The waiting time a little bit too much only.

The second time I waited for food for 1.40 minutes! The food was cold once again. The man on the phone was very rude. The second and last time I ordered food there. Unfortunately I don't recommend it!

Always a pleasure visiting this branch- the staff always greets us with a wide smile and have always been accommodating and honest with their recommendations! If you’re being served by Fahad, Yammine or Pranavi, be assured you’re in safe hands! :) When upgrading for a meal, we’ve found their cheesy chips to be the best. Would highly recommend the aloe drink and the new Ayran for out of the box options as your drink. Their ayran is a salty yogurt based drink that they do of their own and is surprisingly VERY tasty in comparison to the other locally available brands. The new addition of their rice bowls is a must try too, and the NHS discount is always a cherry on top!

There was no atmosphere as no music and very quiet. Screens were not working. I did not enjoy the veggie food, there is a new menu and it is not at good very expensive for what we got, especially the veggie options. The staff, however, were lovely.

The kebab was absolutely delicious! The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I really enjoyed the seasoning and the way everything was prepared. However, the portion was a bit too small—I was hoping for a little more. Still, the quality was excellent, and I would definitely come back for another one!

We got order from someone else and when we tried to contact the restaurant they never picked up the phone. After few attempts of contacting them we just gave up. We ate there very often, every time we had to tell the staff that we ordered a doner kebab with double meat and they usually added more, but recently for the umpteenth time there was just so little meat that it was a massacre, you would have to eat two double kebabs with double the meat to be full

It took 20 minutes to get the take away even it was not crowded. Staff very slow. It’s not my first experience but I like the food so visited there again. Management should look into it.

The Food did taste very nice but that had nothing to do with a German kebab. You were like ordering on screens so your Kebab is like already chosen which I think is bad. They serve it in something like a waffle so definitely not bread. It still tasted nice but I wouldn't go there another time.

Got a Donner box with chips and a drink and a box of donuts Unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes in an almost empty restaurant. For some reason it was tagged as a take out order despite not being called out. Staff had even looked over to me multiple times, you'd think if they got food out in about 5 minutes (nobody had come in before you wonder why I didn't say something) they would have wondered why someone had been sat there for 20 minutes with one of their table flags out. Guy who I assume the manager was quite apologetic though and offered to remake my food. The mixed kebab with garlic and yogurt sauce was immense though. The doughnuts were really disappointing though, not warm, fridge temp, I was expecting them to be warmed up. Not worth the fiver. Overall I'll be coming back. I get it, mistakes happen and the manager wanted to rectify the wait, but if the staff were a little more vigilant it wouldn't have happened, as the staff member on the front counter had looked over at me multiple times

Absolutely delicious food and very affordable. I got the doner box fries and salad with a drink for £9.98 and had a hard time finishing it because it was so filling and delicious. I’ll definitely be back when next I’m in Liverpool city centre

Excellent service at GDK Liverpool. Satish went above and beyond from the first second we arrived. From stopping his dinner break to clean a booth area we wanted to sit at and also give us an exceptional insight to each specific item on the menu to help us decide what to order. Highly recommend visiting.

Food was a little pricey but for the quality and service it was fantastic and i would expect nothing less. A premium price requires a premium service and that is what was delivered. Thank you to all the team at the Liverpool shop, will definitely come back in the new year!! Cheers!

Quiet in terms of seated/dining in customers with a steady flow of take out customers. We used the self-service to order and food was not long in the making. The food itself was of the expected quality - uniform to that of GDK across other parts of the country. The lady serving was polite and helpful. The atmosphere was okay - the one star lost however is not so much for the atmosphere but the fact the table we say at hadn't been wiped down and there were bits of food dotted around the table as well as grease marks.
