Full House Chinese in Fife

I have absolutely genuinely no idea where Full House Chinese is. Have never been there and have no desire to go there

My partner had another worldly experience with the ribs and beef curry, he's beside him self, best chinese takeaway of his entire life.

Remarkable the salt and pepper ribs are out of this world

Worst Chinese iv ever had. Cost nearly £40. Should’ve just thrown the money in the bin coz that’s where all the food went

Just had a delivery from here. Chips half cooked, chicken chow mien no flavour and dry, chicken satay which was more like chicken gravy, how is this place still open. Every single thing we've ordered has no flavour. Oh yeah the chicken noodle wasn't fit for a human.

Ordered food from here was disgusting absolutely waste of money was tasteless had to actually reheat the chow mein and put some soy sauce through it as it was bland noodles with no flavour the satay sauce was like a gravy will defo never order from here again

Food just perfect, brilliant, very nice. Very tasty. Just love them food.

The food is okay. The service is fast. There is no real atmosphere because it's a takeaway. The delivery drivers are nice people, and the counter staff.

Disgusting staff with no manners nor do this Chinese takeaway have a clue what they are cooking and gave me a random flavour of ribs, well they weren’t even ribs and were horrible and they said they would come get them but they didn’t appear which is wrong as they knew they weren’t what. I asked for and laughed after having me waiting hrs. Disgrace and disgusting food and staff are lacking all manners and respect for customers..:

Ordered about 7 different foods, all had no flavour whatsoever and tasted the same, like grease, the sauce in lemon duck which is apparently one of the chefs specialty’s was like slimy gloop, no lemon flavour. Will never order again.

Usually okayish, food looked okay chicken a little chewy but all fine. Nope was sick a hour later, carried on throughout the night. Food poisoning. Love it 10/10 experience. Menu needs redone. Rice- worst stomach cramps of your life. Noodles- little strings you will throw up. Shredded chicken- liquid out the back tsunami. Thanks for that wont be back.

I called and asked for chicken curry fried rice and got fried rice no curry. When I went back to ask for curry I was charged £2.30 for a tub of curry sauce because “apparently” they don’t do this in the same dish. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and was arguing with me in the shop because I agreed to what he said on the phone. If I asked for chicken curry fried rice I’m presuming that’s what he said. I couldn’t understand for the mumbling. I won’t be back as long as he is working he is the most ignorant man that’s ever worked somewhere like that arguing with a customer. Your customer service is shocking and I’ll be surprised if anyone goes back.

I got a huge portion of tasty Chicken balls, a huge portion of crispy chips and tub of very yummy Satay sauce 🤤 I will be back.

Went into shop ordered two main meals , chicken fried rice & a turbo chicken fried rice & a portion of salt n pepper ribs ! Ordered online, delivered well within the estimated time frame, it was unfortunate that a bottle of pop was missing from the order, (they are human, mistakes can happen) however the friendly delivery driver said she would contact the shop for them to correct it and to my surprise they did! Within 10 minutes a friendly gent was at my door with the bottle and apologies, what good service! 😊

1hr an 40 mins still no order this is ridiculous!

Disgusting food! Was ill after eating from this place

Chicken was dryer than a Arabic sandal. Curry was bland and lumpy.. bbq ribs was burnt and had literally no meat to it. better off going somewhere else🤮

I have ordered from here alot and normally it is fantastic but the last couple of orders have not been as good. So much so we won't be ordering from here again. Tonight our chicken satay was disgusting. The chicken was like biting into a muscle. Our thai curry was far to salty. Our curry sauce was thick and lumpy. Our chips were soggy. The turbo fried chicken was fantastic at least.

Ordered a salt and pepper munchie box last night and definitely won’t be ordering from here again, the food was all dry and had been reheated, most of the food went in the bin, I have photos of this food as it was that disgusting so wanted the photographs to prove how bad it was, if I had called the shop last night I was that fuming mad that I would’ve most likely lost my temper so thought it best not to call them, won’t be going back.

This is first time I've felt need to post. On many time I've order from you and its be amazing great fab and quantity is good. Tonight however, I order chips and gravy... one word DISGUSTING, chips were cold and rubbery(like had been cook and left then reheated)gravy was just down right vile lumpy and also cold. Very disappointed with my order tonight.

Got a beef curry very salty and huge bits of beef far too big glad I wasn't using chopsticks cause needed knife to cut the big bits of beef

Food was good would have 5 but food was a just warm and not hot

Chicken was dry as a bone and chips were dry n crunchy like refries even with a gravy over it was still dry only decent thing was rice oh and the plastic container it came in

Ordered food online delivery super slow food was not hot when it finally arrived. Poor show will not use this shop again. Called them to ask about delivery time not a good response

Food was stone cold and horrible! No point having massive dishes if the food quality is disgusting. Customer service is poor and driver was rude to me. I will never order from this place again!

Would like to see shop reply to reviews and apologise for bad service if justified a sorry goes a long way just ordered for first time let you know how it goes need to start doing sweets though !will need to impress a lot for me to use them instead if my usual choice

Always have the beef black pepper dish, amazing and the tub is stuffed to the maximum.

My Order took over 2 hours to come. when it finally arrived it was completely un edible. I got the duck there was no duck meat in it all just skin and fat. will not be going back. such a shame as normally really good and fast delivery. Extremely disappointed.
