Awesome lunchtime specials, not had a bad one yet.

Absolutely vile Rice was undercooked, ribs were over cooked. Sweet and sour sauce had congealed 🤮 Never again!! They also made fun of my elderly mother for “taking too long to answer the bloody door”. I’ve never been so shocked and appalled by customer service!!!

Went To order a takeaway. meat and potato pies with chips and gravy, three times. The Chinese lady said in very broken English that she only had 2 meat potato. I agreed id have a steak and kidney and two meat and potato. Quite simple. Got home and found we had 2 steak and kidney pies and a meat pie. So zero meat and potato ! The staff could barely speak English. If you can’t communicate and get orders correct perhaps get someone in who can. £19 wasted. Last time i go here.

Disgusting! Soup had some sort of jelly in it and chow mien also had the same. Apparently they don’t use anything to thicken up the soup but the soup was thick? lol. When I called she denied it all and apparent no customer has complained. By the reviews I think different.

I was at a loss as to where to order from, not being a resident and it was late and time was running out for ordering for home delivery… I ordered Crispy aromatic, special chow mien and something else The duck was disgusting and pre shredded, mostly fat! The special chow mien was indeed special… oh my Alan it was so so bad! It was just a mush, with strips of clammy chicken across noodles that gelled together… it was so bad! And the third dish… I wouldn’t order from again

Im a regular here. Has a great selection of foods. Great price, no more than anywhere else. You do have good size portions. Best duck spring rolls than I've had from anywhere else. Crispy with plenty of shredded duck and a suace dip. Very busy place with very little space to queue, especially when customers who have been served stand inside the limited space. Generally, the queue goes through the door to outside, and you'll wait for your food outside. It's not good if it's raining. Has dry chicken chow mein as an option to wet where some places have just the wet, which is oyster sauce. I like it, but my partner doesn't, so having the option is a big deal to us.

Just got a special fried rice - it’s rank going straight in the bin - I’m not sure what’s happened have been here before and food was good but this is anaemic rice - lumps and meat is cold ( not same temp as rice which is lukewarm - very diappointed and hungry !

Salt and pepper noodles. Order them and never look back! No delivery though :(

£2.70 for a scallop gravy muffin… the scallop was 70p on the menu so they have charge £1 for the gravy and £1 for the muffin… shocking prices will not be going back!!!!!

Best chineese in Hyde proper taste friendly staff and always fresh and piping hot highly recommend if anybody reads this and is thinking of takeaway quality I get the beef n kingprawn satey beautiful 👌🙏👍

Food overcooked chips but steaming hot, curry seemed too thick and spiced, mushy peas totally smashed, I'd give them 1 more try just to see, it's not overdone, shame about opening and closing time at 2pm 😕

Top Quality food and friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend to anyone, we had the special chow mein and fried rice, the Won Tun Soup with added noodles is an amazing bonus!

Great food would go as far as to say its the best chippy in Tameside. And the portions are more then eoungh for two people.

Food from the Golden Dragon is always good. My favourite meal is the Crispy fried shredded beef in chilli sauce, excellent. Service is always good
