German Doner Kebab - Hounslow in Hounslow

I been coming for lunch or sometimes for dinner since this shop has been opened. The service me and my husband have received so far is amazing. The customer service from Unnathi, Iqra and Yanan is fantastic and they all three always so happy helping all customers with their very smiles face I wish every other restaurants have service like GDk. These 3 ladies are highly valued and deserve a very big Thank You. Just because of their warm welcome myself n my husband are visiting GDK every week. The chief are also part of my Thank you as without them I would have been enjoying my food at GDK. Many many thanks to Unnathi, Iqra, Yonan and Chiefs. With lots of respect Kris & Rosy

Unpolite staff very rude and disrespectful towards customers....I experienced the worst customer service...when it was not even my fault...but will never step my feet there again ..

Me and my friend visited the GDK outlet at hounslow today at 18:15. When we walked in the restaurant was not very busy. It was exceptionally clean and the staff at the till were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered at the till and sat down for our food to be brought over. The food was all hot and freshly prepared. We were given napkins, sauces and condiments without having to go back to the till to ask for anything. While we were seated, we noticed the manager Mazhar interacting with other customers in a friendly and polite manager, he was also bringing out food and serving customers at their tables. Staff were seen sanitising seats and cleaning tables and other furniture around. The toilets were absolutely spotless and smelt fresh. Overall we were highly impressed with not only the quality of the meal but also the service provided by the highly skilled, polite, friendly and hardworking staff including the manager. I highly recommend a visit to this store as it is well managed and offers great value for money. Cheers! Brian.
