Kebab had next to no salad or sauce! Terrible!!

Freezing cold food, roll and chips hard! Won’t be ordering again

I always oreder feom here,, I oreded tonight and didn't want salad on my food as my daughter is allergic to onions, they accidentally put salad on the kebab which when I rang they told me to keep my order and that they would do another one, which they didn't have to,, and had the frsh kebab with no salad delivered within 10mins, will always order from here and no where else, because if there's a problem with order they will fix it and go out of there way to make sure your happy,, 10/10,,

Ordered xl mixed meat and chips and received a small.

Not happy delivery guy picked his nose and picked his nails and threw them in my garden

Ordered pepperoni pizza. Just plain cheese pizza arrived. No pepperoni or tomato sauce.

First time I've ordered from here, delivery was good, but food was poor. I know I asked for garlic sauce on my kebab, but I didn't want it swimming in it, there was so much sauce I couldn't eat it. Also, chip portions are tiny.

The food is always great, as is the service. kebabs very tasty, packed with meat and salad. delivery driver always on time or early, and is always very nice.

Food was very disappointing very dry not fresh at all the hot wings were very hard and chewy very bland no taste or moisture in chicken at all

I used to love new golden grill, however the meal i just had was stone cold and dry... Even when it was delivered within 20 minutes of placing the order. 1 slice of tomato on the whole kebab? Asked for bbq and garlic, only had garlic. The other was also reduced to one sauce from three requested. Delivery driver is always cheerful and happy,

Chicken shish kebab with chips and garlic sauce. Nice chips but the kebab was terrible it tasted strange and could not eat. Not going back !!!!!

The food was delivered on time! Ordered at around 21:00, predicted to be ready between 21:40 and 22:00. When there still wasn't any update at 21:45 I called to just make sure the order went through, and was informed that the food was leaving the door. arrived at 21:55! I guess the restaurant was so close to the delivery site that there wasn't much time to give these updates. My intervention meant the ratings are only 5/6 but they are DEFINITELY a good restaurant! Will absolutely be ordering from them, again!

The food come cold at first after waiting over an hour then had to wait another 45 minutes for a new order,Food is lovely when finally arrived warm

Accepted order, was then out for delivery. Only to then be canceled. Im pregnant and its too late to order else where everything is shut! Why accept the order, why cancel once its out for delivery. Why wait till closing time so i cant do anything about it.

Ordered at half 10 and it came at half 12 freezing cold everything was like rubber never will i order from here again

Driver didn't use front door and instead kept phoning or myself to go and meet him at the back gate even though phone was on silent as was gone 23:00 so food was then only partly warm. Not good enough!!

Very nice and delicious kebab the Staff friendly they are quick and professional and they gave my kebab nice and they gave me extra side with that as well for free

Food was lovely and plenty. Only downside was delivery driver phoned to say he'd be 5 minutes and then just put food over back fence without knocking. Luckily we noticed otherwise would've had cold food. Please use customers doors and not be lazy.

Absolutely foul. Worst kofta kebab I've ever had, and had the wrong sauces on. One of the boys kebabs came and no lie, it had baked beans on it!

Delivery was very late, considering they can cha be the expected delivery time on just eat. Quite literally the most foul food I have ever tasted! The chicken nuggets tasted awful! Like they had been fried, left to cool down and then re-fried. And the chips were exactly the same! The tubs of sauce are nice and big but the sauce is so watery! The chicken strips are southern fried and again, fried, cooled and re-fried. The kabab yes was a small but talk about tiny portions! It was covered in salad to look more than it was. Only thing going for the restaurant was that it’s open so late.

2 n half hours late food was disgusting and arrived cold

As I write this, I am still waiting for my order. I understand that it is a weekend and Christmas Day, but my money was accepted so as such I would expect my food to be delivered. I’ve processed a request for a refund that I will rescind if it turns up, but if it does not, I will take it as far as I need to.

Food was ok apart from the chicken on my kebab, well of what I had anyway. There was hardly any chicken on my kebab and the bits that I did have were stupidly overdone it was really hard. Very small portions, didn’t fill me. Doubt I’ll order again unfortunately.

First and for most the food was amazing ordered a small kebab and a burger both were yummy. Delivery took longer than anticipated and was 45 minutes late, however I would definitely buy from here again.

The sfc is the best I've tasted around. Pizza was really good too. Chips wasnt the best but eatable. I Will definitely be eating from here again and highly recommend. Lovely delivery driver.... Great service

Last three times haven't been good quality food. Particularly the pizzas. I used to really enjoy golden grill food and it was one of my fave go-to's, but lately it's not enjoyable at all. The pizza's taste completely of kebab oil and the fries taste like plastic. It's not good. Shame, but hopefully the quality will get better again. I'll hold off on ordering from them again for a while.

I received a lamb kebab instead of a mixed as ordered. I paid £1.50 to add cheese on the chicken kebab which was not on there.

Waited an hour and half, chips were hard , large kebab was tiny! Very unpleasant After such a long wait! Won’t be using again sorry!! Waste of £20

Pizza had no tomato sauce, dry, no flavour

Food was cold and soggy when it finally turned up over an hour late. Was told that the driver had already been even though got a Ring security system and checked and no updates on cameras. Staff at shop poor attitude. Normally very good but obviously this order was below their usual high standards. Not even an apology or fresh food. Will be taking it back to JustEat for investigation and refund as can provide the CCTV evidence that said driver never did turn up at property at the first said time.

This is the first time ordering from you but will certainly not be the last. The chips, cheese and curry was amazing, I enjoyed it a little too much 😍 The burger came with a river of Mayo, not complaining. Onion rings were amazing and I don't usually order coleslaw, but was surprised at how much I truly enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful meal 💖
