Good quality food and kind service.

One of the managers is rudely and unprofessional and doesn’t give driver a respect and response.

Im a regular customer who always buys from here, yet when 2 of my friends got food poisoning after eating from here they'd refused to do something about it. No compensation no refund nothing. If it was possinle id give 0 stars. Its unbelievably bad customer service, something should be done in this case to make up for what has happened. I suggest dont buy from here, as i definitely am not going to risk it again myself.

We like the food but the service is poor. Staff are more concerned about fulfilling takeaway orders than the orders for those who actually dine in. We had to wait about 15mins for our food and ask for our table to be cleaned after the previous guests. However, in that time, numerous takeaway orders were fulfilled and given to the delivery drivers. This has to change. Also, once our food order was ready, it was sat on the shelf for ages waiting for a member of staff to bring it over to our table. That said, we like the food enough to be repeat customers.

The worker Nour here is a legend bro good guy he served me with the upmost respect and was a funny guy

Ordered food 30 mins ago and still didnt arrive. When food arrived meat was uncooked. Lady at the front said that chicken is pink because of the muscle and died from stress. What a joke….

The original German Doner Kebab is a must try

Beautifully prepared kcal Doner, Doritos crunch burger and mixed spring rolls. We also tried three of the fries: curry, spicy and cheesy and loved them all. Very pleasantly surprised, will definitely be back

Ordered from Uber Eats and I'm not happy. Got the gym box which is supposed to come with 3 sauces, there were no sauces. The gym box was full of salad (over half) and there was barely any meat. I called the restaurant and they told me that they can't do anything once the order has been delivered. How am I supposed to know if there is something wrong with the order before it arrives? The man I spoke with said he can't do anything to help. Really annoyed and won't be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgraceful. Paid over £30 for this. No extra paid for items I ordered and freezing cold. The picture is meant to be the Donner Krunch Burger with extra meat. I don’t know how they are getting away with it. Avoid! (Also note how for each bad review GDK receives a bot or new profile leaves 5*)

Nice place to dine in , we love the fries which comes up with different seasonings.... over taste is very nice and we would visit again but I felt the quantity provided for doner boxes esp is somewhat less..

Rip off paid for fast track to get cold fries and warmish kebabs. Not drivers fault. We were tracking the delivery seems like our order made early and left to one side !!!

Very hit and miss, more often miss. Seems bad on weekend evening; food thrown into boxes, instructions missed, paid for extras missed etc.

The service is just ridiculous. They take a hell lot of time to deliver simple and small orders. The attitude of staff isn’t courteous either.

During the afternoon hours take ages to get one Donner kebab, even when have just 2 orders in the board, looks like the staff don't want to work to much... Really slowly, told me 10 minutes, after 10 minutes more 10 minutes and after more 10... Waiting 30 minutes for a kebab. Worst place to order, better to go in other kebabs around here.

I have been a fan of gdk, however this is not how it used to be. The food used to be served hot and fresh, nowadays this is not. The spring rolls smells and tastes oil as this has been re-fried. The sauces used to be free 1st time and then charged. This is now chargeable from start. Even so the amount of sauce applied in OG is less compared to earlier times. The service levels are good and the ambience is good.

Ordered 1 donor box with chips, 1 side (separate order) of cheesy chips, with curry seasoning. First delivery came with 1 box of beef donor meat, with the cheesy chips all in the same box. Beef meat covered in curry seasoning yuck! Went on the deliveroo app and explained what happened. Got another delivery, same again apart from a box of normal chips (cold). Tried to message them again. Couldn't.

Recently my visited in german donar kabab . I would like to say that the staffs are providing good service the names are nidhi and Arish served to me.I eaten OG kebab was very delicious.

Food was good and even the person who served us was friendly I don’t know her name properly may be it was Nidhi if I’m not wrong. Will definitely visit soon.

I tried GDK for the first time, and I must say the veggi kebab was amazing. Apart from food the staff was very friendly.

I visited there store.... I am a vegetarian person so i always careful with choice of store but this store has a greatest staff all time ... I asked one of the staff for veg menu and that girl i forgot her name but may be it's nidhi .. She gave me excellent service and i tried their veggie burger which was delicious and staff was very friendly and the hygiene level was spot on ....will visit soon

Today I'm visiting German doner kebab and I'm surprised to eat kebab in London it's too yummy I never try this type of kebab in my life I'm very happy to eat kebab and there's staff is such a supportive and arun provid very fast service in the morning 🌄

The food was excellent i love the food and service of GDK ruislip. I visit regularly at GDK. And as always Miss Nidhi gives me a very good and quick service with pleasant smile.

First of all I love visiting this place .I love the food .I ate mix kebab there it was very delicious I think the guy name arun made it .it didn't take too long to wait for my food however it was quick service and I enjoyed my food over there .. All team is good

Food was ok (sceptical about the ‘extra’ veggies) but they are scam artists through the medium of Deliveroo - if it’s saying a BOGOF offer, be aware that it’s not because of ‘availability’ (???) and no one will refund you. I continued to purchase the order because usually when an offer doesn’t work you can sort it after the fact but not on this occasion. Cowboys.

