I am a regularly client of Gail, I go very often, so I know what it should be taste likes. but this morning coffee was terrible, a man with glass made this, sorry but it’s really untasted. I throw away unfortunately.

I visited this Gail’s Branch this past Wednesday on my way back to Paddington station, due to work I’m often in London and I always make a point of visiting Gail’s because you can’t beat their coffee! we live in a world where we are used to mediocre service but that wasn’t the case here! I was served by Abbie and Efe and they both were amazing, Friendly, a great representation of the Gail’s brand, they really picked my mood up and made the 3 hour train journey ahead of me seem not to bad, so thank you both I definitely will make a point to visit again the next time I’m in London! Ps. The brownies are out of this world!

After a very tiring trip from Germany. And TFL London's abysmal service after Sunak's prime ministership. that the signal is constantly interrupted between lines. I went to my usual coffee shop with hot nerves. I ordered a latte with oat milk. It was unique. Super tasty and super well-dressed, beautiful and funny employees. This is for the umpteenth time. I am going there, the staff is always very polite

Me and my toddler enjoyed a nice croissant here. Enough space to perch ourselves with a pram. Delicious, fresh and open early for jet lagged travellers.

The entire team at gails is amazing. Efe, Tyler, Abby, Aquila, David, Jay Jay, Jamila, and Hannah!! Love them all!

After making a complaint to the customer service, GAIL's responded immediately. Excellent customer service. I look forward to being back for my regular take out.

Went to this bakery last time when i visited london, amazing efficient service by Aqielah. Truly appreciate the vegetarian recommendation from this server, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely love to visit this bakery on my next visit

Passed a packed out Mc Don and found an empty Gail’s and took a punt. What a punt. Thoroughly enjoyed my smoked salmon baguette . The chef certainly knows and understands food. Even though I live in the sticks, I can’t wait to return. Many thanks 🙏

Soup was delicious, sourdough best we ever had; just like the cheese sticks!!! Extremely tasty cinnamon buns 🤩And then we didn’t even mention the very, very friendly staff!
