Butties in Derry

Great quality. Very impressed. Curry sauce was lovely too. We got 2 sausage suppers and some sauces to try. He had loads of chips left over, good size portions.

Beautifully cooked fish and chips. Piping hot on delivery. Absolutely delicious. Thank you! Such a lovely treat.

Great chipper on the outskirts of Derry

Asked for a steak wrap. I got the wrap the meat and swiming in sauce. Noting on it atall very disappointed should of got a straw. And for over a fiver usually wraps are packed

Chips were very very poor, not cooked properly and over half the bag had black bits on them and some were even sprouting roots.

got my order at 7:30pm it was the wrong order I got someone else's food contacted the restaurant they said they were sorry 30mins later I got my original order all in all my food was nearly an hour later than the app said

The food was cold it was 1 hour 45 mins and the establishment is less than 2 mins away in a car

An hour and twenty minutes is a bit much to wait for food to be delivered. The food was cold by the time it eventually got here. Probably won't order again

Ordered burger plain arrived with cheese not great

I googled ‘best chip shops in Derry’ and the first two on the list were shut so we came here. Reasonable sized car park. Entrance to shop is up a small ramp and through manual doors. As you enter you place your order at the counter just inside the door and then move to the other end to collect. Takeaway only no dine in. I ordered 2 battered sausages and chips, Cod and chips and for the dog 2 plain sausages; altogether cost £18.50 which I thought was reasonable. I asked the lady if she could cut up the sausages for the dog which she did. The batter on the sausages was crispy and not greasy and a huge bag of freshly cook chips. The lady that served us was friendly and helpful. The chips were amazing, I would even go as far as saying that they are the best chips I’ve had in a long while. Next time I’m in Derry I won’t bother with the other shops on the list; I’ll just come here.

Ordered a large hot dog and chips it was disgusting the chips were very undercooked, they cut the sausage for the hotdog down the middle then put it in a ciabatta, I had to throw it out

I ordered salad on my burger, but it arrived without.

The food was soaking right threw the bag with grease we couldn't even eat it and the curry sauce wasn't sent either

Got fish and chips I ask for salt and vinegar but got none , the fish tasted burnt and was absolutely dripping with grease and soggy , filled with bones also. The chips where the same soggy and dripping with grease. Unhappy won’t be ordering again waste of money.

Really fast delivery, very happy, breakfast was decent but onion rings were greasy so cooked in oil where the temperature had dropped, also 5 were delivered at a cost of £2.90 seems expensive. Scotch egg , really poor too, very cheap sausage meat wrapped around a overcooked egg which was also watery

I had pre ordered for a specific time my delivery was 20 mins late but it was still very hot. I asked for all the sauces but unfortunately there was a small amount of saue so some of my chicken box was quiet dry overall I would order from here again.

My partner ordered a half pounder meal thing comes to Like £8.90 there was one burger meat in there should be two? Also I ordered a chicken curry and the curry was all over the box and bag everywhere. Not very happy from first time from there.

An update on delay or someone answering the phone would have let us know what was happening to our order. Instead we got ‘enjoy your food’ after almost an hour after order was made, but no food.
