I have just ordered the Combination Kebab. Sorry it was really horrible. The kofte lamb was all chewy I had to spit out many times, I had only 4 cubes of chicken, very little salad, the pitta bread was all wet like they soaked it in water, and the garlic sauce was more like a drink than a sauce, very watery. Absolutely horrible. I ordered before from this place and it was ok, it wasn't as bad as it was today.

Ordered large was small Tomatoes werent fresh No chilli sauce Some.of chicken was pink Disgusting

food has split out. my food has leaked everywhere. would like a full refund for my kebab and not a partial

I could not recommend this place more. The food exceeded me and my groups expectations, the flavour and cleanliness and service was exceptional. We had children with us and were made to feel at home. Can’t believe I just only found this place! :)

We had take way from Golden grill, thank to Yasim and Ali it was amazing food and customer service. Really I highly recommend try there food👍

Delicious Kebabs, Amazing Atmosphere, Great Service..

They rub off the use by/best before dates on the desserts they sell. (Check their stickers next time) But don’t worry, i’m sure the kebabs they sell will be “fresh” and “fit for human consumption”

Firstly when I sat on the table there was an ANT crawling on around. The place needs a full refurbishment! Secondly I ordered a Jacket potatoe with cheese and Kofta Kebab and with rice and salad the salad was very old the Kofta was OK but definitely not up to standard. The Jacket potatoe tasted like it was made yesterday and heated up in a microwave very bland and tastless! I then explained to the owner it was not good he didn't seem to care at all and was rude! I wish I had taken photos of the food! I payed £23.00 for all of this! I would not recommend and will not be going here again! **NOTE TO OWNER** Treat your customers with respect and listen to what we have to say! Very disappointed!!!

Loved it! Tried the lamb shish and chicken wings both had such a nice flavour and the chips were good. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the owners. The shop could do with a repaint r though

Always good from here only gripe put the salad with the kebab not sure when that changed, that’s my preference

The food is good as always but it's dissapointing that the price of the family special has gone up and the quantity has reduced dramatically. My last two orders were missing peppers and theres now more donner meat than anything else. A shame because we did enjoy ordering here.

Popped in on Sunday as we were craving a kebab on our way home. Overall, staff was nice but kebab was very underwhelming (chicken doner wrap) no seasoning on the meat, the garlic sauce tasted more like unseasoned herb sauce, no garlic in sight and even though we asked for it in our wrap its like it wasn't there. My other half had chilli sauce too and he said that was nice. The toilets are also down a strange corridor and were not clean and there was a weird smell. Definitely need a fresh coat of paint and deep clean. Personally we don't recommend, we have had cheaper and much nicer kebabs for the price. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture as we were hungry but looked presentable.

Never again. Late night choice so not much around. Fish was burnt, fish was brown inside. Chips, no salt and vinegar even though asked for. Chicken kebab was well so small it was worth £3 not the huge amount I paid. Prawn cocktail was disgusting and warm. 2 drinks well couldn't get that wrong apart from they were not cold. People like this shouldn't be in business as they take people's hard earned money and they think they are providing a service. Robbery, daylight or nighttime robbery. Disgusting food.

Banging food, especially the kebabs like the donner. I'm not as much of a fan of the burgers, though. Chips are nice and crisp. Price is something to consider, though. The portions are big, but the kebabs are expensive, as is everything else on the menu. Something you could buy for a fiver in the shop next door will likely cost you double or even more here. Staff are nice, there used to be one man who I wasn't fond of, but he seems to have left, so it's all good otherwise. Shop always looks clean and tidy, so the presentation is also a positive here.

Food was awful. Usually love Golden Grill but they didn’t follow my order correctly at all. Food Arrived spoiled, lamb not cooked correctly, tasteless. Really disappointed

Kebab is really nice, cooked and seasoned well as always. Only small issue would be size of chip portion being quite small for the price. Delicious food and great service though.

I ordered combination meal twice ,when it arrived i was astonished to see the food! It's not worth 😕 for £25. I felt really sad.

I ordered chilli sauce one kebab, no sauce on either, I also did not receive the chips that I ordered, and both kebabs are cold. Just eat is becoming very unpopular in our house.

