Left out my drink, delivery took an hour.

delivery driver and big John's both said they delivered the food ans apparently given to me! at my door! I had the ring door bell on the, half hour before it should of even been delivered!!!! then laughed in My face and said he gave the food to a neighbour but then said he gave it me?!

Speedy delivery, food was all hot n fresh, highly recommend

Will never order again; have me one less drink which I did not even order. Old chips and portion size for donner and chips not enough for a child. Felt like I was ripped off. Lesson learnt

Please bring back the 6 nuggets and chips!

perfect! Delicious fresh food delivered early

3 pizza deal ordered but 1 with just meat, 1 just cheese, 1 chicken and veg, they put all toppings across all 3 pizzas, we had 1 vegetarian who could eat anything but chips. tried to contact to complain but kept being told store would call back (provided another number on second call to them) but never got a callback. very disappointing as usually good service

Food wasn't as advertised and was super salty, contacted just eat and the stores response was unsatisfactory and just eat haven't yet responded

🌟 **Very Good Food, But Terrible Service** 🌟 I recently visited this fast food joint, and the food was absolutely delicious. The flavours were on point, and I couldn't get enough of their signature burger. However, my positive experience took a nosedive when it came to the staff. 👎 **Rude and Inept Staff** 👎 The staff members were shockingly rude and unprofessional. When they botched my order by forgetting to make it, I politely pointed it out. But instead of apologizing or rectifying the mistake, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Not a great first impression, to say the least. 🗑️ **Food in the Bin? Seriously?** 🗑️ To top it off, when I challenged them further, they threw my food in the bin! Yes, you read that right. Rather than admitting their error or offering a solution, they wasted perfectly good food. It's hard to believe how unreasonable they were. In summary, while the food is worth a visit, be prepared for an unpleasant encounter with the staff. Hopefully, they'll improve their customer service soon! 🍔🙅‍♂️

Hardly any donner meat the box was full of salad and a decent amount of chips and looked old .

I put in a special request for fresh chips I was sent burnt cold hard chips. Food was cold and all went in the bin. Save your money don’t waste it here.

I placed an order on just eat I made a special request pleas can I have Fresh chips as my son has autism. Delivery arrived and food was cold and disgusting burnt chips. Called the customer service he tried to make it out I am a liar and food is Fresh. Save yor money don’t order from here.

Very very bad experience ordered 12 inch pizza and peri peri burger online from app and chips cant beleive how bad chips were and burger and pizza burger was like boiled chicken pattie with no taste will never and ever order again

Most tasteless fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It also stunk my car out with fish smell even though I had no fish. 🤔. Chips and pizza weee eadable. Won’t be going again.a lot of better alternatives out there. Big John brand is slowly fading away.

The chicken is really lovely, better than KFC but the chips were disgusting - tasted like last nights that had been re warmed , and were brown too and just tasted vile. Those weren’t eaten .

Chips were dark brown, full of oil and soggy. Fish was really oily. Wasn’t expecting this a big Johns is normally really nice.

Right. Been coming here for about 4 years now to this location. Started off well portion sizes. Customer Service eveything was well. Recently portion sizes have drastically reduced. 8£ for mixed meat and chip/nan whatever you get 4 strips on donner kebab and about 6 peices od chicken kebab. Can't follow simple instructions when you ask for specific peice of chicken and they say 'yeah yeah' but get home to it being something else. Plenty of time they have given me less items. Most times I did go back and get it sorted but shouldn't be happening. Staff there emotionless look bored half asleep. Can't speak English properly well not even enough to take your order. I've had to many negative experiences. Please sort them out as soon and respect your customers. Thanks.

Food is always cold. Lots of people working there but always a wait. Prices keep creeping up. Quality isn't what it use to be, flavour of the chicken doesn't taste as nice as it use to be when they first opened.

not only did they give me the wrong food. they forgot 3 items and one missing chicken wing after calling the number. the person promised all this would be rectified. 4 hours later I'm still waiting while throwing up. has to be the worse food ever

My driver did forget my soda... but immediately turned his car around and drove back to the restaurant to get it for me, fully completing the order 5m later. I was left a very satisfied customer and I'd like to praise him for going the extra mile when he could have just taken the easy option and told me to go get compensated for missing items. Thank you sir, I will be back again!

