Gerrards Confectioners North Wales Ltd in Flintshire

Went in to get some pasties and upon picking up the bags they were stone cold. I returned to the store about 2 minutes later to make them aware. I was faced with some rude old woman that claimed they are only warm when they come out of the oven and the counter is not heated! Never have I experienced pasties purposefully sold stone cold. Rude staff and cold food.

I bought a couple of sausage rolls only to find there was hardly an sausage meat in it. At £1.90 each its a total rip off.

My finance and i had a day in mold ,we had a light lunch in this cafe ,i have to say iv never met anybody so rude as the young girl who served us. She threw our plates on the table when came to bring our lunch ,the cutlery bounced off the table . We all have bad days but my word she didnt even say sorry or well i was lost for words . Loved mold as lovely shops but i will deffo avoid this cafe / bakery next time.Surprised its open with the attitude we were presented with. Sorry but have to be honest .we all work hard to have these treats and you dont expect to be treated like this.

The food was awful. Over £16 spent on barely edible food. The toasted sandwich was so soggy in the middle, I couldn't cut through it, I just gad to pull it apart. Hubby is not fuss at all but even he said we won't be back. The staff are lovely and very polite.

Just bought a lunchtime pastie, but never again. They're a premium price and poor quality - served luke-warm, far too much salt, pastry was chewy. My server has had a charisma bypass - no please or thankyou, she just announced the price. Food Hygiene rating only 3 according to my app. I should have checked before going there - that's a really poor score

I sat in for a latte which is expensive enough but nice, then thought I'm hungry, so bought an egg sandwich at £2.95. Expensive just for egg on bread,but then to want to try and charge me an extra 50p.to eat in with my latte.are you serious Gerrard's, if you are going to charge extra to eat in sell your egg sandwich 50p cheaper, not happy customer, be aware folks of the not so little add on charges,

Mold shop: Bought 2 teas and almond Frangipani, on opening the cake l found mould covering almost half of the jam and creeping up the pastry; went downstairs and asked to see the manager who laughed and said “oh dear” when l showed her the cake. I stated it was not a laughing matter but she showed no real concern, very angry at this lack of customer service!!!

Payed £10 if not more extra just to sit in to eat. Count about double the price if you plan to eat in, ridiculous. Payed around £25 for 4 pasties, 2 cream cakes, and 2 orange juices.

This is doing my waistband no good whatsoever. Very little of their produce is irresistible.

Discussed with the service old people are horrible, food was cold went in the bin

What a disgrace! Walked in walked out. The state of the carpet was disgusting. My God. It should fail the hygiene test on that alone. What happened to this place?

Always enjoy going there when visiting Mold. They are always so welcoming and polite, and their food plus cake's are sooo delicious.

The steak pies are tasty. But hardly any meat in them just gravy.

My husband went in to Mold this morning for an eye test and he bought two of your steak pies for are lunch thay are the nicest pies we have tasted for a long time .will be back for some more.

Nice but far to expensive £9.10p for 4 slices of toast and a small bottle of orange never again !!!

A favourite stop-off for us when visiting Mold. Fabulous cakes. Plenty of seats.

Say fresh food but I've seen the cakes biscuits in window and left covered with paper?
