Friendly receptionist and nice clean area with a few chairs, no seating this is a takeaway only, the food was well packaged and no concerns with quality or quantity no delivery available pick up only but has carpark next to it which is free to use roughly one minute walk

I travel from kettering for this take away , excellent flavour and good portions, Always hot and very accommodating with a request , would certainly recommend the golden harvest , I am sure you won’t be disappointed. Give it a try !!

The absolute best oriental cuisine. Great service and always busy. Unfortunately there is no delivery service but if you phone your order through they will tell you what time to pick it up.

The food sold from here is delicious! The service is speedy, friendly and helpful! Open late (Tried three different restaurants beforehand this one, and in all the kitchen was closed, by 9PM on a Friday night?)

Great food, plenty to choose from on the menu. Phone your order in ahead of time as can get a bit busy at peak times. We’ve been eating here for over 15 years and food has always been perfect and the order correct!

Seaweed, egg friend rice and spring rolls was nice but the shredded chicken and Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken I was not impressed with. The sweet and sour sauce and prawn crackers were less than standard in my opinion

Food was delicious. Needs menu amending so vegetarian dishes are marked. The lady taking our order was excellent and told us what was vegetarian as not all vegetable dishes were vegetarian!

Absolutely delicious food - best Chinese we've had for ages!

Plus points : prompt, polite, Covid friendly, generous portions and tasty Negatives: I ordered Hong Kong style Sweet and Sour Chicken and egg fried rice. The chicken dish was a fried coated portion of chicken sliced in a sweet and Sour sauce with a single piece of pineapple. There was no sign of onion or peppers that are normally in this dish. Similarly the egg fried rice showed no sign of any egg nor anything else. I must have been unlucky in my choice : although lacking appeal, did not lack flavour.....and it's high ratings attracted me to try it. Sorry, I disagree.

It wasn't 2 days ago as you stated, it was a few weeks ago, but, food was still to the high standards it has been for many years.

My first experience here couldn’t have been better been searching for a new Chinese since my old favourite went downhill and this was so much better than anything I’ve had locally well recommended even the picky misses was pleased

Service is great / prices on the expensive side / lots of choice on the menu but it's all pretty much the same - if your after a Chinese takeaway from the 1970s this is for you - food is basic and poor in flavour, and definitely not for this century.
