Staff very friendly helped us with our order, food was delicious and costs very resemble.

This Chinese is a hidden gem. Located in the back/side streets of Weston-super-Mare. One of our party is gluten intolerant and the staff knew most of their products that weren't suitable and anything they were unsure of they checked with the kitchen staff. Food we had was lovely and tasty and well presented. We were a last minute booking of 5 and the restaurant was very busy but the accomadated us without a problem.

Visited with my partner and daughter (1yo) staff were very accommodating, friendly and the food was out of this world! Surprised at how cheap the bill was. Will definitely be back soon ❤️

Our go-to for Chinese. Always the best food and excellent service. A few dishes I highly recommend especially when eating in the restaurant: - Mixed hors d’oeures (covers all the best starters) - Chinese curry (I usually go chicken or special) - Chicken Cantonese style - Singapore style (rice or noodles) If you love a Chinese, look no further.

First time of going and enjoyed it

Went for the set meal B at fusion and was brilliant, starters, duck pancakes and 3 dishes with rice all very well cooked and tasted amazing. Service was really good only thing I didn't like was the 10% service charge without being asked added. Even though I was going to tip it's nice to be aware/asked

I enjoy Chinese food and this place was super. Must have been because we went the next night as well. Because we went early, around 5.30 to 6pm there wasn't many people about. So basically just had the place to ourselves. If you enjoy authentic Chinese food give it a go. You won't regret it.

One of the better Fusion restaurants that I have been to for a while. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The food fresh and tasty. I could complain about the Japanese dumpling appetisers if I was being ultra picky as they weren’t quite gyoza as I was expecting. BUT ThEY WERE TASTY!! One member of staff ‘Mugi’ was non stop and never stopped smiling and being attentive. 美味しかったです。ありがとうございます むぎさん、また行きます

Visited for a family meal, the service was poor waiting 45 minutes between starter and main course and the restaurant was not busy. We were not impressed with the food, The meat tasted slimy and lacked flavour although the mixed starter platter was good and staff friendly and helpful. The stair carpet could do with a deep clean and vacuum it was covered in greasy stains and bits of dust etc. The toilets could also do with an upgrade. Overall we were disappointed and will not be returning.

I've always had a good welcome from staff whenever I've dined here, often going out of their way to make a table available even when busy. The food is always very nice, well presented and reasonably priced.

I recently visited Fusion with my two nephews and was very pleasantly surprised at the high standard of food, and the quantity of it. Also very pleasant staff. I would highly recommend.

Ordered Singapore Noodles ( + meat/prawns). Got home to Vegetable Singapore Noodles.... I clearly stated Singapore Noodles & the staff member behind the counter repeated the order back correctly. Bit disappointing but the staff are nice & despite the mix up, the food ok. I ate here at the restaurant several years ago & it was superb. Seems to have lagged a bit more recently.

This place serves up some fantastic Chinese food. A very cosy and friendly place to eat and enjoy the cuisine. I visited on a Friday evening with no prior booking, and there was ample space for me and my partner to sit. Our orders were taken in good time, and with little wait, our food was in front of us. Cooked to perfection, full of flavour, si ply wonderful.

After having a great initial experience I have had a totally different experience over my last few visits. I rang to order today and my order was late, the server was rude about it and told me to come back in 10 minutes. When returning there was even more that was not ready and no apology was given. There was also a dog (I have a picture) that was barking and eating food from the floor in a clean area where food is prepared and served. Horrible attitude and poor hygiene.

Unfortunately the heating was defective, so it was a little cold during what was a lovely meal.

Lovely meal and good service. We didn’t book, but wasn’t busy. We had a starter and main course, which both was kept warm on servers on the table. Service was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

We were on holiday in Berrow and looking for a nice restaurant to end our holiday. Fusion was perfect, the staff are really friendly and the food was delicious and presentation was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

My first experience in the restaurant dine in was amazing. Good was super tasty. Not greasy at all and very very flavoursome. 5 stars 🌟 When I ordered takeaway week later expecting the same - unfortunately food wasn’t the same and not that great. Was typical greasy takeaway. 🙄☹️ 3 stars 🌟 not sure will order take away again.

