Food from here is always good. One of the pizza's in my order was wrong. Spoke to someone at Haruns on the phone, he found my order details, pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up. Well cheers mate! Wasn't really a big issue despite the lack of pepperoni in my life. No need to be so rude.

We ordered burgers, chicken wings, wraps, nuggets and pizza. The burgers were good and so was the wrap and chicken wings. Their pizzas were not very good and actual quite bland and tasteless.

Dish was warm and very tasty . Lots of meat , veggies and sauce. Really quick delivery. Could be a bit cheaper or charged less for delivery 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ But basically was good. Recommended!

Ordered from Just Eat and paid for meal. Food did not arrive. Missed a call from driver but did not answer when we called back. Shop line also no answer. Upon investigation the following day it turned out that our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Photo evidence was provided by driver. Refused to resend the order and manager hung up when trying to resolve, just pointed us back to Just Eat for a refund despite saying we did not want a refund and just wanted our food. Both manager and driver blamed us for delivering to the wrong house saying we should of answered the phone!! Most awful customer experience I have ever had and despite the usual good quality of the food I will never go back because of the poor way this was handled. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest .. even immediately removed themselves from Just Eat for delivery in our area. Disgusted!

Waited 1hr 50 minutes and wasn’t exactly the best food to wait for average and cold when arrived. Phoned shop to be told food is on the way be about 15/20 mins still didn’t arrive. phoned again 40 mins later to be told again it was still on way stuck in traffic. Don’t mind waiting for food but website told me 35 mins. Maybe this should be updated per order accordingly! First time using the place as it looked good but service has massively let your place down! Won’t be using again and telling friends to stay clear!!!

Obrzydliwie niedobre jedzenie. Pan, który robił dla nas kebaba był bardzo nie miły, zachowywał się tak jakby pracował tam za karę. W każdym pudełku było po pół kilo cebuli !!! Mięsa tyle co kot naplakal..bardzo mało. Córka miała więcej mięsa w kebabie małym niż my w dużych:/ posypane skrojona kapustą pekińską. Żałuję, że zabrałam jedzenie do domu a nie sprawdziłam na miejscu. NIEPOLECAM!!

Have been ordering with Haruns for a couple of years now (delivery through just eat) and never had any issues (the odd time where food quality not as good as others but nothing that warranted contacting them to complain) however today we ordered and part of the order was 2 x popcorn chicken (i regularly order 1 portion) and when it arrived it was literally as if it was 1 portion spread across the 2 boxes, for £3.20 a box it was tiny portions! So contacted them to explain that we were not happy with the tiny portions as we order regular so know the usual portion sizes, the man i spoke with was very rude, had zero customer service skills & clearly wasnt willing to do anything about it! I told him ive been a very regular customer for last couple of years and wont be ordering again, but he blatently didnt care & on the complaint of portion size said " thats inflation for ya love!!" And hung up on me! I contacted just eat to try to ressolve it & opted to request a refund for the popcorn chicken part of the order (there was other food ordered) however the just eat customer services had the same answer from Haruns & they refused a refund! With attitude like that towards customers that have spent a lot of money with them im suprised they still get customers! Very disappointing Haruns!

Do not order from here, worst kebab in shotton, not only would they not allow me to change my order once I had paid (literally 2 minutes after) the food was very average, only warm, bread was soggy, can get so much better in the local area.

Very rude man who claimed to be the manager when placing the order. Was saying I made errors on pizza size instead of explaining what size they do. When confronted about his rudeness I asked for the manager to be told he was the manager and did I want food or not to which I replied I wouldn't be phoning if I didn't. If I wasn't so hungry and in a position to order elsewhere I would have. Pizza ok taste wise once delivered but only luke warm

The oil in the fryer was so bad the place filled with smoke and the chips were not eatable I complained and was told where to go place needs knew management and a good clean.

They forgot the cheese on my burger but I'll forgive them.... it was still lush!

Food wasn't that bad but the one star is because I paid to have cheese on two of the burgers and they didn't come with any. This means to me take my money and don't receive anything basically steeling from me. Take away service 1 star again as I requested to be called on arrival which is very late at night and the wife and kids were in bed but they ignored that knocked loudly on the door and woke every one up. Have the email to prove all this

Yes it was New Year's Eve but it was early ! Pizza was cold and pitta bread was as dry as the dessert and hard enough to use for a frisbee. No way near the normal standard!!

Large kebab is very small. In another restaurant is better... If you want LARGE is LARGE... I'm big man, I ate "large" kebab from Harun's and I'm hungry.
