love greens pizza the freshness of the ingredients their salad and dressing is a favourite of mine,il def order another treat soon..🍕❤😋

Ordered a takeaway from here recently, pizza very overpriced for what it is, cost 40 pound for two small pizzas and garlic bread. Wouldn’t mind paying if it was a little larger! Arrived on time and was very nice.

Received our order confirmation (and were charged for the meal of course) at 6:54. The food arrived after 9:30. Ridiculous. it is a five minute drive to our house from greens, and yet the food was cold when it arrived - maybe they cooked it at 6:54, who knows. It was also disappointing not to get the side bits with the meal, like the celery and bleu cheese with our wings.

Decided to give it a second chance with some friends. They charge very high prices for basic bland food. They need to up the quality and reduce the prices.

Just spent over £40 on a takeaway. It arrived 2 hours after I placed the order. Not even an update provided from restaurant. Tried to call several times and eventually got through to a lady who advised they were busy. We ordered 2 garlic breads...

Driver took ages to accept order. Food could have arrived way earlier than it eventually did. Not the restaurants fault.

Delicious food, worth every penny! The chilli and bacon pasta is gorgeous, I never usually get pasta as a takeaway but it's unbelievable, so tasty, and the dragon's tongue supreme is amazing! Top notch!

This is my third attempt to make a complaint about just eat, not about the restaurant. My pizza had obviously been dropped or been sitting on its side as when it arrived the toppings had all fallen to one side. Twice I have phoned Just eat, twice I have been told that I would receive a voucher for the amount of the pizza as it was inedible. Please respond to my complaint. This is unacceptable.

Create your own pizza option with loads of vegan toppings and all the bases are vegan too! Really welcoming in spite of current restrictions and COVID safe practises