Absolutely beautiful food! Was in Weston for the day, and did a quick search for Chinese restaurants, this one took my eye and I’m so pleased it did! The food and service were absolutely fantastic, everything we ordered was mouthwatering good and I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

My partner and I stopped off here on our day out, for dinner. It's a very authentic restaurant with a lot of Chinese details, such as lanterns hanging from the ceiling and authentic lighting and artwork dotted about the walls. The service was warm and welcoming. The food is definitely getting a 10/10 from us, we chose a mix of appetisers, followed by three dishes and a rice dish and we were not disappointed. The portion sizes were spot on for us both and we even had leftovers to bring back with us. We will definitely will be back to try the House Special Hotpot.

Fantastic customer service, so polite snd respectful, service with a smile! Food was delicious, served on a heated tray with the option of chopsticks/ cutlery. Lovely interior. Quiet and atmospheric spot. Takeaway at front with inside seating through side door to spacious seating area. 5 stars.

We went to the fusion Chinese with family it is a Lovely Chinese restaurant with excellent quality and good value food. Staff were pleasant and worked hard thx all perfect meal.

Our first visit here was a very enjoyable evening, a group of family and friends enjoyed a variety of dishes with very good service. In particular as a coeliac although many dishes were understandably off limits they were able to adjust some dishes to be gluten free which was excellent.

This was the best chow mein I have ever had, it was divine. There was so much I couldn't finish it & that is unusual for me. Waitress was attentive without being intrusive & the price was very reasonable. If you get a chance please visit, it's well worth it.

Another fantastic meal tonight. We booked for my son's birthday a table of 8. Food was delicious, tasty, fresh and we had a selection of starters and main courses each that we all tasted. The staff are always so friendly, attentive and sang Happy Birthday to our son. Thank you for another wonderful evening, a relaxed atmosphere, we never felt rushed. Still the best Chinese in Weston and will be back again very soon.

Read all the reviews booked to go with family . Very slow service drinks slow . Food slow 7.30 table took one hour for or duck to come to the table . Plates brought out hot cold by the time duck arrived . Mains again very slow finally food arrived 10 pm we finally left . No one came to see if we wanted more drinks .

The food and service was fantastic, they’ve never let us down. The two of us had drinks, starter and main course for under fifty quid so great value too. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Awful Customer service!. We have been a few times, and when travelling on the M5, we make a special journey to eat at Fusion , but last night was not special. we requested a table for 2 and they had the space, in fact there was 4 tables available. we ordered starters and waited more than enough time for the starter, then we noticed a table of thirteen who were in before us, only just getting their starters after a hour and quarter. A little worried ,I asked if our main course was on the way, when our starter plates were collected after still on the table after 30 minutes, of finishing. The lady said yes, but after another 10 minutes of no main course, resigned that things were not running smooth at Fusion. So basically over a hour and a half we had 2 starters! although the chef is very good and the food is tasty ,the front of house staff do not much clue about how many customers they can manage. Do they think get as many customer in and hope customers will say nothing and accept big times between courses, they clearly can t cope. So .. I was happy to pay for our starters, and leave. I went up to the bar at this point there was not an apology or any offer of our 2 coca cola's taken off the bill as a good will gesture, so I suggested as a good will the drinks taken off, the abrupt reply from the lady was "we dont work that way, if you wont pay I will call the police". very shocked at that response, awful customer service.. so begrundingly paid it all and left. We will not be going back to fusion, in fact we have found better chinese and friendly service up the road,

This Chinese is definitely one of the best I have been to in ages. The waitresses were so lovely and the food was outstanding and at that great depth level we enjoy.

Visiting on vacation from Birmingham, This restaurant was recommended by many a friend back in dudley and it didn't disappoint. Service was perfect and staff were so attentive. I recently bought some ribs from here, there was barely any meat on them, they were mostly gristle and bone so down to 2 stars I'm afraid. Won't be returning even though they seemed friendly enough.

Very nice food and great service

Visited Fusion on Friday 24th June as a completely unannounced visit with 8 adults and 2 children. Staff were very accommodating (we fully expected that takeaway would be our only option) however, we soon had a table setup for us all together! Drinks orders were taken quickly, and arrived at the table equally as promptly, as did the followup food order & the food which was great. Staff very attentive throughout and couldn't do enough to ensure that a very nice meal was had by all. We do visit Weston quite often and will certainly return.
