Best burgers about town... quick and convenient.. 5 stars all day long. Great customer service team. Hygienic with hand sanitisers around, excellent cleansing. Friendly staff , super quality of social contact. And love the eco friendly packaging.. great management 👏

I've had wraps and burgers from here and all have been delicious. The meat is really tasty and cooked to perfection and the salad is very fresh.

We used to use this takeaway loads but went in today and had a totally different view on the place, VERY expensive for what you get... Don't get me wrong the food was nice and hygiene good.But for the money would have liked a bit more. I was also not happy that it was CASH ONLY! probabily to avoid on how much they pay the tax man.Sorry but think you have now lost my custom for a while.

The chips and pitta with hummus and salad are delicious. As a great bonus, they use paper boxes for takeaway which you can compost at home, in a paper rather than a plastic bag.

Always a good sign when a place is moderately busy. The food was ok. My burger was very dry and my chips a bit undercooked. The service was very impersonal. I asked for some chilli sauce which arrived almost after I finished my food. It’s an ok place.

The breakfast is good value and the place is clean and tidy nicely set up I give it poor purely on the miserable staff in particular the young lady who served us breakfast on 28/11 Her attitude and demeanour were a real downer

Following a rugby match at Twickenham, 4 of us wandered down Whitton high street looking for somewhere to kill some time before grabbing an Uber. We spotted their ‘beer and wine’ available A board and popped in. We commandeered a table outside and were very surprised that table service is the norm here, as it looks like a late night kebab shop. The staff are very pleasant, the drinks are reasonably priced, and we had a lovely 2 hours sat outside this establishment quaffing wine. Would 100% recommend - especially in comparison to how busy the Albion and Prince Albert were post match!!

Popped in last night with my girlfriend and we ordered 1 large chicken shish wrap with rice and 1 small doner and rice. For some reason, my meal never came with salad on the plate, but my girlfriends did. When we began eating, a waitress started hoovering the floor which I found rude whilst people are trying to eat. Meals have become very expensive! We ordered a third large chicken shish wrap and rice for my dad to takeaway. It all came to just under £30 which is ridiculous considering we didn’t even order chips! My dad started eating the rice, and his was rock hard. We used to come to Golden Grill a lot, but we won’t be any longer.

As I arrived with 3 off my friends I came upon a male waiter looked grumpy not professional rushing our order even though it was not busy. We haven’t even finished our food every 5 mins kept on coming out saying to us you finished yet and clearly we were still eating ,every time I look inside the shop he’s standing there looking at us if I had a option to give minus I would give it felt uncomfortable and not welcome don’t recommend this to any off my friends and family .

Very friendly staff. Clean and excellent service. Food is tasty and fresh. Good portion and value for money. The only downside is the coffee arrives cold. I have to remember to ask for extra hot.

Yum. For the post rugby fan looking for a plate and a knife and fork, this is your destination. Only a short walk from the stadium the Golden Grill does exactly what it says on the tin. Tasty kebab at a reasonable price. Not bad at all.

Visited for a quick bite to eat mid afternoon. We had chicken kebabs - these were well cooked with fresh salad and rice. Could have done with some chilli sauce or something to add to the flavour. Service ok-ish. Worth noting that we needed to pay with cash at the end of the meal, as they didn’t take cards.

Although late for the breakfast deal we did get it as it was my friends birthday. I ordered the pancake with ice-cream and maple syrup which was very nice, they had a cooked breakfast. These didn't look particularly appetising and the portions were small so I was glad I hadn't ordered one. I do find the meals disappointing since they re-opened.

England, Twickenham, Whitten..... all leads to an amazing place! Golden Grill, hot, great uniforms, friendly folk...... proud to spend my money in your joint guys !!! 1st time becomes 8th,9th & 10th & u nailed it .... thank you xxx

We have eaten in Golden Grill many times (pre up do) and have always loved the fast fun family get together. Since the re vamp Golden Grills is really posh and stylish. Very family friendly, cheapish (maybe a pound or more then it use to be), easy to eat food, friendly staff and rustic chic interior.

If I could give less I would! The four of us went in to Golden Grill in Whitton for the first time for breakfast and it was a disaster from the start....My tea came out looking like hot milk and the tea bag had been left in it! When the breakfasts came out one of us asked “If the toast was coming” in which the waitress just blankly stared and him and walked off. Although it says clearly on the menu ‘comes with hot drinks and toast free’ we were left waiting until two of the four had completely finished before asking where the toast was, the answer was “you need to ask for toast” why would I need to ask for something that is advertised as COMES WITH THE BREAKFAST!! So no toast for us. My wife’s breakfast stated it came with 2 eggs (Nova Breakfast) and it came without any eggs and it was beyond cold, I honestly don’t think they even heated up the beans! When we complained it was cold and it had no eggs, the waitress brought it back scolding hot from the microwave and guess what.....still no eggs! (Let me just add she’s 8 and a half months pregnant and probably shouldn’t be eating reheated meat that’s probably pre cooked anyway) So once again we asked for the eggs and toast for my wife’s breakfast, as everyone now had finished eating! They eventually bought out two uncooked eggs (which she didn’t eat) and finally one portion of toast!!! At the end we didn’t make a massive deal of complaining but the owner was complaining at us as I took pictures of the menu to write a review! The whole thing was a shambles and it’s safe to say we won’t be eating there again!