No extra pitta that was ordered no doner instead of shish Cabbage I didn`t want Is it worth writing notes if nobody reads them ???

Food quality was ok however box full of grease which doesn’t look good for customer of 10 years. Quantity of food is almost 1/4 missing now but for more money!

How can the best cleanest tasting kebab that I`ve used for months suddenly go to the worst kebab I`ve ever had, very unhappy as it went in the bin

It took 2 and a half hours for our delivery to arrive!

Ordered chicken Shish 9.50 and a chicken burger 5.50, total came to £15. We received 5 pieces of chicken no salad and a pitta bread, the burger was a chicken steak piece (ie processed chicken patty) with cubbed salad pieces in the burger. Wasn’t worth the money

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Superb service, very friendly guys. Walked in 5 mins b4 closing and served me with no rush. Very ghod value for money considering fresh charcoal kebabs and made the kebab exactly how I wanted. Extra sauce or salad, no problem at all. Nest service from a takeaway I have had. Would recommend very highly.

They started to charge 50p for garlic even if you spend £20 They don't care. Food is not bad. But I won't be buying anymore because of these charges.

Combination was Small portions ,4 small scraggly bits if lamb shish and dry chicken pieces followed by chewy chips on delivery. Over priced for what actually arrived.

Very friendly and always accommodating staff. Food is great. Edit: They recently switched to a Turkish mangal instead of the old gas grill and the kebabs have jumped to a new level. They did have some incompetant staff a few months back in Nov-Dec 2021 but they have since left and service has improved substantially since. Any that may have had bad experiences should definitely give it another chance. Their food recently looks amazing. Theyve added wraps and are in the process of adding chicken wings too.

Quick delivery from ordering, maybe need for take a bit long to cook it as ordered. The doner meat looked under cooked no colour to it, cut way too thick & not very nice tasting…asked for well done meat didn’t get it! Won’t order again have gone down hill used to be one of the best kebab shops

£5.90 for a chicken fillet burger which came dry and on its own in a bun, no salad or any sauce, wish i could add a picture becauseit is a sad looking burger for that price. Very expensive for the quality of food.

I ordered an adanna, which comes with pitta and salad as listed on their menu. They gave me a kebab, no pitta and no salad. They insisted this was an "adanna". Looked nothing like the picture on the menu and this food is not authentic Turkish food. Very disappointed. They did not even offer to correct the order or provide a refund.

Arguably the best place to get takeaway in West Drayton. The place is clean, the food is fresh, tasty and served hot. No complaints from me, eat here often and have never been disappointed.

Food was all soggy salad not fresh and i payed for a large kebab and it looked like a small. Chicken was dry very disappointed only good thing was the can of coke!

Just bought 3 kebabs for me and 2 other friends to eat in the park when we opened the package there was no forks no Tissue paper nothing We had to eat the food with our hands. Rang them and complained they said you should of told us. Not polite not professional I gave them one star in order to write my review. It was my first time and surely now is gonna be my last time too period....

I’ve been here a few times because out of all the local kebab places this isn’t bad. The problem with their doner meat is that they just serve it straight from those pots/warmers instead of cutting it fresh off the rotating grill. This results in the doner meat being served all soggy and greasy. Their chilli sauce is decent.

Poor quality of meat and chicken, very greasy donor kebab, sub standard when it comes to Turkish kebab places. Service was OK although there’s room for improvement. The HALAL certificate is out of date (pic attached) and hygiene standard rating of Good. It’s overpriced for what you get so can’t give it anything more than a 2 star rating.

Seriously seriously bad, I ordered a take away delivery and never had such a greasy kebab in all my life, lifted the so called kebab meat out and the pitta bread was dripping wet with grease, and as for the chips if you could of called them chips.. never again ...disgusting. For those of you who would love a nice kebab then go to My Grill South Ruislip.

My go to kebab shop for last 20 years.

It's my go-to place for a chicken shish kebab; it's cooked fresh, comes with a pitta bread and a great selection of vegetables followed by a sauce (I tend to have their chilli one). The meat is always tender and yummy, definitely a great health-ier option when you want something filling but cannot be asked cooking! Thank you guys for the service with a smile every single time!
