Good Burger And Steak in Welwyn Hatfield

I'm a man who appreciates Ironic humour, however to call this place Good burger is like calling catching a covid a health choice or swimming in the North sea in January, pleasantly exhilarating. Everything from this food store is the cheapest possible produce stuck together in a damp bun and presented in a way that suggests you are a prisoner of war in an old Vietnam movie. The only thing missing from the painfulness of this experience was the bamboo shoots inside by fingernail trick. Frankly you would rather have bamboo shuved under your fingernails than to eat the stench they call a good burger. That's the kind of assault you need to be ready to receive if you are brave enough to buy food here. My Grandfather fought in Burma. If you were injured they would leave you behind with a bottle of water and two bullets in your gun. The first bullet was for an enemy the second was for yourself. I'd rather go through that then eat here again.

absolutely disgusting, me and my partner ordered food from here, after the delivery time was pushed back to nearly 2 hours after initial order, the food turned up (via a just eat rider) in an over packed ripped soggy bag both burgers looked like the were just thrown together and were soggy and dripping with grease or water, the chips (which we didn't order) were anemic and looked like they had been boiled rather than fried and the onion rings were cold. upon ringing the stor I was told that if I didn't like it to call just eat to get a partial refund (which we are pursuing) I then decided to walk to town to return to food and get a replacement, but after a heated conversation with the 'manager' I left empty handed. I was told that the quality of the food was fine and that plenty of people have it and don't complain.. will never be ordering from here again or pizza go go as the customer service stinks and the staff are oblivious to what good food truly is 0*

Used to love ordering food from here, as the burgers were really nice, but now I think it's disgusting how they have upped the prices, and having to pay for items to have on your burger, haven't ordered from them since they have done that

I like their burgers and especially the jalapeno cream cheese side but that is all the positive that I can say. Their website is managed by a company that is dissolved so they can't manage bugs. Their phone operator can hardly speak English, rude and far from being customer friendly. They refuse to confirm anything in writing including cancellation of the order or refund and I just hope that they will refund the order that they have not delivered today as they refuse to confirm that in writing. Not sure what happens if the refund does not happen and I need to contact them with no evidence about what happened.

So this Gud burger staff use another company's premises - Pizza go go, dodgy in itself, but they are rude and refuse to provide receipts to clients. I was asked to perform a mystery shopping task and the comments are true. They are as bad as you can get unless you enjoy rude people.

Burger was really undercooked, not comfortable with eating it. They refused to resend or offer a refund at all. Shocking, avoid at all costs!

1 star is generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered through just eat and they sent the wrong burger. Refused refund, was loud and ignorant whilst I tried explaining the situation.

Grim. Waited over an hour and a half for the food to arrive (45 mins late).. the burgers were all wet on the bottom, sides were cold and ended up throwing the lot in the bin. Having spoken to the restaurant a couple of times on the phone, they refused a refund and Just Eat ended up compensating me out of their own pocket. Avoid this place at all costs!

Manager on phone cannot understand any english, asking me how my hot wings were after i told him 10 times i had received someone else’s order and haven’t received any hot wings that i ordered it was like a movie script the way he was ignoring what I was saying. No care in this company. Needs to be kicked off just eat. Just eat wont refund me for the delivery fee, joke. Imagine I had to pay delivery fee for food i didnt eat. JOKE ABSOLUTE JOKE! Manager needs to be sacked only cares about finishing on time. Driver had no sympathy and refused to come get it and deliver the correct items when I called him. Food was burnt, fries were unsalted and WAAAAAY overpriced for what they were selling. The "brownies" was actually one brownie and was incredibly small for £3. It was attrocious. My local chippy does better food than this place. It's also infringing on other places with a similar name up in London "Good Burger". Honestly I'm surprised this place hasn't been put out of business. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered and paid, waited 90 minutes before calling several times. No answer. 30 minutes after that they closed. 30 minutes after closing time still not heard from them. It’s now 30 minutes pasted midnight, my money has gone out of my account, I’m starving and cannot order from anywhere else as “Gud Burger” has my money and if I did have the money the other places are closed now. Very disappointed and annoyed with this place

The fries which i got was very dry as its being made dats before. Burger price was 7£ and the thing i got is a just a patty and bun. The burger is not worth the price.

Don’t order from here the food is nothing like it describes. The crispy fried chicken burger is actually grilled chicken breast and the ‘chorizo’ is pizza pepperoni slices. It is disgusting and was made at Pizza GoGo

The food is disgusting!! They have a bad hygiene rating and they customer service is horrible. They make fake reviews on Just Eat under the name on Aneroy You can get the same meal from Asda for 50p all you have to do is go home and burn it and put it in the fridge for hour and then eat it

BEST BURGER, FRIES & SHAKE IVE HAD IN AGES!!! Honestly, the burgers are freshly made and they are made with love! The fries are super nice and so are their wings and halluomi sticks. Best part is washing it down with their vanilla or salted caramel milkshakes. 10/10 would reccomend! Delivery is always early!

We use these guys a lot! Both at work and at home. Delicious food almost always arrives early. Highly recommended
