Good value for money. Tasty food, generous portions, and not expensive, considering it is close to major visitor attractions

A friend introduced me to this place several years ago and they are so good I have visited pretty much every time I have been been passing since then. I have really missed them during lockdown. They have a wide variety of cold salads and hot food. While the individual items don't appear to change the range means it is easy to have a completely different meal each time. The hot roasted cauliflower is amazing (and you still have to arrive early to get it). Very good value, friendly, and efficient. Now taking card payments.

Grab & Go is a great salad bar with plenty of freshly prepared choices. They offer three tub sizes at a reasonable price and you can fill them either from the cold salad selection or the hot counter. During warmer weather they get very busy so worth getting there in good time.

Grab and Go terletak di kawasan Victoria, sederet dengan penjaja makan siang cepat saji lainnya. Kedai ini tidak memiliki ruang makan dan hanya melayani pembelian untuk dibawa pulang. Pembeli bebas memilih makanan yang disukai sesuai dengan porsi yang dipesan, dari kecil hingga besar. Rasa makanannya cenderung hambar dan kurang segar.

It's under £5 for a large salad box. There are lots of healthy options like chilis lentils sweetcorn tabouleh. Best to get there early lunchtime or around 2pm latest as the food is low by then, and this is really a lunchtime place only
