So good, lived in belper all my life & only recently tried fresh bite but we are obsessed. The pizzas are amazing+ such good value for money! Highly recommend

Love this place, best Pizza and such friendly people. Spotless and very reasonable prices. I think the owner name is Mass (or Mess), such a nice guy.

Had pizza from fresh bites, I'm a new customer and it definitely won't be the last. It was so delicious. I had vegetarian pizza, my fella had special pizza and son a margarita pizza, the best pizza around. It's dangerous, now I want it again and probably again. My son had it for the first time at gay pride and was bragging about how delicious it was, he's definitely right. I will never be thin lol. Thanks fresh bites for being the best

I’ll start by saying these are without a doubt the best pizzas you will find in Belper, but it is let down by terrible customer service. They simply take on too many orders. That means that your food will never be ready when they say it will. Delivery is a definite no no here. I called at 6pm knowing how busy it gets on a Saturday and was told it would be 7:30 for delivery. Not great but at least we knew it would be a while. Got to 8pm and there was no sign of the delivery. The phone was constantly engaged so couldn’t get in touch to find out what was going on. Finally went to go and get it a 9pm and they still charged me a delivery fee. The guy who I can only assume was the owner was unapologetic and simply pointed to all the orders he had. Then got rude and agitated when I asked for the delivery charge back. I love the food, but won’t go back because I was made to feel like my order was an inconvenience and that I had caused a problem. I feel really sorry for the serving staff who are constantly dealing with people who are waiting unacceptable lengths of time for their food

Had a large family gathering of 20 in Belper at Christmas so decided to get pizzas for everyone. I contacted Fresh Bite in advance and they said that they could do it. We ordered a total of 17 pizzas and two burgers which were ready on time when we went to collect them. Everyone enjoyed their food. Huge thanks to Mass and his team. I would recommend Fresh Bite to anyone visiting Belper and all those local to the area. David

Food is reasonably good and the price is good compared to dominoes but the waiting times on deliveries is ridiculous! Do yourself a favour and order from dominoes, or collect your pizza.

The owner of this dump makes Basil Faulty look positively friendly. What a rude and arrogant excuse for a man. The food was overpriced and disgusting, and the place looked like it needed a good clean. If you want to be spoken to like an idiot, then by all means, visit 'Fresh Bite'.

Delicious pizza. Lively crispy but soft crusts. Nicely topped and not too greasy. Polite staff and good service. My new go to pizza place. Better value than the other pizza place in Belper.

We lived in Belper many years ago and remembered this pizza being delicious. We returned this week and it was just as nice as it used to be! Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. I can’t comment on delivery but the food really is delicious. Thank you, Fresh Bite!

Best Pizza in Belper by a mile. They're a little bit on the greasy side BUT the crust and base are amazing! Made freshly to order and always on time. Its the only takeaway pizza I'll buy.

This is the only place I’ll buy takeaway pizza from in Belper. The pizza is always tasty and piping hot. My only gripe is that they have no online presence. I’m not fussed about being able to order online but a website with opening times and a menu would be great.

No ⭐️ The rudest & judgemental owner! My daughter & 3 friends (2 working on nights) had a pre Christmas get together & ordered from Fresh Bites. They said it’ll be 1.5 hrs, after 2hrs waiting we rang & he said come & collect it! When my daughter arrived he was rude to her & said it’ll be another 30 mins, now being 3hrs! He said go somewhere else if you’re not happy. He surely should have been very apologetic & not greedy taking too many orders he can’t cope with! The pizza’s from there have always been nice, the reason we went there! Sadly he cares more for his pocket than loyal customers, will never part with my money with them again! I’d suggest order the day before or maybe a week! Not a nice owner..

I like this place I always book a pizza to pick up and have never had any problems. People need to relax and just pick it up yourself you'll save money and your pizza will be fresher. The owner and the girls have always been super friendly and chill. Definitely agree with people saying that this is a better option than dominoes. It would be cool if they tried doing a thind crust style pizza.

Last time using this place. We stopped using them 6 years ago as they were always late, but thought we’d try again. 2 hours and 20 minutes later our pizza has not arrived. Don’t bother, utter waste of time. Use Pappas or Taj instead as they are never late. Get some more drivers or more staff to cook, simple as that.

The food here is great, the issue is the owner, the guy is so rude, aggressive and arrogant. We moved to Belper 5 years ago, I've had the service around 20 times, twice its been on time, other times, 3 to 4 hour wait, the young girl is nice but the guy and the older woman are both rude. He grabs the phone off the young girl when you call to ask where your 2 hour late pizza is and he starts swearing and bawling down the phone. Avoid, not worth it

Fresh bite have one of the worst customer services I've ever seen, the main guy is super rude, screams at you down the phone, swears, hangs up if your pizza is an hour late to see where it is. They will tell you its an hour, 2 hours go by , you call them to find out and he screams at you down the phone, this genuinely happens so often its not worth it. I promise, he is a really unpleasant person

The garlic butter added to the pizza takes it up a notch. Beautiful pizza but last order not so great hence 4 stars.

I had a seafood pizza from Fresh Bite which I ended up throwing more than half of away. The anchovies had clearly not been rinsed and I basically ended up with a salt pizza. Disgusting! After a nearly 2 hour wait for it to arrive this was a huge disappointment!

