Was told food would be delivered in 40 mins,it actually took nearly 2 hours, terrible service stay away!!!

Ordered food, over 3 hours later. Never came, despite calling numerous times saying 'its on its way'. Clearly not!. Would never order again

Food wasn’t too bad, not as good as other Chinese places I’ve ordered from but if you’re nearby wouldn’t be the worst option. Delivery came half an hour later than estimated but there was a response when I texted for an update through Just eat. Did come with free prawn crackers though.

Normally have no problems with this Chinese and have ordered several times, but tonight myself and my husband are suffering with food poisoning hence the 1 star. Please make sure all food is cooked through before serving as I now can't go to work tomorrow

Placed an order at 915pm for over £30!! arrived after mid night!! Food was stone cold!! What a joke! Restaurant closes at 1030. Called at 11:15pm to chase it up to be told it’s out for delivery, called again 30mins later.. it’s still out for delivery… the restaurant is 5mins around the corner in the car!! It took over 45mins being classed as “out for delivery”!!! Never ordering from here again!!

Been ordering for years from here, food is great but the last few times there has been items missing when delivered, this has to improve as fed up waiting for items to be delivered and our food going cold while waiting

Didn't like the food only ate the chicken ball's the chip's and noodles went in the bin

Food was good frozen chips was only let down

Food seemed to be full of oil and too much spice compared to others. I love spice which isn't a problem for me but others doesn't like to much spice. Curry sauce came like Jelly. Couldn't poor the sauce on food. Delivery arrived 35mins later after leaving store. Disappointing

Only 3 times I have ordered from here and it has been nice all the time , I like the chicken balls and the curry is lush, but today had hair in my chicken ball so that put me off eating anymore of my food

Bit expensive but never had a bad meal. The delivery time on weekends can be very long but that's to be expected.

Delicious, freshly cooked meal. Delivered quickly, by friendly drivers. Good choice of vegetarian options. My husband is very happy with the 'meaty' options too.

Chinese food was lovely however chips were hard overcooked and brown not edible yuk!! What is it with chip shops that xant make proper chips ????

I use to be a regular customer here and disgusting how they treat people because I complained about something I had ordered and wasn't happy with they have blocked me from ordering here, be aware if you ever complain about there food as they will block you

Disgusting the way they treat you, ordered no deliver called them and taking to you like dirt, told us the delivery driver had left the food on the door step, we have not received the food have 12 cameras on the property, will not be ordering from them again.

Don't listen to the online pictures of the menu for 4 as its fake. States prawn crackers but apparently not part of menu

One of the best Chinese takeaways in the Bargoed area, always fresh and hot food. Any issues are quickly dealt with and you are usually given a freebie for the inconvenience. Delivery time is usually around 40 minutes which is not to bad. During busier periods can take over an hour to be delivered. The Chinese is also on JustEat but not always viaable to theorder via this channel but they do offer you the ability to pay for your food via card on the phone.

I always order from here. But the portion of chicken has reduced to a small tray between the two of us it went nowhere. Back to the Cantonese in Bargoed !!! Lush chips and great rice. Just a shame

Delivery was quick and efficient however food was very bland. Sauces are very mild. Nothing special about this takeaway. Won't be ordering again as there are other takeaways in the area that can offer better prices and better quality of food.

Been using this Chinese the last few months regularly ordered food tonight messed our order up and wouldn't do nothing about it and said we was wrong this is the last time we will order from here!

Decent Chinese food especially their shredded chicken starter! Long waits the only reason for 4 stars

My grandad ordered a meal and said no pea's with that please so they said ok, for it to be delivered with pea's, he phoned them up and complained and told them to come and sort it out but they had attitude with him and put the phone down on him knowing what they had done was incorrect so he drove done there and had a go at them and told their customers all about it and give them their food back and demanded for his money back at the end of the day the customer is always right.

I usually deliver from there as a regular once a week..ordered tonight and instead of king prawn balls I received chicken balls with a small tub of sweet and sour sauce and the chicken was dry in them...I explained that I get 9 king prawns with a tub of ss sauce every week. The ribs were over cooked, the onion in the chicken chow mein was raw and I didn't receive my prawn crackers...the food doesn't taste the same...must be a new cook...they didn't even resolve anything, said I would have fresh prawn crackers on my next delivery , even though they come free with the meal anyway 😂!? Also took an hour and 15 mins for delivery and on a Sunday .not impressed

1st time to use this shop seemed ok on the phone till i had my order sent wrong sauces out phoned to complain they told me I at to pay delivery charge again for them to send out the right sauce very disappointed so I took the food back to the shop and they told me It was my fault big difference between curry and sweet and sour customer service very poor will not recommended to anyone very poor

NEVER RETURN! Food wasn't hot! Foo young had no flavour and was swimming round the container! Beef on top of chow mein was just fat! Batter on the chicken balls wasn't cooked on the inside! Couldn't tell the difference between curry or bbq sauce neither had no flavour .. but the onions was banging! .. NEVER RETURN NO RECOMMENDATION!!

Just had a delivery very nice special fried rice dish. chicken balls not too bad sweet and sour sauce nice. but really dsappointed with chips as not so nice and barbecue sauce looked and tasted awful.

We placed an order and it arrived in good time but there was more curry in the non curry dish than there was in the curry one. In fact there was more curry in the bag than anywhere. Now these things do happen and it's not the end of the world but the person who ordered the non curry dish doesn't like curry. I phoned the shop and calmly explained, they were rude, at first they were adamant we should just put up with it. Before they finally agreed to send out replacements. I was satisfied at this point and did not intend to write a review or hold it against them at all. Out of the blue they call me back just to tell me they will not accept an order from us again, just for childish spite. Do not expect anything other than petulance from these people should a run of the mill customer service issue crop up. Expect spite and fury 😂. I've attached some pictures to their account. There is a picture of an appetizing plastic bag bag full of curry, a drenched non curry dish, and a curry dish with no curry. Just accept you made a mistake you fools. The replacement food did arrive and again the delivery was prompt and the driver polite. The food this time was wrapped with care and in good condition. The non curry dish I'm told was "quite nice", the curry dish was bland but edible.

Not the best noodles looked and tasted cheap reminded me of egg noodles from asda

Very poor service waited almost two hours 😤 rang several times they advised another 5 min wait meal arrived over half hour later 😲
