Fusion Peri Peri in Lancaster

Introduction -----‐------------- I ordered from fusion tonight hoping for a good meal however i was unpleasantly surprised it was a mad one still. I spoke to the establishment and they was nothing they could do bossman would be informed. The burger ---‐------------ They were kinda mad they had potential but the buns.... they were not the one still. However, the fillets bossman get some peri peri sauce and some chicken not that turkey stuff yeh?. I would rate this a 2.0/5. Pulled pork box ------------------------- Kinda soggy but it wrong i ordered with rice but it was kinda mad how soggy it was and it was like they had put out in the rain for some time kinda mad how its that bad. Some kind of science experiment still 0.5/5 - still kinda mad but wrong shockingly Chips --------- Chips u know they were kinda peng in my box but otherwise bit soggy still. However chuck some nandos sauce on it and you got bin food I would this a 1.5/5 no go bro Conclusion ------------------- In Summary, it was terrible and me and the mandem didnt enjoy the food. However it is shockingly bad come on bossman you are better than this.

Missed food off our order, then didn't refund full amount

I would like to rate the food. However, after an hour and a half of waiting, I had to cancel the order. Unfortunately to make things worse, I had a very lady on the phone who put the phone down after stating the order was cancelled. Second bad experience I've had with this place. I would avoid

This is the third time our order has been over 2 hrs late. Food was of a very poor standard now and cold and wrong. Will not be returning.

Very disappointing, when ordering on a mid week night a 40 pound order I was told it would take 45 - 50 min to be delivered, after one hour nothing, finally after one hour and half it arrived cold.

Food was 45 minutes late.. order was £26 and they tried charging £28 for some reason said there was a problem with machine!! Food was cold and was put off by my experience so unfortunately never again. I don’t like to say but only being honest!

The portions at Fusion are worth the price alone but on top of that, you get incredibly tasty food. I highly recommend!

I understand places can get busy which is out of the establishments control but an update would be good especially after waiting an extra 45 minutes for delivery (1 hour 45 in total). And when it arrived it was cold and i know it's a healthier option establishment but i wasn't expecting what looked like boiled chicken. Not charred. Or grilled. Website says chicken is marinated. Nope. The sauce was nice that was on top but you can't claim it as marinated. You do get a lot of chips though. Even of they are cold.

Only ever ordered food from here twice first time was average at best but we thought we would give it another go. I’m not sure what the hype is even about? We ordered a share box and loaded fries. The loaded fries were average but only because you couldn’t see the food under it with the amount of sauce that was on it. However the share box was the blandest food that I have ever eaten the chicken beef and pork have clearly just been boiled not one hint of flavour not even a bit of pepper on the chicken. Phoned up to let them know my dissatisfaction with the food. It was clear that the women on the phone was in denial and couldn’t take criticism of the food. In fact she was so in denial I couldn’t even be bothered waisting my time to ask for the money back. Was also told I didn’t ask for sauce when it clearly read on the ticket that came with our order cool sauce ??? There are plenty of better takeaways around Lancaster I suggest that people go else where

Only had takeaways but always good. Plenty of tasty food.

Great food great deals and prices decent value for money only issue the lettuce in the salad boxes was brown and our order was slightly wrong but still ate it all

I placed an order and seemingly the driver didn't even bother to deliver it, or if they didn't they didn't even wait for me to get over to the door to answer it, and this is despite me saying in the delivery notes just to leave it at the door.

First time trying Fusion, was not disappointed food arrived promptly, lots of food. We ordered meal deal for two, we had so much left overs, there's enough for another person.

Not all it's cracked up to be. Ate some of it. Gave most of it to the cat.

Absolutely love Fusion , always delicious and good portion sizes ( not too big or small!) Recommend you try it 😁

Fantastic vegan options! Some of the best presented and original choices. My only gripe is that it is slightly expensive for what it is and no substitute proteins so you’re left hungry about an hour after eating. If they could substitute some seitan, tofu, tempeh etc it would be perfect.

As a professional fat lad I know a thing about scran and takeaways. Was recommended Fusion and it didnt disappoint. Went for peri peri chicken box with spicy fries and roasted veg and a peri peri pulled pork with spicy rice and roasted veg. Chicken breast was massive, but the pork was another level. Tremendous food, good quality... but eyes too big for belly, massive portions. Will definitely be going again.

Preordered online from the Lancaster branch yesterday (Saturday) for a 5:45pm delivery. Food arrived at 6pm at our home in Halton, which is bit out of the way but still only cost £1.00 for delivery. COVID restrictions were observed and the meals were of superb quality and wrapped up in tin foil to keep them all warm. A well deserved 5 star rating and we will certainly be using them again.

Honestly Terrible food. The chicken was super dry and I couldn’t eat it. It was all a mess and seemed like no effort was put in making it. Very disappointed.

Won a competition over on Facebook. Absolutely loved the food lots of flavours and the sauce was really tasty. Kids loved the spicy rice and the puddings. A place we will return to. Many thanx Fusion 🥰

Open without any delivery drivers who can make delivery's, absolutely terrible management, especially while your offering a discount for using your services. Perfect place to let you down

Food was ok. Not sure it agreed with me as vomited this morning and bad belly.

Food arrived within 40 mins super quick. I ordered hot whole chicken was a bit watery but I'm used to more unhealthy deep fried chicken. The sauce was a bit strange but I was hungry so was appreciated. I also ordered loaded fries with chicken and cheese which was very salty and the cheese was hot and wet like the chicken but I was hungry so eat that as well. Nearly £20 worth of food and I ate it all like a big fat bear.

Our takeaway from fusion tonight was incredible. Food is extremely tasty, the value is good and the portion sizes are more than ample. Huge infact! So impressed. Will be my go to for a takeaway night from now on!

Bought a share box last night Lancaster.good value for money .but it was cold ...

Delivered really quickly. Only critiscm was the chips were a bit soggy but that can't be helped otherwise food was delicious.

I order from here all the time. Food is fresh and delicious. I've had wraps, kebabs and burgers. I recently ordered loaded fries and they were amazing
