Godfather Pizza & Kebab House in Stockport

Just had a mixed kebab of chicken and Donna meat, it was so good, plenty of chicken and loads of Donna, the bread was thin and tasty, plenty of fresh salad. It was one of the best I have had, will definitely go back and recommend it

Mediocre at best, and that’s after a few beers! It had clearly been sat there for far too long before we received it because not only for the lack of freshness am I saying that, but also for how long it took considering we’re only a 7 minute drive away. The donner was a bit overcooked/dry, the chicken burger and chips had sweated in the box so much and then had cooled down to such a degree, they tasted gross and stale. Takeaway food has only ever tasted like that when it’s been sat there for too long. So I guess, you know what actually, it’s not mediocre at best, it was just plain bad, unfortunately

Absolutely delicious recommended 10/10 I went in hungry and was expecting a normal dinner but this was something else

Absolutely amazing, service, food and owner all were the best. Don't be fooled by it's small shop appearance, the food makes it bigger. It is top notch all around and I highly recommend. My taste buds now cannot handle not ordering from Godfather. 100/10

Best Pizza in Stockport. Just had an early evening pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Great, Fast service and lovely staff.also, hygienically is spot on. Don't hesitate the food is fresh, hot and "off the charts" good. Well done chefs!

Such a lovely place for a takeaway, cheap & cheerful & the food is lovely & good value for money. Service was brilliant and the staff can’t do enough to help you, the home made burgers are to die for. My new fave takeaway in Stockport 🙂

Please decide on your prices and update / issue a menu. I am fed up of haggling over the price at the door. Delivery was £2 tonight apparently? And the meal deal 2 is now £15? Prices on uber are unchanged and menu the same so that leaves me thinking its a con.

🐜 insect on Pizza and abusive when questioned on the phone.

Used to love this place, but it's gone downhill recently. Staff drop knives on the floor and put them back on the chopping board to be reused rather than washed, the same spoon used for different sauces, etc. Pizza was only half cooked and the girl who got the order wrong then sliced it clearly doesn't understand either portion sizes or that the blade should go all the way through the dough. Real shame, as the next best local takeout is at least a mile away.

Ok so.... Iv never had any food from here until tonight.... Fair play pizza is just wow.. well nice . Il be ordering again very soon . I hope all your menu are at a great standards as tonight. 😊

This place is amazing, my favourite take away ever. The quality and service is on another level. The pizzas are beautiful, high quality. The donner is incredible too, it’s got a much higher meat content than anywhere else I’ve tried. And the owners are always happy to accommodate requests, like extra sauce on the pizza! Thank you! Our Friday nights are not complete without Godfather’s :)

Have used this takeaway for years since it first opened as rimini, last nights visit was first in a while, ordered a chicken and Donner kebab , plenty of marinated chicken and meat ,asked for plenty of hot sauce, did that and was better than a few places, over all wasn't a bad meal
