I always enjoy the food from here, it's always hot and 90% of the time delivered earlier than expected. Will continue to order from as long as it maintains this standard...

Good burger, chicken was dry though

Waited over 2hrs for delivery, food turned up cold and chicken was raw. Rang up 3 times and got fobbed off. Disgusting food and even worse service. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

over 2 hours to be delivered and it was stone cold upon arrival, chicken wasnt cooked, and no help atall from restaurant. all the foods in bin and ive reordered elsewhere.

Asked for just a burger that's clearly labelled at £2.99. Cashier told me that that is only for meal deals even though I pointed at the sign that was right behind him that said cheesburger £2.99 and then +£1.50 to make it a meal deal if you want. Cashier refused to put it through as just a burger and forced me to buy a meal deal as he was saying a burger on its own is over £4 when it clearly isnt labelled anywhere that that is the price. Avoid this place they are lying con artists.

Arrived three hours late, cold and a missing drink

Food was perfect very nice , will defo order again . Was an hour late , but the food made up for it

Never had a problem before but today was exceptionally terrible due to poor delivery time. Over 2 hours since ordering and an hour later than the expected delivery time. Not even hungry anymore.

Nice food, first time using this restaurant. Chicken was lovely, pizza was nice. chips tasted a bit "old", but everything was eaten, we were all stuffed with four of us sharing a platter. Would order again.

The Chicken prtions were small and so was the wrap. Chips were cold. Weve used you before and food was good. Unfortunately Not today

Yes delivery was late but to compensate sent free wings, kept us updated on lateness and so apologetic. We dont mind lateness when to food tastes amazing. Couldnt fault tonights meal at all. Shame we couldnt eat it all. Deffo recommend freddies

the food is perfect, very high quality produce, cooked properly and always hot. the delivery times are a little hit and miss ranging from 30mins to 1hr but you can always ensure each meal is cooked to order.

He charged about £2 more than his normal price and when I informed him he gave me some strange reasons

used to be perfect tonight chicken wraps was very greasy a sprinkling of lettuce not good at all very disappointed compared how it used to be

I always order from here for me and my family and we love it! Today was later the usual but I rang to check and it was on the way and they did give us free chicken wings , which all the food was hot and lovely as usual! The person on phone did apologise and so did the driver I know what it’s like to work in this environment but they work hard and sometimes it’s busy! Thankyou again we enjoyed it and thanks for the wings be ordering again as always ☺️

This place is halal and is located on Broad Street. Plenty of side street and off-road parking available. I'd recommend ordering on the phone and going in to collect. We ordered in person and the wait was quite a while, but definitely worth it. Their food is generous in portion size and the price is reasonable too.

food was delivered within 40 minutes not bad for a Saturday night . and the tandoori chicken pizza was amazing. definitely be ordering from here again

hard to find takeaway what do frenchfries these days, wings were spot in, chicken was nice, the chicken burger are below average it was all crust with a slither of chicken but was tasty

Really happy chicken was good, and the churros went down a treat reasonably priced and was very clean when last visited on a lunchtime. Delivery driver was spot on too

Wrong item on order. Whilst I was satisfied with my meal, the missus was not! Wrong item was delivered when I rang they said they would send the correct order out but when I called again they denied anyone else called before and would check with drivers and call back in 10 mins. Which never happened. First time we ordered from here so not the best impression left on us after that!

The pizza was Luke warm the chicken was rubbery and a slimy texture under the coating the food is usually brilliant from here but not tonight a waste of £17

Awful customer service 2 and a half hours for food to arrive. Once it did arrive it was cold and stale.

So I ordered a 12” Tex Mex and the issue wasn’t the waiting time as it came on time which is great It was the aftermath of when I eat the food that the problems started let’s say I’ve been to the toilet more times in a 12 hour period than in a week, and not that walking my dog this morning and was sick 7 times and I threw up the pizza I was very disappointed because I don’t usually write reviews but it’s got to be said I will not be returning to Freddie’s again

The worst service I have ever seen every time you order something you have to double-check if everything is there and that the food is fresh. They have a tendency of reheating old food. Is DISGUSTING. Avoid if want live.

Unfortunately it's the second time we have received our order and been a piece of chicken short. When you pay the price for your food you expect to get what you pay for. Non the less the pizza and chicken was hot and very tasty. Who ever bags the order really needs to concentrate on what their doing.
