Very poor service. Delivery late. Order incorrect and majority cold.

The guys had problems they phoned & changed order, Thank you food was beautiful.

Food ordered and an additional 10 mins added to delivery time. This time came and went. I had to ring up and find out where my food was. Its just leaving now was the answer as they had had problems. Food took an additional 30 mins from there despite it being a ten minute drive. All in all 1 hr and 50 mins between ordering and getting food. Disappointing as the food wasnt bad despite being luke warm

Half of the order missing beans onion rings etc only half the chicken advertised!

Didn't put doughnuts or drink in with kids meal AGAIN!!! Chicken didn't taste right and doner meat was like re-cycled boot leather. Pizza was ok. Sorry but won't use again👎😟

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver? My cat could make me a pizza and bring to me twice in that time. Never let us know, Never apologised when it did come. Food good but they need to rethink their logistics.

Absolutely awful. Service was slow, had to wait over 2hours for food even though told an hour. The manager was aggressive and rude and got no apology for the delay. We had a pregnant lady and a lady who couldn't take medication without food. Did they care? No! Would give no stars if it was an option!

I have never had bad service before but tonight they got my order wrong and sent me something different to what I ordered my daughter had what she wanted and enjoyed it but I did not eat my own all went to waste after waiting over an hour for our food not a happy customer tonight

Pizza wasn't very good quality

Ordered to be delivered in one hour and it was 1 1/2 hours later. On a Thursday. Chips were cold. Pizza was fabulous. Shame about the delay even though they said it would be on time.

Ordered special chicken kebab and medium pepperoni pizza. Pizza was "okay" nothing special, Kebab was terrible, I expect a kebab priced around £7 to be served in a large pitta or come with a naan bread, this turned up in a normal poor tortilla wrap ! The chicken was not nice either, full of water instead of tender and not grilled as you would expect and not very nice in taste.

food was lukewarm and chicken was barely cooked on one of the kebabs being still pink in the middle of a couple of pieces of chicken

Only sent 2 of 3 jacket potatoes I ordered. Chicken Skewers were chicken nuggets. Not worth the money. Drove 6 miles from alton for food. Real let down Won't be ordering again. Got a refund on item after they ignored my calls and had to get in touch with just eat

Absolutely outstanding service!! The first delivery driver had some difficulty locating my workplace as it's extremely out of the way and has complex access instructions. Communication from the takeaway was brilliant though and I was kept informed about everything. After a little while, instead of delivering the original meal which had cooled a little, the owner opted to prepare the order again fresh and deliver it himself. Even for such a small order, the team really went out of their way to deliver fresh, hot food and I after this great experience I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Used to be the best takeaway in Cheadle, but my order was awful, cold hard chips and dry tasteless chicken. Really disappointed.

Best place to order from if looking for a halal meal and you're staying over in Alton Towers as all the restaurants close early, delivery was quick and they found us in the enchanted village! Can't complain ;) price was good too.

I did not receive this meal and was never refunded as Just eat were told I had received it. Terrible service and £40 out of pocket with no one taking any responsibility.

Food was 40 minutes late, garlic mushrooms came with no salad and no garlic mayo, chicken kebab came with an inedible amount of chilli sauce, I wrote on comments asking for chilli sauce to be in separate pot, I called the store to remind them about chilli sauce and they yet again get it wrong. Full refund please, what a joke

Took over 90 minutes to arrive and food was absolutely cold. When we rang the restaurant no one answered. Really spoiled our night. Wish we can get money back!!!

Good food. Delivery was not fast at 55 minutes, but was earlier than the revised delivery time of 70 minutes Food was hot and portions were a good size. Jalapeño poppers were overdone in my opinion but not disastrous

We only ordered dessert. It did take quite a while to arrive and one of the ice cream tubs was not the flavour ordered

This is one of the best takeaways we have had for a long time (the combo box 2. Chicken was beautiful plenty of it, and great value. Delivery man very polite. We will definitely be using again. Well Done.

The food was good, but the Greek salad didn't had any feta cheese and I olive oil at all, and also the chicken mushroom pasta was just pasta with mushrooms and cheese, so...they describe something and give you only half....

Everything fine..but salad put into the Kebab when asked for no salad as such..just lettuce

Food never turned up despite talking twice to the takeaway driver and eventually waiting outside for 10 minutes! No food, No apology, terrible service advise elsewhere.

We ordered from these a couple of weeks ago and ended up waiting nearly two hours for the food simply because they I had no fried chicken made! Absolutely ridiculous. When the food came, it was really tasty which was such a shame as the service was so terrible. Anyway, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again yesterday. We had 45 mins delivery time which is expected but after an hour, I tried calling them to see where the order was. I ended up trying to call them a further 20 times but never had an answer. By now, it had been an hour and a half. Eventually, they called me back and hit me with the excuse that nobody was in the shop when we ordered, even though Just Eat said they opened at 13.00 (we ordered at 13.20) and the order had been accepted! It then took another 35 minutes for the order to come. Absolutely awful! The food might be nice but definitely not worth the useless service. Won't be ordering from them again. Don't waste your time!

Normally really good but tonight a bit of a let down ordered garlic mushrooms and onions rings both in the same tub yet only had 4 garlic mushrooms and 6 onion rings yet got charged full price for them both

Sadly the food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Thirty minutes later than the 'delivered' notification on the app. Food was not as ordered - the extra jalapeños were extra olives. Around a disappointment.

Paid for extra toppings and didn't get them, other than this it was the best we've had. Shame they don't read the comments box as our last order was wrong as well.

Food always on point from Downtown. Now and again they forget a sauce pot or a can of drink but they'll sort it out if you give em a ring. Delivery drivers always friendly too.

Food is always really good quality. However, having ordered delivery from here several times, one part of the order has always been wrong every time I've ordered. Food is however good, so I would use them again, just a shame the order is not always correct when they actually deliver it.

We ordered from this place during a one night stop over to visit Alton Towers. We wanted Chinese but nothing was open on a Monday! So we decided to try this place as the prices were reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that they did pasta. However I would not order from here again we had to chase up our own order after it was an hour late and when it finally arrived my spaghetti bolognese had burnt cheese on it even when I did not select the extra cheese option and my friend who is a vegetarian ordered a vegi burger and got a chicken burger. Neither of us enjoyed our meals and we would have complained but by then it was very late and we were past caring. If your going to order a pizza/kebab in Cheadle go somewhere else. There's plenty to choose from!

Food quality was passable at best after a very long day out with my foot I decided to order from here BIG mistake TWO hours and the driver also claimed to not be able to read road signs very very disappointed

I had to get a refund for this order - I ordered a buy one get one free as advertised 2 days of the week, nothing turned up!!! I called them and he said "yeah don't do BOGOF through just eat"! Told me to take it up with just eat and put the phone down. No one bothered to call me and let me know I had paid but wasn't getting my food. I then spent 1 week of back and forth emails to just eat, eventually they refunded me but it was hard graft!

Food all tasted cheap, granted it's not a Michelin star as its a local takeaway but for the price expected better quality! Collection time was 10 mins after the stated time also!
