Go Eat Cafe Diner in Northumberland

Been a few times when going into Berwick. Fantastic breakfast at a great price. Very nice staff - service with a smile. Plenty of parking.

This is now Marshall’s, a family owned cafe. Went there for Sunday lunch....squeezed in....I would recommend booking. All day breakfast and beef pie were both really good and service was friendly too. Thumbs up!!!

We have been told many times how good Marshalls Cafe is so gave it a go at lunchtime. Perfection personified. Superb food

No booking required just turn up but it can get busy due to the good food and great value. Girls are always chirpy and service is great. Been going here for years.

Visiting Go Outdoors and Marshalls Cafe is right beside. We had mac n chips and chicken curry n chips, both delicious. Good platefuls of food. Very clean, friendly staff.

We were staying at potadoodle doo and called here for breakfast. Fantastic food and good portions. Great price .

This is a very clean and spacious cafe the staff are very nice and welcoming particularly to dogs , the food is wholesome and plentiful . The prices are very affordable . This is by far the best cafe of its kind that we have used in Berwick for many a visit , we will be going back as and when we return to this lovely town and area ... it’s little gem , a tad of the beaten track . I highly recommend a visit to one and all .

We were staying within walking distance whilst on holiday so called in for lunch There were four adults and a child. I had the quiche which was very good and came with a salad. The service was good and friendly and the food was good value for money. The place was pretty full for a Tuesday lunchtime and we were glad we got there early. We didn’t have the cakes but they looked very nice and I would definitely try them if I visit again

Real good food. Great friendly service and excellent value. Kids and grown ups ate heartily. Highly recommend

We come to Northumberland every summer and always visit this cafe for the hearty food and a trip to Go Outdoors next door for my husband. I enjoyed the corned beef pie, my husband a mega breakfast including haggis, and my children were very impressed with the hot chocolates with marshmallows! When one of my children spilled some on himself, the waitress rushed over and couldn't have been kinder about getting him cleaned up. Great grub and great for families.

Saturday busy day shopping with wife in Berwick,,,sujjested meal save cooking when got home,,,a look at the menu covered every thing,recommend the cornbeef and potato pie ,and chips,,,,such large portions,,,the all day breakfast provec to be poular ,,they do a special called the bellt buster,again the size of the breakffast unbelevable,,,,staff very quick to gain your attention and chdcked throught the meal,,,very busy but clean and tidy Recommend they get ride of the small garden table for two right of door under window,,used it today not comfertable at all,,,we be using it often when shopping or visiting Berwick

Had breakfast, option 2, at this lovely little cafe. Very friendly staff and dog friendly too. The food was very nice and it's a good option, so you don't have to eat at haggerston castle.

This has got to be one of the best fry up breakfasts I have ever had, option 2 on the menu comes with tea or coffee, all cooked perfectly and not running in grease, everything was delicious, well priced and good quality ingredients. Lovely friendly staff, everything was clean and the cafe is dog friendly too. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

We went for breakfast here twice whilst on holiday. Food is plentiful and delicious, you must have the Haggis with your fry up :). Our son also recommends the milk shakes. Lovely staff - and good prices too. Thoroughly recommend.

We had breakfast on the 2nd of June as a family of 5...and it was lovely...the staff were so pleasant and nothing was to much hassle...even to the extent that it’s doesn’t take card payments and I asked where the nearest cash machine was and they said order and have your meal and get it after ...we didn’t we ordered and I went for money..but even ordering as we all like different things was not a problem to this team... If you are ever in or near Berwick upon tweed pop in as they also service fabulous cakes and tray bakes...very tempting!!!! Great service everyone thanks xxxx

Lost count of times we have been here. The food is excellent, great value and they always go the extra mile to accommodate. Gluten free bread for beans on toast for our wheat intolerant grandchild, to a slimmers breakfast. The cake counter always looks amazing, to my husbands delight. But most of all the girls are lovely and when they remember you from previous visits and ask after grandchildren makes it that bit more special. Thank you so much

This is a great cafe for a breakfast stop. Excellent food, nicely cooked and presented. Staff are lovely and the prices are excellent value. We always have a breakfast here as part of our holiday, it’s a lovely treat!

I am a local to Berwick and I always thought that this cafe looked more like a transport cafe with greasy food. I Could not have been more wrong. This is our regular place to eat now. The girls that serve you are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast will keep you going all day. Quality bacon, sausage etc. I love the haggis you can get with a breakfast. We have just had a Christmas turkey baguette with stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy. That was fantastic. The only thing you have to remember when you go is that they only take cash. I am looking forward to my next meal there already.

Called in for a Sunday dinner and it was delicious. 3 different meats on offer with a huge selection of veg, all cooked to perfection and the Roast potatoes and Yorkshires were fantastic. The service was first class and nothing was too much bother even though they were very busy. Well done everyone

Go here often as they do a wonderful breakfast , the staff are always lovely and very well priced! Today though popped in for a coffee and ended up having a roast beef dinner after seeing other tables being served huge plates of delicious looking food! There was a choice of 3 meats, veg cooked perfectly and the gravy Yorkshires and roastas I would have been proud to have made! Fab will def be back.

I have often eaten at this cafe and found the food to be good and averagely priced. Big draw back for me is they Don't take plastic and I have to go to the nearest cash machine then come back, I think any serious business needs to have credit card readers for payments as we become a cashless society.

We turned up 3 minutes before closing and were treat with great hospitality.

Stopped in after a Tag rugby festival at BERWICK Rugby Club for light lunch .

Excellent little Cafe for whatever you fancy to eat.. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Welcome staff, wonderful home made cakes and pies. scones are huge and served with generous portions of butter and jam. The all day breakfast is very popular and the belly buster is enormous. There is also baked potato and salads, everything freshly made.

Having visited this cafe since it opened a number of years ago, it has changed hands and is now under the "Go Outdoors" flag.

great cafe with friendly staff and lovely tasting food. The Belly Buster Breakfast is really good and is good value for money.
