Fredo's LDN in Newham

Food was okay but the manager lady can do some training on how to provide good customer service, she was being moody throughout the night which ruined our experience even when we tried talking to her she was being moody. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place just because how she made us feel even though we spent over £300

Went with my friends yesterday and enjoyed the food a lot! We ordered a selection of items and all items were very tasty. The mojitos in particular were very flavoursome. Also, the chicken was very tender and delicious. We also enjoyed the tandoori chicken pizza. Thank you to Habib in particular for his excellent service and attention to our table.

The workers were really sweet and kind, the food was really nice too! However there was a really rude manager/team leader not sure what she is who is a female she has no manners for customers she was really really rude and needs to learn how she talks to people. Overall the waiters were really kind and nice and delivered good service, food was good too!

This place okay, food nice but some no flavour. Restaurant beautiful but price is so much for east london.

Came here with the wife and baby. Food was excellent. Ordered the steak along with the broccoli and Mac and cheese. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, very nice sauces too. They also have high chairs for baby’s if required. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back here Insha’Allah.

After ordering the starters turned up very quickly which seemed great at first, they forgot the other starter. Then about 5 mins after the starter was brought out the mains come out which didn’t even allow me to finish the one starter which had arrived. After asking for the other starter they brought it out 5 mins after we had our main. The starter I had which was the halloumi fries did not taste nice at all, and the garlic bread my friend had was dry and inedible which we had to wait for. The classic beef burger was undercooked, and the crispy chicken burger was bland. We hardly ate our food and the waiter did not even wish to ask how the food was or if there was any issues concerning half the food was not eaten. The ketchup provided in hienz bottle was not hienz ketchup and tasted like vinegar. After the confusion a waitress offered us free ice cream for the inconvenience of the late starter. When we went up to get our ice cream the waitress took the remaining of my friends drink, we think because the drink had been spilt all over the table when we returned. Also drinks was not provided with glasses just a straw in the bottle, which was hard to drink out of because the straw was smaller than the bottle and kept fizzing everywhere. Only good thing I can say is that the ice-cream was very enjoyable, but I would give this a massive MISS. Not worth the money, aggravation of traffic, lack of parking, and awful food.

I had a great experience here, even though it was busy....we got seated and after asking to move from a table to a couch, they accommodated. The food was great, we tried both burger and steak and credit to them, it came quickly but also well prepared. Drinks were tasty and atmosphere was cosy. Would come back here again some time soon....am surprised by some of the comments, i have had friends talk only good about it.

I ordered fredos signature chicken pasta and found a thick hair inside my pasta on 17th December 2020. This is genuine and it is disgusting. I ordered via deliveroo and have videos and pictures of this.

Had a lovely lunch/dinner date with a friend. I ordered 6 wings, chips and coleslaw (£7.95) My friend order the crispy chicken burger with fries (£10.45). Food was lovely.
