This is a really lovely place staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is really good had roast of the day the first time it was massive well worth the money the 2nd time it was a regular breakfast it was fresh and the cutlery and tables were clean. The prices here are brilliant. They also allow dogs in too.

Best carvery around, 4 joints on the go, cooked to perfection, large selection of veggies, all at a great price. Highly recommend and will go back again.

Ahhhh Garden City, my childhood pub. Still as great as I remember. Clean, nice atmosphere. Played my first ever game of pool here last Thursday. Good prizes for bingo, was shocked to hear £108 for a full house!

Always a great carvery and lovely staff

Went Sunday the 28th October for so called carvery and was very disappointed with food roast potatoes were like conkers over done and left under a heat lamp chicken was very dry and then you have to let another woman put your veg on which is not a carvery as advertised price was a little expensive for what you receive in my opinion wouldn't go again as didn't enjoy shame really as I'm only next door to this at another caravan site

Great pub . With bingo . Karaoke Fri , sat night . Drink prices was a little high ( out of season ) . Bar staff kept talking to people until 6.03 then charged me full price instead of happy hour prices that Finished at 6 was stood at the bar for 10 mins .

Went to a kids party in the function room, little bit dark but plenty of room for the kids to roam

Normally eat at another local pub for carvery but decided to try here, very very good, much better than our normal place up the road, brilliant selection, very nice place, will use garden city in future
