Fantastic Food. Great friendly Service. On wedding weekend in Belfast. Booked this with Voucher before we flew back to M/Cr. Whilst very quiet, early Sunday lunch, the young man in charge was very polite, charming & answered all our questions. Te cocktails were lovely. The food - simply DEVINE. Spot on. We were the first in, its only small bar, well cared for & nicely fitted out. Other couple came in, all to eat & seemed to have the same lovely experience. Well Done !! Keep it up We shall return Recommend booking as limited space, and not to be dissappointed

What can I say but amazing! I came here through my boss knowing the owners and I tell you what.......it Was Faultless! Food was absolutely stunning, the drinks were amazing and the staff couldn't be friendlier! the menu was outstanding and the atmosphere and the décor was lovely! I've booked back in to take my partner 10th August and cant wait to go there again :) Thanks guys, see you then :) Sarah x

We had a really excellent meal on Wed evening in Gnostic. Delicious food, very good friendly service. The spring rolls were fabulous, the chicken, salmon, scallops and venison were truly scrumptious. Absolutely superb. We will definitely be back.

Great menu. Food was truly fantastic. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Absolutely a great place to visit, relax and enjoy the food. And very reasonably priced.

We went first to the 'bar' before going upstairs for a meal. Rushed out of the 'bar' because all tables booked for meals so bit of a misnomer. Just call the upstairs and downstairs a restaurant. Upstairs rushed through our meal as table only available for 1.5 hours so ate and drank at an uncomfortable pace as next party were standing beside us waiting to finish! Did not have time for a dessert. Then queued with other guests for the only loo which was unisex. Can't see many men up for that! I never write reviews but feel I must as this frantic pace has put us of returning. Not the relaxing catch up we envisioned.

Fantastic food and cocktails with fabulous service, lovely ambience highly recommended! Tapas style menu, each dish had unique favours hard to choose as all the food looked amazing.

A hidden gem: first class service and food: beats Two Taps hands down. We visited following a recommendation from work colleagues after a very poor meal at Two Taps, and boy were we not disappointed. In a bit of a hidden away location off the city centre, and in a way hopes it stays like that. The menu is not extensive, and I think works the better for it. Our favourites were the vegetarian spring rolls and bbq pork tacos. Simply stunning and reasonably priced. We know where we will be going for tapas next time.

I almost want to keep this wonderful bar/ restaurant a secret. I’ve been quite a few times for lunch and it’s a comfort to know that I can rely on getting great service and attention from Eugen. He’s so friendly, makes the most amazing cocktails and is a great asset to this business. Alex, the chef is passionate about his food, which is out standing, beautifully presented and a delight to the palate. He’s also a lovely modest guy. Go visit, you won’t be disappointed. ( just make sure you leave a seat for me!)

The food is outstanding. Tapas style and every item you ordered you could taste. Not one thing tasted like the other. We wanted to order more and more and keep eating. We had been seated down stairs an loved it. Highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem at little out of the centre in a semi industrial wasteland. But inside a small attractive and cozy bar. Gentle attentive service and very tasty food. Not an extensive menu for vegetarians and vegans but the dish I had was novel and very good. Value for money and I would recommend Gnostic if you looking for a civilised venue for an evening with your partner or friends

The only issue with this place is location. If they were 5 minutes more central it would be perfect. Tasting menu was better than other places offering same thing in Belfast. Staff front of house and kitchen excellent. Lovely experience, tasting menu and wines so good.

Having seen this little bistro on a previous trip to Northern Ireland I decided to pop in when I was next over to Belfast and so I did. Popped in at 12.00 on a Sunday, we were the only ones there for a bit but were warmly welcomed by Eugene whom we had a good chat with. Ordered 3 tapas (small plates) 🍛 which weren't actually that small. Shared houmous/chickpea with the most wonderful bread oozing in oil, prawn tacos and pork belly tacos 🌮 between 2 of us and all were superb, definitely be back again 10/10

The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was outstanding the people at the bar were very helpful as was the staff which really made my whole experience that much more enjoyable i will definitely be returning.

This is such a cosy little bar with amazing food, cooked by Alex who is a superb chef. I’ve been a few times now and never disappointed. Amazing cocktails made and served by Eugen and Lewis. The staff are all so friendly that you feel as if you are visiting an old friend. Couldn’t fault anything here. Can’t wait to go back.

Two weeks in Ireland and this is the best food we have had. Small plates, not full meals. But this way could taste several dishes. All fabulous.

Wonder gem of a restaurant a little 5 minute walk from the Cathedral Quarter but well worth the journey. Super friendly staff and the food is off the charts tasty and well presented. We had the celeriac and cauliflower steaks which were incredible. Wine list is extensive and well thought out. Has to be the best little restaurant in Belfast.

We've previously been so impressed with lunch in Gnostic so I held my husband's surprise party here in the upstairs room which you can have to yourselves. We had our own bar and staff all night with musica and the service was as excellent as expected. The small plates buffet was amazing and they provided identical coeliac options as requested. Everyone who came commented on what a hidden gem it was. And free parking right outside from 6pm! We brought our car and left overnight as free parking on a Sunday. Cannot recommend highly enough and know we will definitely be back again soon. Keep up the good work Gnostic team! 🤗

I was visiting Belfast with my god father and a friend and found Gnostic on an internet search so pre booked. We had a lovely stroll from the Titanic museum to this little hidden gem where we were greeted by Lucas. The food and drinks menu was extensive and the food beautifully cooked and presented. We will certainly recommend you and will hopefully visit again one day! Thank you to Lucas ☘️

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We went as two couples so were able to have almost one of every plate (they are small plates like tapas). Every mouthful was outstanding. Flavours were mouth watering. Excellent wine at reasonable prices. Service was quick, friendly and personal. Without a doubt we will be back.

Hidden gem located on the outskirts of the city centre. Thankfully it was easily parked at. Very quirky and intimate setting. Personable waiters. Cocktails were very tasty. The dishes are relatively small so maybe order two. I ordered ravioli and the chicken sliders. Dessert lovely too.

What a fantastic place! We had a lovely evening here, the plates seemed small but were the perfect portion size and really delicious and individual. We then had the most lovely chocolate dessert and plate of cheeses. Stayed at the A C Marriott Hotel. This place is a 60 second walk away. Dined here twice with my family and enjoyed it. Have left a review on Booking.com recommending this as a good alternative to the hotel dining room.
