Giorgio's Italian Restaurant in Manchester

¡Encantador! Desde el momento en que entramos en el servicio estaba calentando. Todo el personal no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Tenía la pasta de gluten de diavolo libre, por supuesto y estaba delicioso! El filete estaba perfectamente cocinado que comí. Volveré a buscar este lugar cuando esté en la zona.

Así que reservamos este lugar antes de ir al teatro. Tienen un menú de teatro. Nos pusieron en una bonita mesa en la esquina. La comida era sabrosa y porciones decentes. El servicio era genial y amable, pero eran un poco demasiado entusiasta a veces! Había un elemento de sensación de prisa y estaban un poco ansiosos por quitar platos y vasos, y rondando por ahí... . tanto que tuve que detenerlos (educadamente) en un momento. El lugar estaba lleno de gente y claramente un lugar para comidas previas al teatro, así que el desafío es entrar y salir rápidamente y esa fue la única desventaja ... y era muy obvio. Creo que se necesita un poco más de una sensación relajada y no tanto vagar por el personal y ver a la gente y saltar.

Tuvimos una cena encantadora con amigos. Gran comida, servicio fantástico. Nos atendió Lucía, que era una anfitriona maravillosa. Vale la pena visitarlo. ❤️

Mis amigos y yo cenamos aquí antes del teatro. 2 de nosotros ordenados en el menú pre-teatro. Tardaron más de 40 minutos en llegar los entrantes, lo que fue después de que nos disculpáramos cortésmente por preguntar cuándo podríamos recibir nuestros entrantes ya que estábamos en el teatro en breve. La respuesta del hombre grosero fue “¡estamos ocupados!” Incluso cuando pagamos la factura y pedimos que el importe total se redondeara a una propina de más del 15 %, porque siempre damos propinas a los chefs, etc., y decía que la comida había sido realmente buena, ni siquiera nos respondió ni nos miró. Es una lástima que todos disfrutamos de los dos platos que comimos, pero no volvimos debido a un servicio tan terrible, lento y grosero! Cuando tuvimos nuestra comida, nadie comprobó si estaba bien para nosotros tener la oportunidad de pedir más bebidas.

Se topó con este restaurante mientras buscaba un lugar para la cena. Fue una joya de hallazgo. Excelente comida, personal amable y un ambiente animado. Porciones de gran tamaño también. Recomiendo.

We were staying at a nearby hotel as we were in Manchester for a concert. It was 3 pm on a Sunday but our hotels restaurant was fully booked. We came across this place by accident, lucky us. Fitted us in with no booking but needed the table within a couple of hours which suited us. Food was excellent, great service and friendly staff. Not sure if it is family owned but felt it. Highly recommend.

Horrible servicio, estábamos celebrando 2 cumpleaños, como una familia de cuatro. Optamos por el menú previo al teatro. Esperamos pacientemente durante 40 minutos a que llegaran nuestros entrantes. El chef debió estar listo para que se recogiera la comida, porque tocaba constantemente la campana de su servicio, hasta que se convirtió en un tema de conversación entre compañeros comensales. Los entrantes a la llegada eran sabrosos. Sin embargo, el tiempo ya estaba en contra de nosotros, nuestra red llegó a las 19: 15 pm. Teníamos una reserva de teatro para 19: 30 pm. No tuvimos suficiente tiempo para comer nuestra comida. Ya he cancelado mi próxima reserva para el 15 / 11 / 24. No puedo correr el riesgo de que otro cumpleaños especial sea estropeado por personal desatenta.

We visited Giorgio's for the pre theatre menu on a Friday night. Having not been out in Manchester before I looked online for somewhere close to the theatre we could go that wasn't a chain restaurant. After stumbling across Giorgio's online I booked a table and so glad I did. We had a fabulous two course meal. The Carrot and Coriander soup, alongside the Chicken Risotto was some of the nicest food I've had. We really enjoyed our meal. The greeting and service we received were great and we would definitely come again if in the area. Highly recommend pre booking as we saw people being turned away because the restaurant was full and that was at around 5.30pm.
