Ask for coffees and the service was poor waiting to get serve but one of the staff got bad behaviour bad attitude didn’t like it bad experience don’t know what they serve thanks .

Rude customer service. Guy at the till was impolite and moody. They also gave us unshelled out of date prawns inside a saucy pasta dish! Pasta-wise, I'd only recommend the munchbox as the others clearly lack quality.

Wasn't great experience I wanted have breakfast told me can only have drink staff told breakfast will take time opted for chai latte and slice cake before my appointment cake it self was taste fresh made wasn't too keen on chai latte didn't taste like chai latte not sure what they service me boy it's wasn't chsi two star for cake unfortunately it wasn't great experience eating area was okay get your act together

Where are the original owners. The nice couple. This place has really changed. The couple used to keep the back area clear for families. The staff really look demotivated now. Went recently and couldn't go in as it was full of just men. Most weren't even eating or drinking. Shame as I like their food.

Absolute awful food, ordered the pasta and bolognase and it was just water. Tasted horrible. Decided to order from here to give it a second chance but I was right food from here is awful.

I can't even explain how angry I am. We have an hour lunch at work so we order food way before lunch we waited and waited and waited watching the driver... trying to call the driver no answer to find after over an hour they cancelled the order. Which left us without food and no dinner break!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour don't order you won't get your food simple. It doesn't matter who cancelled weather it was the driver or the site. It's your responsibility maybe you should contact uber as its giving a bad repation for your business. I ordered a spaghetti bol and a chicken pasta with extras it's the fact that we had no lunch as we waited well over a hour for this to be cancelled... the reason we order online is because we can't get to the site.

Best coffee shop in Birmingham. I dont go to Costa or Starbucks anymore. Food is a bit costly, but worthy

WTH is this someone who came from work and order from you lot after waiting for one hour for delivery to arrive by Uber this is what we get? I always order from you and my experience is great love your munch box English breakfast but I wanted to address this one this burger was so badly burnt I almost throw up on my first bite and left it without eating really sad experience.

One of the best shop on Coventry road. I visited them more than 7 time in last few months and I am surprised their quality of food is always same. Owner is really humble. Love their fried & grilled chicken burgers. Recently I tried their Rice munch box and I am amazed. Their buffalo chicken wrap is awesome. Food is always fresh and great in tasty. Highly recommended place

Sadly food wasn't that good, how can you have a poor burger it was dry and had no flavour, rest of food was ok. Had 3 orders took ages sadly won't be back.

As a revert, the halal English breakfast always hits the spot of nostalgia that I have, having grown up on it, before I found this dish, I was longing for an authentic feeling and tasting proper English fry-up and this place does it superbly Subhanallah 😁🙌 also they do delicious burgers and coffee and milkshakes and other italian inspired food and such if you're here and don't want a fry up 😁😊

I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese via Uber. I have never seen a bigger joke in my life. The meat was so sparse I’m convinced they used tweezers to put it in. I was briefly tempted to drive down and confront them for this travesty. Instead I complained to Uber and was refunded £3 for the missing meat even though the dish is £8. The meat was so little that they can probably legally market this dish as vegetarian. Total shambles and never again.

Very nice food. Got the munch-box, grilled chicken strips and rice. Absolutely delicious and a big portion for the price. Proper fresh, had that little crisp and charcoal taste to it. The rice was very nice with the vegetables. Definitely will be one of my regular spots.

Update: LOVED buying the halal breakfast for me & my husband but twice they’ve messed up our order by giving us uncooked chips (rang about that) no apology or refund was provided & I asked for well done eggs they sent runny eggs which I absolutely dislike 😂 Shocking.. I believe they get comfy with the customers and start to mug them off but I’m glad I haven’t ordered there for a while and won’t be in a rush. People who work there have no communication skills or helpfulness. Probably better off just talking with yourself and coming up with something tbh! Never again! Boycotting this shop overall.

went in for lunch while my car was in garage and got the yankee burger meal for £7. Service was great and they even let me charge my phone while i ate. Portion size was good, however the burger wasnt very tasty and had a bitter burnt flavour. Maybe it was just charred on the outside a bit longer than needed. Fries were good and large portion served.