Recently refurbished which seems to have turned my opinion on GG into a negative one. The chips before hand being fantastic, but the style has recently changed to much chunkier ones.

Visited Twickenham for a concert at the stadium and was told to go here for food if we were looking. We were not disappointed! Recently refurbished and immaculate inside, awfully good prices and the food was fantastic quality. Would recommend to anyone visiting!

I came here with my sister pre Eminem concert on Saturday early evening and I wasn't disappointed! The staff here are very warm and friendly and try their best to give you a very good service. The food was very nice and fresh produce was used. The place is spotless and even the toilets are amazing and clean. Thank you guys! See you again soon. P.s: great prices too and value for money. Try it out!

My family have taken me to golden grill ever since I was a child and it was star burger, the old staff were lovely we were very close with them. Since the refurb, it has been done up nicely but is very dark and dull however, the staff are so rude! The ladies serving were very polite and friendly however they messed up our order. Not an issue mistakes happen, but when the food came my mum ordered a tuna sandwhich and it actually made her feel sick that it ruined the rest of our day. My sandwhich was also horrible. Neither of us ate our lunch so when going to pay I mentioned this to the man for feedback, purely feedback I didn’t ask nor have the intention for money off. The rudeness! ‘It’s just a sandwhich how can we possibly go wrong’ what happened to the customers always right?! No customer service skills what so ever! I will be writing an emailed complaint. My nan lives locally so will still be coming here with friends but safe to say my mum and I will not be back! Bring back the old staff and the friendly attitude, no one likes rudeness in the Whitton community

Brand new decor and a warm welcome when you visits the golden grill. The food is awesome. The menu choice is amazing.

Golden Grill has recently been refurbished and they have done it well, really hitting the mark!

If you are after a nice fresh kebab golden grill whitton is a must, not many good kebab shops left this side of london, they need not try sell pizza etc as there kebabs and burgers are brilliant !!!!

Come in here when visiting family who live in Whitton, foods always good, service always very friendly, always clean and tidy, can't go wrong eating here.

Feeling very welcoming, the food is excellent and the staff are so nice and friendly. The best chicken doner in town. Will definitely go back. My boyfriend is Turkish and said he felt like he was back home. Really enjoyed my time, thank you guys.

Quick pop in I had a nice mixed doner kebab wrap and lovely chips, strawberry milkshake. Would go back again next time I'm in the area.

Pepperoni Pizza was perfect for what we wanted, cooked well, base was perfect - not doughy and too think like Dominoes. Chips were cooked well too - will buy again :D

When we went to eat the wrap they were both exetremely greasy and were not wrapped properly and fell apart, which is a shame because it's nice food.

Extremely popular local kebab house - full all times of the day and week. Good selection of fresh meat kebabs - lamb mince, chicken chunks etc. Nice pitta and salad with suitable pungent garlic mayo! Reasonably priced.

Asked for Salt and vinegar didn't get it but otherwise good service

allways get kebabs from here i this is the first time we have been disappointed onion rings and chips were fine , but the 2 kebabs were cold not even warm , i dont expect them to be hot hot , but they were not nice cold and they didnt seem to be cooked correctly

Thought we'd try a different kebab house and wish we hadn't! All of the meats were dried out and overcooked. Pita breads tasted stale! Ordered chips with cheese, got just chips. Maybe as it was delivered they didn't care as we weren't there in person to complain.

Nice food, had the half pound chicken burger with garlic sauce, tasty as f***! Chips weren't great by the time they got here but edible, chips beans and cheese was nice, and really good portions. In fact really good portions for everything we ordered. Favourite place on here at the moment.

Lovely food and good portions, delivery time was expected at 45 mins to an hour, but actually took 2 hours - but it was a Friday night at peak time, so kind of expected. Would order again as it was good value for money.

Todos ellos parecen encanta trabajar allí. El servicio con una sonrisa. Las hamburguesas y patatas fritas inglesas completas . pasar por 25 libras y conseguir una botella de coca-cola para comida para llevar. El único inconveniente es que la asientos fijos. De lo contrario relación calidad-precio. Un montón de condimentos y ensalada para acompañar su cena.

Two of the best kebabs we've had!

Chips were fantastic, as was the sausage that my son had with it. Other wise the food is ok that filled a whole.
