Great for a friendly pint between travelling with customers that have travelled the world and karaoke nights Any song goes. For the good and the bad. Last orders is a blessing.

Proper pub. Soup of the day is always good. Usually stout.

One of the best bars in Derry City centre. Down to earth, non pretentious and great craic. Normally call in on Sunday for karaoke! Great staff too and reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Gainsy!

Had a great night here as foreigners visiting Derry, karaoke night, lots of singing and dancing, kindest and most welcoming owner, staff and locals. We'll certainly go back!

The Gainsborough is a lively, bright, and sociable establishment, conveniently located just by the Guildhall.

Old school drinking den Super Guinness and staff were 100%

1st and only bar in Derry could actually get into for a drink on the Saturday evening Couldn't complain really Manager did manage difficult clients Reasonable evening spent
