German Doner Kebab in Hillingdon

The order is wrong. The doner is ok. 2 chicken rolls are wrong. I received something else. I am totally disappointed.

Food is great and fresh and they always supply you with sauces.

Took 1 hour 8 minutes from order to delivery, took so long to prepare and longer than needed to deliver, food arrived so cold. But it tasted good. Maybe not offer to people unless they live within 10 mins of restaurant.

The food was very cold when I received it and they took very long to bring my food I ordered it at 6:05 pm it came at 7:17pm which is unacceptable and on top of all of that the food was cold which angered me more I would like to speak to someone about this

Came late, the chips were extremely greasy, not fully done, the kebab meat was not done enough (for my taste); the spring rolls were again, extremely greasy. Not ordering again, for sure, huge drop in quality

Food is relatively good but service is ridiculous. Can't get a recept at the self checkout for takeaway and your order number doesn't appear on screen (online delivery orders do though) so you have no idea when it is ready.

Very bad experience. I always ask at checkout to make sure the chicken is well-cooked because of a previous experience at the same place, but I still received raw pieces of meat. I won’t be going here anymore and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Owner handing out dirty looks and not good service

Delivery got delayed, either because of driver using multiple apps and delivering multiple orders or restaurant was busy. It makes me doubt restaurant was busy as food was ice cold.

I had to for about an hour. When it came it was barely Luke warm and the kebab meat was in tiny little pieces!!

Marcel - uber eats delivery came over an hour late and food stone cold horrendous, change the management as social media is actively doing its thing.

Not a bad kebab. The lady at the till said that the choice was chicken or beef but I'm sure the beef was lamb, it tastes like lamb.

Ordered GDK box with chips. The chips wasn’t done properly. You could taste the uncooked flavour of potatoes. The boxes wasn’t full as well. Never will order from Ruislip branch again

This is what the order looks like, the spring rolls are burnt, the meat doesn't look like there is meat. The order is covered in oil and the box is half full, not full. We will never order there again and I warn you against others.

Wrong order delivery. Again. They have these deals on where it’s 40% off. But the portion size is also reduced. So you’re not getting a deal at all. Disappointed with this establishment.

Ordered for the first time from here, we ordered kcal kebabs, donor crunch burger, portion of fries & hash browns. Food was tasty but cold, chips especially and for the portions of large chips & hash browns thought it was really overpriced.

Very poor customer service I Was dinning in i have ordered through the self checout it was asking the table number but u have to collect from the counter only. We have customised the doner for kids without spicy but they made with spicy sauce when we asked they they simply saying it's not printed in the receipt. And also waiting for long time for the food when we ask the lady who was serving from the till it's because of busy but there are not much customer for dinning in.

Food cold and spoilt. Delivery took 55 mins even though it was showing 10-20. Really disappointed.

When we ordered our items the indicated estimated time of delivery was 8:30. This time then kept getting pushed back to around 9am. When the delivery finally left the driver got here quite quick but after having to wait for it too be prepared for so long it isn’t too much to expect the food to be warm that included the chips, side and kebab itself. Disappointing meal and won’t be ordering from GDK again.

I am so dissappointed about the kebab that I ordered today from your restaurant, in Ruislip, the chips were freezing, the kebab had too much salt😖😖😖😖, so disgusting. I wasted my money buying in your branch, is the first time and the last one.

Not good. Hair and beard nets not worn. Toilets look like they've not been cleaned for god knows how long. Built up brown stuff where the toilet hinges are. And this was definitely something that's built up for days. Delivery drivers continuously shouting at staff for orders. And was not done in a civilised manner.

Food was nice and delicious. We order a standard chicken kebab which comes in a waffle like flatbread. The presentation and delivery was speedy and nicely set. The venue was nice and well designed and spacious. Brightly lit and clean. One gripe I had was the onboarding to any vouchers or coupons at the venue. The customer experience was slightly long winded. I had to make the order via the app to apply for the discount. It's a shame that it couldn't be done directly at the counter with a QR scan like many other venues accept. It took slightly longer to download go through sign-up and order. Other than that the eat experience made up for the lack voucher discount. As a first time eater I was impressed 👍😁

We ordered plain chips which cost almost £3 but it is not included in the delivery.

This place is good! I mean it when I say it. Didn't eat in but ordered online. I got the doner box fries (tried beef and chicken, and normally order the cheesy fries with it) The doner is so quite dry and often under cooked though. The food does feel a bit processed too.

I placed the order @8pm and arrived by 8.38pm the food is cold, outer layer was slightly warm but inside stuff was cold, I felt the food were prepared well before in advance.

It was amazing, he collected my kebab from the takeaway restaurant and delivered it to my house.What more can you say.😁

On entering the restaurant there was a terrible smell of B.O (in hindsight we should left then) . All the tables were dirty, there were 2 members of staff were just sitting at the tables doing nothing. We ordered our food, then discovered it was the server on the till who had the body odour. He was incompetent in taking our order, we had to keep repeating it. I had to ask for cleaning products to clean the table, he cleaned it for us. The food was cold, no dips - which we had to ask for and was told they were extra..never have we been told this before. Some of the order was forgotten so we had to remind him. We have been to this branch before and it has always been great food and service. We would never return to this branch again. Very disappointing. The manager needs to look into this, ensure his staff are hygienically clean and the tables and restaurant to be of a better cleaning standard. We would give zero stars if we could.

Very disappointed with my delivery order today, two of the meals were missing. Had to reorder for 2 family members again and got charged extra for service and another delivery. Ordered multiple times from this branch and you never know what to expect, as once they get your order right and sometimes food doesn’t meets the standards and you get scraps. Won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either. Very disappointed !!!!! I would give 0 stars !!!!
