I visited this branch with my colleague, expecting a good experience based on past visits to a different location unfortunately, this one was disappointing from the start. When we approached the counter to place our order, the staff member told us to wait as she was busy with something else. We didn’t have much time, so we tried ordering at the kiosk, but it failed to scan our voucher. Only after we asked again did she take our order manually. After waiting around 10 minutes, we received our food — I ordered the beef doner box with fries. Sadly, the food was well below expectations. The beef was cut into thick, long strips that were difficult to eat, and the cheese had a strange taste. It just wasn’t enjoyable. I’ve had the same item at another branch and it was much better there. But at this location, both the service and the food were disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I have had a really bad experience at GDK Ruislip, evening time I waited here for 45 minutes to pickup food delivery. They have four staff members but working very slowly. I waited there and their staff was not preparing my order. I asked to prepare my order bcz I'm waiting here but the girl told me we make order in sequence. If no one is there to pickup the order but they make their food. This is not fair. For that reason I recommend not placing an order online at the GDK.

That wasn't a German Kebab, it was an Indian kebab. It was a big difference of taste from the order a few weeks ago. The chef added some Indian spices which changed a taste of kebab massively. Not gonna order anymore.

Took 1 hour 8 minutes from order to delivery, took so long to prepare and longer than needed to deliver, food arrived so cold. But it tasted good. Maybe not offer to people unless they live within 10 mins of restaurant.

The food was very cold when I received it and they took very long to bring my food I ordered it at 6:05 pm it came at 7:17pm which is unacceptable and on top of all of that the food was cold which angered me more I would like to speak to someone about this

The bread is undercooked, and they tend to miss parts of your order when they're busy. Also, calling in is pointless as nobody answers.

Came late, the chips were extremely greasy, not fully done, the kebab meat was not done enough (for my taste); the spring rolls were again, extremely greasy. Not ordering again, for sure, huge drop in quality

5* I went for lunch with my kids, and it was an absolutely great experience. The kids had a wonderful time, and the service was fast. The food arrived within a reasonable time, though I noticed that there were only two staff members—one in the kitchen and one at the counter. It would be great if they could increase the kitchen staff to improve efficiency. 4* The store was a bit cold because the front door was left open. Additionally, I ordered two boxes of the same item, but one had a slightly smaller portion than the other. This could be improved in the future. Overall, it was a great experience. A big thank you to both staff members for their hard work.

Food is relatively good but service is ridiculous. Can't get a recept at the self checkout for takeaway and your order number doesn't appear on screen (online delivery orders do though) so you have no idea when it is ready.

Very bad experience. I always ask at checkout to make sure the chicken is well-cooked because of a previous experience at the same place, but I still received raw pieces of meat. I won’t be going here anymore and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Owner handing out dirty looks and not good service

Delivery got delayed, either because of driver using multiple apps and delivering multiple orders or restaurant was busy. It makes me doubt restaurant was busy as food was ice cold.

I had to for about an hour. When it came it was barely Luke warm and the kebab meat was in tiny little pieces!!

Marcel - uber eats delivery came over an hour late and food stone cold horrendous, change the management as social media is actively doing its thing.

Not a bad kebab. The lady at the till said that the choice was chicken or beef but I'm sure the beef was lamb, it tastes like lamb.

Ordered GDK box with chips. The chips wasn’t done properly. You could taste the uncooked flavour of potatoes. The boxes wasn’t full as well. Never will order from Ruislip branch again

This is what the order looks like, the spring rolls are burnt, the meat doesn't look like there is meat. The order is covered in oil and the box is half full, not full. We will never order there again and I warn you against others.

Wrong order delivery. Again. They have these deals on where it’s 40% off. But the portion size is also reduced. So you’re not getting a deal at all. Disappointed with this establishment.

There was wonderful customer service especially from Asif, he was very helpful and respectful, he helped me through the menu and explained the prices well. I highly recommend.

Ordered for the first time from here, we ordered kcal kebabs, donor crunch burger, portion of fries & hash browns. Food was tasty but cold, chips especially and for the portions of large chips & hash browns thought it was really overpriced.

Very poor customer service I Was dinning in i have ordered through the self checout it was asking the table number but u have to collect from the counter only. We have customised the doner for kids without spicy but they made with spicy sauce when we asked they they simply saying it's not printed in the receipt. And also waiting for long time for the food when we ask the lady who was serving from the till it's because of busy but there are not much customer for dinning in.

Food cold and spoilt. Delivery took 55 mins even though it was showing 10-20. Really disappointed.
