Appalling face to face service, had to wait whilst the server finished texting on her phone in front of me one early Saturday morning, I had a latte coffee. Never spoke to me at all. Following Saturday morning she told me there was no such thing as a ‘latte coffee’ and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Reeled off 4 other coffees I could have so I just said cappuccino. I definitely felt like she really doesn’t want to be here at all and I won’t ever bother using this facility again. This was unacceptable. I was in the hospitality sector for 32 years and dealt directly with the public which I enjoyed.

I am a bit particular about my coffee and having moved to Leighton Buzzard recently, I was quite disappointed for not having found some proper coffee yet. Today when I was commuting I decided to try Giardino’s. The macchiato absolutely made my morning!!! Absolutely perfect! Love the taste of your coffee, its toasted just right to give you a good morning kick! Thanks so much!! Now I am looking forward to commute and have your coffee in the mornings :D

Michael and Pratima at Leighton Buzzard station cafe are a winning team, they are so efficient and lovely , always have a friendly chat and they are always cheery. They know their regulars drinks and no matter how close I leave it , I am guaranteed to get a coffee before my train leaves . Thank you guys

First time using this place and sad to say we won’t be returning. Elderly lady serving was rude, wrapped fish and chips as soon as she took order despite needing to wait for other items to be cooked which we was told would be 10 minutes. So fish and chips sat waiting on counter. Gentleman who was cooking told her not to wrap up yet and she snapped back at him rudely and carried on regardless. She seemed very disorganised. Food wasnt as good as expected. Chips cold and dry. Young girl working was lovely and I’m sure she could manage the orders by herself without the confusion caused by the rude elderly lady.

Need to log onto Zoo WiFi and scan QR code to order food. When asked if we could just see a menu and order, we were told this is our restaurant, and this is how we do things. Tried to log on and scan without success. Eventually, the waitress took our order, but not until we got a lecture on how to log on to WiFi, etc. Food arrived quickly but was poor quality and way overpriced. Almost £16 for a chicken burger and fries. Suggest taking sandwiches and a flask of coffee. Total rip off and bad attitude.
