Ordered my food at 8.33 today and at 9.05 had to reorder the food as they gave my order to some one else its chaos in here too many staff that does not know what they are doing NO Organisation

My delivery took a while but that’s understandable as some are celebrating Eid today and some tomorrow.My food was nice though,all was nice and hot,chips wasn’t greasy at all and I had a 10 piece chicken bucket and all pieces of chicken were lovely.

It was on time but it took to long to be delivered I waited for my order for little over an hour and the driver also forgot o give me an item from my order.

we orderde food at 5.30 and it came at 19.46 food was nearly cold we only live 5 miles away not very impressed

Ordered for 6.30 it didn’t arrive for almost 2 hours. My chicken naan had onions in it which I’m allergic too. Both chips were cold and the donor meat was cold and I asked for Diet Coke and Coke and they gave us both rubicon mango full sugar pop

order was not delivered but app tells me to enjoy my food. How can it be delivered without an order no or last 4 of my phone no! Then you can't call the shop as the mailbox is full. Shocking service!

Had a delivery from deliveroo, my pizza was raw at the base. Phoned Big Johns he blamed the driver. I had delivery because no transport, told me if i bring it up will swap, explained again was raw not got a car and will go to H&S. Disgraceful service, how can you blame a driver for the cooking. So two people eat i don't.

we placed an order from big johns waited 30 minutes for delivery the they only delivered chips ,we phoned up and waited 45 minutesfor the rest of my order ,total rubbish

Big John's is a busy place and even though the delivery was late the food was hot to which was brilliant. I can certainly say that I do understand that big John's are a very busy place so as long as the food is delivered hot I'll be pleased still

Furious, I know it’s only food, but after a long shift I drive through the drive through ordered a dinner in pitta amongst other items. Got home and the kebab not chilli, mayo, salad! and filled 1/2 not full! Luckily my lads order was ok, but going to have find somewhere else cause they are going down hill!

MY FOOD HASNT EVEN ARRIVED AFTER SAYING IT HAS. NO PHONECALL. NO ONE HAS CALLED MY BUZZER OR KNOCKED MY DOOR. I AM FUMING. I ORDERED THE FOOD AT 18:15 it is now 19:40 no food. No one is answering the phone and we are without a meal.

Food is alright, staff don't have the best English. Just Eat drivers flood the place. Its loud inside and hard to hear each other at busier times. The best thing about this place is the way out.

never been so disappointed when ordering from big johns, pizzas where cold, 20inch thin crust, cheese pizza, you would think what could go wrong.... not only cold but was thick crust so kids wouldn't even eat it, next to no sauce under the cheese so it was really dry, no one in the house would eat it so that went in the bin, the smaller pizza had no onion or bbq chicken, may as well have just ordered Pepperoni, and it was cold, ordered sauce that we never received because the driver lost it.

1st time ever from big johns my food was so cold chicken meat and chips even the onion rings and popcorn chicken never ever known cold food from there was disappointed

Overall good food like normal, however one of our items was wrong but only a little item so nothing major.

Pizza was overcooked on the top and undercooked in the middle. Chips were cold and soggy. The only saving grace with the wings was that they were free. Completely underwhelming.

Can anyone see the issue with my £11 fish and chips? Called the store to say the whole fish is MISSING and the only way to fix it is to drive all the way back and talk to the duty manager? Ridiculous service. Thanks, guys.

Ordered at the drive through had to wait and then they couldn't even get the order right never received some of the food, would never go back as after waiting 15-20 minutes for food you would have thought they could at least get the order right

Went through the drive through tonight, got told to park up and they would bring our order,after about a 15 min wait they brought it. Got home to find a burger missing called the number to complain and got through to a call centre who would pass on a message. NEVER AGAIN will you get my custom Big Johns

Haven’t had a big johns in a long time. Had mixed kebab in Naan and kebab and chips. Loads of meat and all hot and fresh 👌🏻

Ordered of just eat (a big order) and the food at this branch is disgusting. Chips all black, chicken tastes off food cold

Asked for a cone of chips which was £2.45 so I said very expensive, turns round and says its Big Johns. Asked for Salt and no vinegar and abit of ketchup on top, said another 60p so I said dont worry about it and asked how come you guys put ketchup, mayo and chilli at no extra cost on donner meat? Said he doesnt know? Never put salt on either! Brilliant!

I've been going there since it used to be chunky's and was a regular customer having worked across the way moons ago!! Still Big John's is consistent with portions, products etc etc..... Several changes over the years for the better!! Prices are still a little cheaper to other local fryers too!