Best pizza in Belper by far. The owner is a real gentleman as well. Not as costly as the other well know pizza service in Belper but so much better in my opinion! My partner loves the burgers there and the salad is always fresh. Won’t order pizzas anywhere else. Up the Fresh Bite.

The food here I think is great and we have been visiting this takeaway for 20 years. However after ordering food at 6pm to come at 7.30pm, it finally was delivered at 8.40pm. When we complained we were told that this is a rarity (which actually isn't true - you only have to see other posts on here to know this) and we were told not to buy from them again. This attitude is so rude and not one I would expect from any takeaway.

We’ve been ordering from Freshbite for over three years and love their pizzas - definitely better than dominoes and any pizza I’ve had as a takeaway . The only thing you need to remember is if you’d like it delivered order well in advance of your intended time slot , as they are so busy . Couldn’t recommend enough- staff on the phone and when delivering are all lovely 👍

By far the best place for food. This isn't your normal takeaway, the quality is outstanding. Beautiful crispy chicken burgers, fresh fries, pizzas, garlic bread. 10/10 crispy chicken nuggets.

On March 27th 2021 we ordered 1 garlic bread and one seafood medium pizza for collection. We we told it would be ready for 8pm. I sat in the car and my husband went in. Two minute wait he was told ...he got his order at 8.42pm. I was meanwhile freezing waiting in the car. I was looking forward to pizza but by the time he came back I was furious with the cavalier attitude of the staff at Fresh Bite shown to their customers. An apology, some recompense an acknowledgement of the delay. Nothing. As a consequence we will not be returning and cannot recommend the service at this establishment.

I was so disappointed with our last visit, I rang up on a Saturday night for a collection and was told it would be 50 minutes. I turned up on time and the food was an extra 15 minutes which meant my taxi had to go. 50 is a long time for collection, I’d expect this for delivery. They said they messed the order up, I understand that this happens but everyone else who had waited less time than me had their food first. I had to sit on the market place to eat my food and wait 40 minutes for a taxi.

I have lived in Belper for the past 15 years and in that time have sampled the majority of takeaway options in the town. The one place that has never let me down in that whole time is Fresh Bite. Consistently good food and excellent value. You can’t go wrong. Excellent pizza. I always go with the same order But there are other choices on offer too. Buon Appetito...

We rang again and were directed to the manager. He hung up on us. TWICE. At ten past eleven the food turned up. We politely declined it and told the delivery driver what had happened. I then rang fresh bite to ensure the driver wouldn't be punished for us not accepting the food. Again we were hung up on. Terrible service, horrid owner. Will 100% not be supporting this business again.

Terrible customer service. Rude owner who hangs up on his customers. Unacceptable wait times for food. 2-4 hour delivers wait or they will call you and tell you to pick it up if you want.

No matter what, the food is the same, tasty, fresh and hot every time we have ordered. Friendly staff and the owner is a lovely chap! If you want a takeaway in Belper, go here because it’s delicious, good value for money and supporting people who deserve it!!! Thanks fresh bite

Almost perfect. The Cheese: Perfect! The Base: Perfect! The Ham: Perfect (actually the more expensive kind). But the tomato base was horrible. It tasted like the insides of tinned ravioli. Really cheap and nasty tasting. Mingin. If it was a lovely sweet, tomatoey base, it'd be the best non-brand pizza place in Derby! That base really let the pizza down. I didn't even finish it.

Had pizza from here tonight. Was let down by delivery time as we needed to go out and wanted the pizza on returning home for 8.00pm. Was then told it would be between 8pm and 9pm which was great. Turned up at about 7.20. stated it was very early to delivery chap it wasn't his fault he said he just gets told by the kitchen to go. Had pizza before and wanted to share it with friends. Ordered meat feast with extra cheese and pineapple. Barely any pineapple and wouldn't like to see a single portion of cheese. Toppings sparse. Loved the first pizza this time we were really disappointed.

Lovely pizzas with generous toppings. Not sure what it is exactly about these pizzas but they taste great. Owner is very friendly and polite and really knows how to make a good pie! Head and shoulders over Dominos.

Best pizza in Derbyshire forget Domino's go here like it says in the name it's all fresh always piping hot guys in there are really polite the owners a good guy and really knows how to knock a pizza up.

Having enjoyed many meals from Fresh Bite I can recommend the Pizzas especially the Fresh Bite Special.

We love the chicken ,chips and salad ( although the salad has got smaller ) they are so fresh and cooked to perfection!

If you're after a proper pizza fix, this is the place. If your looking for some fancy attempt at "healthy" pizza your not going to like it. This is proper greasy take away pizza and it is AMAZING!

Special pizza and special gatlic breads ate exceptionally good, fresh and so delicious. Highly recommend and it's always worth to wait long for delivery that is no surprise for such a delicious pizza...

Not great, I think 90% of the reviews are from people who have gone in after a night out. Delivery times are a complete mess and contrary to some other reviews the food can 'sometimes' be very greasy and/or over cooked. The main problem with the place is the lack of people skills from the staff, you'll basically wait for hell to freeze over before you get an apology. It's certainly not the worst place in Belper, but it's not worth the price or the potential wait and problems.

Smashing! Plus their pizza bases don't have milk in them and the chap behind the counter actually knew what a vegan was. Mad props, et cetera.

Regularly use this place and it never disappoints. Always hot, fresh pizza delivered with a smile. Can get very busy for delivery but you can collect.
