Great food, good selection of dishes and lovely staff. Great value prices. In short well worth a visit as ypu will not be disappointed.

So disappointed!!. Poor value. Only 3 fish bites in portion and hardly any fish, mostly batter. The chip portion was extremely small. Won't return

But glad to be back... a very tasty offering... yes I did only go for a sausage supper... but it was well cooked and extremely tasty!

Heard so much about their fish and chips and in the area I decided to try it. Went in and asked as I do in any fish and chip shop 'What have you Gluten free ' Very quick answer NOTHING. So they don't bother catering for 10% of the population 🤔

This is my 5th visit , I look forward to going as it’s always quality, on this visit , I ordered chicken Goujons supper and a fish supper , it was rank , only got three goujons breaded and disgusting , and a scrag end chips , £17 for this is disgusting , my wife’s fish supper was ok same problem with chips , I will not be back ,

Visiting family in the area. Tonight's food was here. Menu is similar to many other local chip shops. Reasonably quick service. Busy are for a remote seaside town. Best to phone ahead and place your order.

Food was delicious. Chips & Fish were excellent. Done to perfection. Highly recommend this seaside Chippie. Staff pleasant and helpful

i used to go here all the time but yesterday i went in man serving rude but when a man came in it was how can i help you sir different for women portions sizes down by 3rd and double the price wouldnt go back julie middleton

Beautifully cooked sausage and chips and at an average price. Not the friendliest of service and the price of a fish supper was breath-taking. As I said, we opted for the sausage & chips.

Came here yesterday and got the scampi and a cheesy gravy chip. Both were delicious!! Scampi was so fresh. Staff are friendly.

This is supposedly a full portion of mixed kebab, not even a full burger cut up and 4 tiny pieces of thinly cut chicken!!! Absolutely disgraceful

Very much needed a chippy dinner on a cool evening at our new sea-front caravan. So I took a short drive into Ballywalter and found this great take-out place. They have an extensive menu; but you can't beat their hot, fresh chips and perfect, lightly battered fish. Not forgetting the peas! Service was fast and super-friendly! Can hardly wait to get back! Strongly recommended!

Can not recommend this chippy highly enough. Food is obviously all cooked fresh, as you can taste the difference. Pastie's are amazing. Staff are friendly. Definitely affordable. We drive to Ballywalter from Bangor (roughly 10miles) just for these chips!

Been to Glynn's many many times, we drive there just for the fish/sausage and chips, perfect traditional chippy. We love it! Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Always a treat to get something out of Glynns and I can't remember ever not enjoying it. Chicken goujons hard to beat

These were the best fish and chips I have ever had. They had this unique flavour that in my opinion puts them above the rest. The sauce that comes with the chicken is really good- use it for your fries. Portions are very generous. I would also strongly recommend the deep fried mars bar.

Another visit to Glynns for a chippy tea. Quality, tasty food and friendly staff. Will most certainly be back.

Had the nicest mixed kebab in a long time and there house sauce was tasty. Would recommend to anyone passing.

First visit and not a bad meal. Good portions and the sausages were lovely. Chips, however, just a little too greasy for us. About what you pay elsewhere.

We have used Glynn’s for over 1 year now and can honestly say the food is really good. A little bit pricey for what it is, but overall can highly recommend

Was out on a drive and eagerly seeking an evening "fix" from a chippy - Glynns was the first I saw and so I stopped. Glad that I did.
