Food arrived cold even though we live local, Curry sauce was missing from order and we paid for it phoned the shop there reply was to pop in and get it ? If we wanted to pop in and get it we wouldn’t of placed an order in the first place probably would of been better the food might of been hot

Food cold, missing items. No choice of sauces on kebabs. Unlikely to order again.

Waited over 1hr for the food and when it was delivered it was cold and dry batter on fish was not cooked had to warm everything up in microwave pitta bread was hard on the kebab salad was very sparse

The price did not reflect the small portion at all and the large wasn't worth it..why are the portions so small,,we definitely won't order again very disappointed

If you haven't got enough drivers don't take the orders, people want their food at a particular time that's why they book early. Just eats fault not the restaurant.

When I order I always have the same and they miss things out

paid £1.70 for a can of doctor pepper didn't arrive with order then opened my food and they couldn't even get that right!!!! didn't even seem bothered when I rang them just said what do you want me to do !!! we don't have a car .. seriously will never ever ever ever recommend this place to anyone absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service

We visited Greenlands whilst staying at a hotel nearby the NEC Birmingham as our puppy was competing at Crufts 2024. There are no thrills or frills with Greenlands but everything else was first class from price to quality of food. Mushy peas had a taste maybe only applicable to Brummies but the fish and chips delicious. Service was polite and efficient. Pricing was so much cheaper than Kent. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

Food was cold despite being without the delivery window. Meals are small. We had large fish and mini fish yet the fish didn't look any difference in size. The Donner meat and chips was also on the smaller side compared to other places.

Ordered curry sauce never got it and shocked by price increases

The chips was rock hard and the kebab burger bun was stale. Had many orders from here and never had a problem. I always order the lamb kebab in pitta bread. Never had problem. Thought I’d have something different was terrible.

The food seemed like it was rushed together and sloppy. The chips weren't great, unlike how they usually are. They seemed to be like the last bits of what was cooked. Silly price for what you get too. Also, the delivery driver on arrival he hugged me and after handing the food he wanted a hi5. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. He shouldn't do that, especially going in for a hug without permission, that can set of trauma in people. VERY weird.

Overcooked fish. KEBAB WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. NORMAL CHICKEN ORDERD I GOT TIKA SCRAPS . A WASTE OF MONEY.

The food very good and the kebab portion are really good value. The Fish was not quite as crispy as I like on the batter, but it was still really nice. For £20 in this day and age I was really impressed.

I ordered a wrap and in the notes said could I have salad and mint sauce on it turned up no salad and curry sauce tried ringing but constantly engaged so it went in the bin

I was staying at the Birmingham Metropole Hilton and they had closed the restaurant, it was proving impossible to order food without a huge amount of faff and I found I could order in. I am glad I did - it was just the right amount of food, the fish was great, the mushy peas were a bit watery but overall it was really good. There was excellent communication by the driver who made my getting my order straightforward. I may be up here again in the future and if so…. I am ordering from here agai

Walked in met by a bearded Asian guy with flip-flops on, baseball cap on half side ways on his phone looking half baked , he had his hand down his trousers feeling cocky , after ordering i noticed he turned his back and picked his nose then picked my tray up using same hand I instantly cancelled order and got a full refund and went to IDEAL CHIPSHOP just around the corner

Order from this chip shop all the time never had an issue until today. Donner meat and chips came and there was nothing in the the tray. Paid £7.50 for a large and wasn't even a small. No salad either. Called the restaurant to be greeted by a really rude person. Stating well its in a large tray yes but the tray was empty. Told nothing they can do even though the complaint is about the tiny portion size told to complain to uber eats.

Iv never had a problem with this chippy what so ever but I ordered online and they accepted the order the order was ready to collect but then shut the shop and took my money with no refund 😒

Got my order wrong twice after going back to tell them and we are all feeling poorly. Chips were soggy, everything else tasted dry. Disappointed for the price we paid (£16 for 2 meals). Definitely won’t be going back

Rip off , doner meat and chips £4.40 I asked if the meat can go in a pitta bread he said that will be £5.40 . Then come to pay there was no chips he said that’s extra . Work that one out . Hardly any meat but packed with salad that was in the sun all day . Proper rip off prices

The price was expensive for what I bought. The mini fish was so mini, it disintegrated as I unwrapped it. There was more stuck to the paper than I actually ate. Some of the chips were hard. First and last visit.

Ordered two mixed chicken kabab meat in a tray. The one lot of chicken in both of them was full of fat. Will not be ordering again 😕

Superb friendly service and lovely quality cod that is cooked perfectly. Got a phone call prior to delivery advising one item not available, so suggested an alternative. Excellent customer service.

Didn't enjoy this meal at all,the chips were inedible the batter on scallops & sausage in batter was all stuck to the wrapping so we didn't eat those,total waste of money and definitely won't be ordering again

Chips were great, one bag was piping hot and one was warm to hot, not sure why. Scallops were really greasy. I will buy from here again.