I went here couple of weeks back after eating at various branches. The sauces here are best - also priced cheaply versus other gdk other parts of londo. Keep up the good work

All local delivery driver have stopped taking orders from that shop cuz always staff is very rude and unprofessional And even if not busy they make you wait 15-20 minutes Leila the manager she is doing that in purpose to wait and the business loosing to much money, is obvious that they do it in purpose to make life of drivers difficult and that why local driver not going there any more

The casier mentioned of waiting time 40 minutes to me and any vostumer when one staff smoking outside and me watching how anything moving in very low motion. Now I understand way is this 40 minutes waiting for 2 donner. Should caled Slow Food when nothing is fast with 6 staff looking very "busy ". Is any one Manage this place on proper working service ? Any CO interested how is loose clients and money?

I would not even give a single star. They have pathetic staff. Very rude and arrogant. I wanted to order food for myself. They it will take 30-40 mins. I said I can't wait that much as I was working and asked to use the washroom. Staff very rudely argued that you can only use it if I buy food from there. What a useless logic I wanted to buy food but their chicken would take 40 mins which is not my problem. I wasn't allowed to use the washroom. They really need to hire better staff who have some decency to speak politely

Went for take away at 10:20 pm. The girl at the till was sweeping floor in the front after taking order. She came back without washing hands and packed the food. Extremely unhygienic. Also she didn't even closed the box properly(photo attached) and food got cold until I recahed home. Very pathetic staff.

Had the box for one delivered. Absolutely amazing food. 1000 times better than the greasy kebabs from the regular shops. You dont feel grim after eating here. Highly recommend. Price is roughly the same as you'd pay for the other places in the area. Well worth a little extra.

staff was so slow and food was so cold . dirty tables floor chairs aroud , no any customers at that moment , when we choose the table the lady (Subrina Alam)explain that this table belong to stuff , and they didn't let us to sit there .

Came here to find out that they have no chicken left, the place always has something missing from the menu. Needs better management and customer service.

The doner was splendid but the kids there were obnoxious. Not like it was the restaurant's fault but still gotta mark them down on that!

Overpriced, served cold in the middle, ridiculous portion size! Huge waste of time and money!

Really disappointed that the quality is very poor with hardly any chicken inside the wraps. Tuesday offers over rated because they make you wait an hour. Suggest to provide sufficient staff when making offers like a Tuesday and also focus on quality. Cheesy fries are also misleading and wrongly advertised.

Standard german donner Decent prices given cost of living

We tried first time original kebab. It’s very tasty, my family loved it. We certainly recommend everyone. Quick service, friendly staff, clean tables, good location, lot of seating area.

Ordered two chicken gym boxes. Both had TRIMMED chicken, instead of the usual. Felt like leftovers and the portion was a joke. Most of the box was filled with tasteless salad. Not recommended any more. Oh, they also missed one portion of chips, never delivered. What a joke.

I ordered the chicken box with a little salad inside it when I got home and opened it there was more salad than the actual chicken. Don’t recommend ordering from there again! Spent £16 just to get salad

Iam living harrow every time iam come form harrow and i want to make order but every time they are say iit will take over one hours last week i went with my family nobody wasn’t there and I asked about food they said over one hour ! They don’t have good service

Beautiful festival, we visited in the last 3 years and enjoyed. Our baby girl is now 3 and she loves the rides and the doggies participating in the show. Nice escape with family.

Awful customer service. Waited over 1hr for delivery. When I phoned the restaurant they said not our problem even though food had still not been picked up by uber eats driver. Eventually 2hrs later food arrived totally stale and ice cold and when I phoned them up again they hung up. Would strongly suggest to think twice before ordering from German donner kebab.

Really slow service. I have to wait 1 hour 15 min for my order. If they are introducing an offer so it’s mean they need to prepare before hand for extra staff to facilitate customers.

Lacking customer service skiĺls, whilst taking my order she started shouting for someone to come and get their's. I looked at her and waited then she had the nerve to ask me what I had ordered!!! So I politely said to her had she said excuse me for one moment instead of shouting I would not have had to repeat myself.

The staff were very friendly, made sure my order was correct and gave me extra sauces at no extra charge. GDK gives generous servings and this restaurant was very clean.

Went in at 6pm yesterday, asked for no tomato or garlic sauce and they failed. Waste of time and money. Poor service, won't be returning.

The food is good but why are they so mean with the sauce? I bought 2 kebabs and a side of chips and they offer one tiny portion of chilli sauce! No yogurt sauce or garlic sauce. Why do I have this fight with them every time to get some sauce?

Absolutely useless. Food is always greasy and tasteless. And always something missing. Had an order delivered a minute ago and surprise, the fries are missing. Although I love GDK. Ruislip are useless at doing their jobs.
