Good value for money. Tasty food, generous portions, and not expensive, considering it is close to major visitor attractions

A friend introduced me to this place several years ago and they are so good I have visited pretty much every time I have been been passing since then. I have really missed them during lockdown. They have a wide variety of cold salads and hot food. While the individual items don't appear to change the range means it is easy to have a completely different meal each time. The hot roasted cauliflower is amazing (and you still have to arrive early to get it). Very good value, friendly, and efficient. Now taking card payments.

Grab & Go es una excelente barra de ensaladas con muchas opciones recién preparadas. Ofrecen tres tamaños de bañera a un precio razonable y puede llenarlos desde la selección de ensaladas frías o desde el mostrador de platos calientes. Durante el clima más cálido se ponen muy ocupados, así que vale la pena llegar a tiempo.

It's under £5 for a large salad box. There are lots of healthy options like chilis lentils sweetcorn tabouleh. Best to get there early lunchtime or around 2pm latest as the food is low by then, and this is really a lunchtime place only
