Galata Meyhouse in Richmond upon Thames

Amazing experience, staff (owner) was on top of the ordering, drinks and the entire service. Supper friendly and caring about the food craft itself not just throwing crap on the plate and serving it.

Visited Galata Meyhouse with my wife and the food was excellent. Really friendly service. It is a new family business that is doing very well. Highly recommended. A real hidden gem located in Twickenham Green. All food freshly prepared in the kitchen. All our neighbours have been and are also very pleased with this new restaurant.

Welcoming atmospheric locale doing a good choice of wines, including Turkish favourites, alongside very tasty Turkish hot/cold mezze and other traditional dishes. Also superb desserts. I feel it will become a regular favourite!

We had a lovely meal at Galata Meyhouse.. the food was fresh and authentic and the service was lovely. We had a selection of cold and hot mezes and a main and we couldn’t fault it at all. Our kids loved the meatballs and we particularly enjoyed the Havuç Tarator and the Karniyarik & Pilav. We will definitely be back again soon.

Visited Tuesday, 24/10/23. This is a new restaurant and offers Turkish cuisine which adds something different to Twickenham. The interior has been done really well and has a nice ambience. For summer you can eat outside. The menu is extensive offering meze and main dishes. The food was beautifully presented, very colourful and tasted fantastic. We will definitely be visiting again. The service was attentive and very welcoming. Highly recommended,

Fabulous Turkish restaurant with the most unique and tasty dishes! Perfect little ambiance with sweet decor and lovely staff! Definitely recommend to anyone in twickenham!

Really love this new place near Twickenham Green. It’s so pretty inside with a great mural of the Galata Tower in Istanbul and comfy seats. The staff are kind and helpful. We ordered a hot meze and also received a couple of cold meze on the house which were delicious! We then both had Ali Nazik kebabs which were great. Highly recommend!

I took two foodie friends visiting from Texas. They were so impressed with the food. We had 5 meze dishes and a Greek salad. The Efes beer was also excellent. Total bill for the 3 of us was under £90 so terrific value for London. If you like authentic Mediterranean food and a friendly family run atmosphere you must try this place. Would come here alone as a single female and fee very comfortable.

Delicious mezes and perfect atmosphere.. Staffs are very kind. :) i think, everybody must visit here.
