German Doner Kebab in Stockport

really upset food cold no dips both boxes had spicy frys only one requested and spent 30 pounds not exceptional need help really not happyp

Good food, bit pricey but always good quality. Update: tried the plant based doner, the flavour was really good however the 'meat' is a bit chewy. Overall enjoyed it and it's a great addition to the menu.

Was also missing my chips. Delivery time kept changing

for a total of 38£ it's a total rip off portion size is for children and the food was cold avoid as I will be doing in the future

The delivery driver went to the wrong address, was difficult to speak to over the phone, was rude, and was trying to get the delivery code from me before he even got to the correct address.

The order was incorrect, some of my kids items were missing. Trying to treat them, but they gave us a subpar service. This is disappointing.

Came with my family on Tuesday.l about 5pm. Stunning place stunning food and great staff. Love it 😀

Ordered the big boss box, the driver didn’t put it into a bag and it’s come quite a distance so you can imagine it’s gone Cold 🙄

Honestly, this isn't donner as you know it. Their boss boxes are just packaging. The value for money isnt there. If you are looking for traditional donner, that youd find on the high street, this isnt the place.

Coming with an update... today , the man who prepared my take away (chicken wrap)... he put his fingers in the nose and after he create my meal , no gloves no nothing... disgusting!! Update: 16.3.2025 still no gloves on any of them, cross infection contamination...

ordered for 3 people only got 2 orders

order was made at 21:10 and had a delivery time of 21:45, this was constantly changing, the courier was at the restaurant but still waiting for the order to be made, eventually this arrived at 22:32 cold and soggy

I waited 4 hours for my order and it arrived incomplete and cold

Wrapped in tinfoil and still arrived cold.

Half the order missing, left on hold for 15 mins when trying to contact the restaurant. Food is nice but not worth the hassle.

It came absolutely freezing due to no fault of the delivery driver, I’m seeing a lot of food places recently making basic mistakes such as putting my freezing cold can of drink inside a warm sealed box of food meaning by time it actually gets here my food was cold and my can of fizzy pop was luke warm so disappointing when it can be easily avoided common sense not to put cold drinks wrapped up in the same box as hot food

We bought doner box with cheese and og kebab , OG kebab was perfect but doner box was too salty. So we said to lady to change it if possible (Jasmine) she was so kind to change it thanks to her. Overall everything was ok , Ayran is must try drink!

Awful, chips were soggy. Meat was all dried up - clearly old or over cooked meat.

Excellent food and staff also on ubereats and a pleasure to deliver for.

Small portions and expensive for what you get

The food is excellent with a good choice of products and regular deals. The lack of staff means you have to use screens most days similar to McDonald's but the staff are lovely and I can't fault the service.

Took over an hour to receive food. Food was only warm and not hot like I would expect. Not impressed

food was cold the driver left the restaurant and went to offerton first then came to my address which is literally 5 mins from the restaurant

Everything was there, hot, well presented, and delicious. Highly recommend if you want a healthier kebab!

The order is incorrect and had arrived late I had originally thought that it was just cold as it was late but the whole order is incorrect the items on each kebab aren’t right and could’ve been dangerous due to an allergy in my house hold. I haven’t been refunded yet either !!

Ordered as had a needed to be within a certain timeframe and delivery advertised as between 15 and 30 mins. On placing order delivery time was given as 30 mins which was fine. However, the time kept changing until it was given as an hour and ten mins after ordered. Took an hour in the end which meant I didn't then have time to eat it. Not happy.

Food fine. Delivery atrocious. 45 mins later than time requested. Expected delivery time just kept changing to 5 mins later every 5 minutes. No contact from the restaurant, no telephone number on the app.

I put in the comment for sauce and onion but got none! It was so tasty tho lots of chips little meat but good!

German Diner Kebab used to be a place I could visit and leave feeling happy and satisfied, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The portion was disappointingly small, with barely any chicken, a cold bun, and mostly red cabbage and lettuce filling. On top of that, the toilet was filthy—no toilet paper, no hand soap, and water all over the floor. The tables were dirty as well. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Fault of Just Eat . I called after 30 mins they said they only just received the order. This is why Trustpilot give just eat 95% 1 star ratings. Will not use Just Eat ever again. Had to cancel first time as being sent to someone else's address!

Ordered a takeaway today and was impressed with quality of food and particularly two staff members. Jasmine took my order and I explained I will be taking my food away to eat later on, she went to the back of the shop to specifically tell the staff to pack the sauces and salad separately. I explained to Illenia that I would be back a bit later to pick up my order, she packed the kebabs in a bag and put it under the warmer and the salad and sauces in a separate bag away from the warmer. All in all, a lovely kebab with exceptional customer service, both the girls get 10 out of 10!

Delivery guy didn’t even come to the door, stayed in his car and called me to come out. Very lazy and bad service. Food was mediocre - lukewarm, stale bread and stale chips. Would’ve been overpriced if it was half the price they charged.

Food not bad just expensive and quite confusing to order to be honest. But came hot, hardly any salad on the kebab though just a bit of stringy lettuce :/ Staff lovely especially the young girl on the front counter who was actually run ragged attending to customers in the shop AND takeaway orders. But 3 in the kitchen, 1 could have helped her? The music in the store was SUPER SUPER LOUD felt like i was in a nightclub... bit off-putting as was the constant just eat alarm thing. Would visit again but I'd probably still be confused at the menu and annoyed by the super loud music. But credit to the girl serving

Considering the fresh ingredients and flavourful dishes, you really get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended for those who want a quality meal without breaking the bank. And their staffs are excellent, specially Nilufa and Jesse .

Redowan gave great service. Occasional check that we were ok. Made us feel important and valued. Food was lovely. The Doritos kebab bun was yum. Third time we have been with more visits planned.

Food is decent quality, lovely, moist doner meat, fresh salad, ok bread. Portions are small for the price you pay and more so if you want to add jalapeños, or sauce, or anything else that comes as standard in a normal kebab shop, it soon adds up. Kebabs are loaded up with meat at the front to look impressive and only salad in the back third. Chips are good and a nice choice of toppings. Ordering was easy enough and the staff were really nice and polite to be fair. I visited the Stockport store and while it wasn't terrible, I wouldn't come back, especially with hundreds of kebab shops in Longsight, Levenshulme, Rusholme just up the road, where I could have got more food, of a similar quality, for a third of the price.

food was lovely as always but please tell your delivery guys to shut people's gates after them. I have a gate to stop rubbish blowing also the guy tonight was quite ignorant. on a plus. I love your food

The atmosphere was okay okay-ish. Not too bad. I’d ordered the OG chicken wrap and ir was fresh and light and not too heavy on the tummy. The beef was acceptable too but the chicken beat it.

Spot on food, quick service lovely hot and fresh daughter was saying 5 star she loved her first GDK. we drove 30 minutes and was not disappointed.

the order was short of a meal deal. called the restaurant who advised we would have to collect or we could have credit for the next time. also advised we need to call Just Eat to get a driver as wanted it to be delivered. as advised, their mistake, not mine, so they should sort this out. they were not prepared so I have requested a refund. this was a Christmas Eve treat and I was not keen as I think this place is overpriced and has no value, now I know I will never be ordering from here again.
