Waited 1 hour for delivery which wouldn’t have been bad if my food didn’t turn up stone cold!! Tried to call to complain but getting no answer as they are now closed! Not happy £21 spent to put in the bin! So I spoke to the shop the following day they were extremely apologetic and kindly made my food again, I got the salt & pepper box small and it was absolutely massive and food was lovely! Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Probably the worst food I've ordered. All comes hot chips are undercooked and everything else is Basically covered in flavourless water. Would love to give 0 stars its not like its even cheap compared to other takeaways in the area. Should really just shut shop and give up on cooking its embarrassing for them. Wouldn't of ordered if I've of seen the reviews. Good luck to them

Ordered take away. Was worse food I have ever had. Dey chips, cold rice on delivery that when warmed up tasted sticky. Curry sauce was only good part of it but how can you eat it when you’ve got dry chips and sticky rice. Wouldn’t order again.

The food was fantastic and came hot still despite the fact I had accidentally given them the wrong phone number and address. They were extremely kind with helping us redirect the order to the correct address and we were very happy with the portions.

Food was actually inedible, fried rice tasted stale, the chicken chow mein was portioned like it was supposed to last a week, if it was nice I wouldn’t be complaining but it tasted like it had been there for days and was ready to be binned, not too sure what the pie was that they sent as “meat and potato” cos the inside was a burnt solid meat patty and the pastry was inedible rock solid and orange/brown in the inside?

Ordered Aromatic crispy duck 😋 but got dry as a bone duck with pancakes that would not separate and salad that only contain sliced leak It only got one star coz the dog enjoyed it total waste of money 🤮

Ordered online at 6.30pm, £40 worth for family of 6. Told delivery by 7.30pm. No arrival by 8.00pm, called and told that we ordered at 7.30pm… erm… no lad. Order arrived 8.15pm… a whole pizza missing so one person not fed. Called and was promised it within half an hour. Pizza arrived stone cold at 9.30pm. THREE HOURS AFTER ORDERING. Avoid like the local nightclub bike.

O my god worst chippy in the world shu mais pink inside crispy duck like charcoal no prawn crackers to go with soup give the duck to the dog and it refused last order got thrown in the street for the rats everytime we order got it wrong order if you dare waited up for 2 hours for order. Had to rate it one star just to send review. there is no minus star on reviews

My food took over an hour to come, I ordered from Uber eats, the food was freezing and was like mush, never even ate the food it was thrown in the bin, the portions are tiny not even enough for 2 people, I rang up and spoke to the manager they said there is nothing they can do that we have to go through Uber, so we did, my order came up to £30 and they refunded me £5 they said they can’t do anything more than that! It is the worst place ever I do not recommend.

I went to order food on Justeat and decided to phone the order instead. Upon the staff giving me a price over the phone, it was £2 more expensive than Justeat. When challenged, they told me the menu and prices haven't been updated. So basically, order from Justeat as its cheaper. Overall, food was nice.

Food cold, missing items in order, chicken dry, lemon sauce bland will not order again. The only positive was the prompt delivery.

Crispy duck was not crispy but the sides were fresh and eaten as a whole was pretty much what you'd expect....apart from bones in the duck meat! Ribs were undercooked and chewy...should be falling off the bone. Sauce was too sweet and egg fried rice....as if you can that wrong! Was under seasoned and bland. Won't be going again

Would never order from here again, order was fine until I started eating my food and came across a shard of metal in my mouth. They are now not doing anything about it but I am very sure it would be a different story if i choked on it or a child was to swallow it!! Zero rating from me.

This is not a Chinese takeaway but is GR8 pizza and kebab shop. They are not Chinese. The food is very very poor, bland, tasteless and expensive. Delivery is very slow. The chips are oven chips and the food is awful. This is a kebab shop who sell below standard Chinese food. If you want contemporary Chinese food stay well away.

I got take out today- The portions are massive and food is perfect!! Worth every penny.. definitely worth a try :)

LATE. MISSING FOOD. CALLED US LIARS WHEN RANG TO CORRECT ORDER. I want to give it a zero rating but it wasn’t an option. Ordered sweet and sour chicken dish that came with no sauce (that’s not sweet and sour chicken), called the restaurant and they said they said it was all correct and were very rude. Wouldn’t even offer to redeliver. JUSTEAT ended up taking ownership as the restaurant staff were so unhelpful. The delivery was 27 minutes late, and the chips were cold because of this. WONT USE THESE AGAIN!! Worst service I’ve ever had.

I'm quite a new customer and have used the delivery option and gone through just eat. I'm very suprised to see the negative comments and low star rating. Tonight will be my 4th time i have my food delivered. My food is ALWAYS hot the portions are enough for two. The meals and starters and the desserts I've had have ALL been well cooked and seasoned , not tons of salt so the flavour of the dishes shine through. Their duck is really large and perfectly cooked. I love the sui mai the prawn sesame toast is way too much for 1! The ribs are really meaty and the bbq sauce is gorgeous. I dint know maybe I've been lucky in havING had no issues at all with either staff or food. I rate it top 3 on my list and trust me I'm a fussy eater. WELL DONE ALL AT GOLDEN WOK for the food and service. Polite delivery guys too. 5☆☆☆☆☆. In fact I'm about to order now. Soon as they hear my voice they say are u Moscow drive. Please try them again maybe they just had different staff on and have let the unprofessional staff go look fir work elsewhere.

Ordered food last week told me my food would be ready in 3 hours after waiting a hour already!! Never turned up after that time. Waist of time. And very unprofessional. No care in the world for their customers. I say give it 6 months it won't be open. Because of their lack of consideration.