Very poor and slow service. All tables were dirty I asked if member of staff can clean however they didn’t clean. Wouldn’t come back again ever.

food took about 2 hours to come and im not sure why. Dissapointed as used before with no issues , taste was good just a shame about prolonged delivery. milkshake was good would recommend that

It was nice but my curry sauce tub was all bent and lid was off so most of the sauce was in the bag so that wasted, but food was nice

Food would of been top notch if they would cut down on the salt they use (sodium overload). The food was lovely, just a little less salt 👍. Had my order delivered in 20 mins 👍 piping hot 🔥 thanks again and will recommend.

45 mins late I called there office to complain then I get a call from someone's mobile to say they had to take it bk to give me fresh food due to it being late whe. it arrived the food looked like it was just heated up in the microwave as it was too dry when opening it wasn't even edable went to another chip shop which I didn't want to leave the house to get fresh food I have put a complaint and would like my money back

Food nice, bit cold but there was no drink or dip as per the meal choice. Also the curry sauce and mushy pea sauce had spilled everywhere so we didn't get any apart from what was scrapped out of the bag - the lids were not on. Shame.

Ordered 3 seekh kebabs which were rock solid and smelled really off. Shame the quality has dropped as I visited every time I was in that area.

Nice and big plenty of seating area, reasonable car park. Prices are high will give 4* over all can't complain. Mayonnaise is very rich.

What a waste of £45. Burgers were small with 4 bites it’s finished. No salad added. What you are paying is fancy packaging. No taste to the peri peri burger.

Big John's was ooookay. I went into to get some fried chicken, I saw the fried chicken on the display and it didn't look appetising. I went in for the masala fish and chips, which was actually good. Prices were reasonable. It was nice to see someone cleaning the floor and seats but some how missed my table and we had to eat on a dirty table. They were little tight on the tissues and sauce. Overall, it was oookay.

The slowest fast food I have ever waited for. Like headless chickens serving food. More concerned doing everything else than serving food. Only customer in the shop yet they have 5 workers at the front with little to no interest for how long you have been waiting

If I could review this based on the amount of food that was delivered, it would be 0. The delivery driver had delivered this to the wrong address. The bloke working at the call centre who is there to help kept telling me to ignore the fact that it said it was delivered and that it would eventually arrive. It never. He seemed more concerned about putting the phone down rather than helping. The manager of the store seemed a nice bloke and helped me with my refund (kind of). He did tell me that the store is closing and that they couldn’t rearrange the delivery an hour and a half before closing. The loaded chips are lovely but they are not great when they don’t arrive. If I was to recommend something to improve the experience, I would say that the delivery driver should probably deliver the food. Pros: It makes your mates stay at your house longer Cons: Hunger

In sides section it says you get drink and chips with deal but didn't get it but the rest order right but you missed that deal if you don't get chips and drink with side deal then you need to updating it because it does say you get but it definitely need changing

The food is actually not bad they have improved massively over the years but the only thing that puts me off is the service, I have had a few orders delivered and to be fair they was fairly quick and the orders were correct, however, I had decided to go and collect an order a few weeks back just to speed things up a little bit and I got there a couple minutes after I was notified that my food was ready to collect, so when I arrived I went to the counter and they only just starting making my food and asking me what else I have ordered and I was telling them I've ordered online and it says ready to collect, they just ignored that I had told them this still asking what I had ordered so I thought I'm not going to cause a scene or anything and just explained what I had pre ordered, after about 10 minutes of waiting for them to complete my order which should of been ready to take straight away, I checked everything and there was a whole meal missing out of the bag so I had taken it back in and told them and without exaggerating I was standing there for another good 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be seen to, I told them numerous times that my food is going cold and someone needs to hurry up and make this extra meal for me and eventually they done it. As I said this was the first time I went in to collect and I have not yet had an issue with the delivery service, hopefully it was just a bad day and a one off for them but on the whole I think it's bad in the fact that I waited about 25 minutes from ordering to the time I received the ready to collect message and then had to wait a further 25 to 30 mins after that when it should of been ready when they text me, and to be missing a meal out of there it was clearly just a really unorganized mess and the staff didn't have a clue how to treat customers, It would of been quicker to just have the delivery and not have had the trouble of driving out just to have the exact same time delivery would of taken. So yes, the food was good, but just not the service in the restaurant!

Ordered pizza, swift service. Chef was just a chef….not much input or engagement. Toppings were very portion controlled, not generous. Sauce was rationed, although a free pot was given.