Processed food. Not homemade. Avoid.

Good food, sensible prices but they staff could smile a bit more and be more attentive, we had to ask for ketchup and mayo to go with our breakfasts.

I went in this afternoon i ordered a panini chips and mac and cheese fritters. Service and staff was friendly, efficient and food arrived straightaway. The quality of the food was brilliant however i was slightly disappointed in the panini. It was more like a toasted baguette and wasn't very well seasoned. Could possibly do with more flavour and a panini bread would be lovely. Overall food was lovely and great service. Thankyou.

Food/coffee is good but staff taking orders speak little to no English which means they get order wrong, even when using hand gestures to make them understand. It has now happened twice with different members of staff. Maybe they should write it down and confirm with customer before running to kitchen to shout out to chef in their own language. Another time, ordered on the phone but when arrived to cafe 15 minutes later as they said, I find that the order had not gone to the kitchen! Todays meal was meant to be Al Funghi spaghetti with prawns and fries but got home to find pasta and no prawns and no fries which they guy said was in the box. Probably better off ordering online Edit.. Just to add got charged extra for prawns, so must have got it correct at the counter

Was a lovely spot when it was first opened. Owners where great however, as the operations have been delegated, the shop is like a very busy match box. It attracts the budding mosque-goers nearby, which can make it intimidating for a woman to enter and dine. (Ironically, a woman was initially the front of the business) Food is OK. mostly frozen COSTCO pieces, decorated with bits and bobs. 4/10

The food is delicious, I order something like hot dog. The bread is big and the meat is fantastic. I hardly eat all the portion because of my small Asian belly. The service is remarkable, he even give me free warm mineral water

The staff are so lovely and kind. I ordered a lasagna and had to wait not very long but the chef still treated me to a muffin 🧁. The food is well priced and is delicious. It was our family thing to buy coffee from fratelli after jummah prayers. If your a women and are hesitating because of the men sitting there, know that there is seating at the back where you can sit and wait. May Allah continue to put barakah in their business.

Deeply disappointed with this restaurant and the customer service. I was a committed customer coming back regularly until one day I was told I was banned because I spoke to an employee in a inappropriate way. The manager took no further action to listen to me and what had actually happened. - I gave the cashier a £10 note and brought something, the cashier gave me back pennies and coins when I asked for a £5 note which was clearly present. I then gave him the food back and walked out as the cashier was being aggressive and rude . This got me banned. I genuinely expected more from this place but sadly its been a year since my banning and I have not stepped foot in to such an establishment with such bad customer service. Believe me, your better off at other cafe's where the atmosphere is more welcoming.

Great breakfast cafe in the middle of Coventry Road. Location and options are a great plus. Food can be a bit greasy. Smoothies are nice aswell as other Drink options. Try the Chai latte and English Breakfast for a full and fulfilling meal

Good quality burgers. All the tables are for two people. We were a party of 4 so had to sit apart on two tables.

Pasta was very nice and a generous portion. It was not to busy and staff were very friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again!

Food is not that tasty. Mock tail got too much mint leaves and tastes like fizzy drink. Pasta meals have too many spices. The food is really bad. The turkey rashes have too much fat. I thought turkey rashes were supposed to be lean. The only reason why I went here it’s because it’s halal. But don’t think I’ll be back again.

Appaling customer service! Very rude kitchen staff and they don't even know how to speak English! I told the guy about 3/4 times that I ordered my food without mushrooms and he just takes the mushrooms off there and brings the same food back. Just imagine if someone's got allergies! Then 1 of the guys told me that he'll change it for me and so he'll be another 3/4mins to which I've already waited around 20mins for my food when the guy at the counter told me that my food would only take about 6/7mins! But then they still bring me back the same food which still had mushroom pieces while towards the end of eating my food!! And when the same guy who brought me my food in the first place took my tray and rubbish away I told him about it and he was just being so rude about it that it's only 1/2 little pieces of mushrooms and it doesn't matter and muttering something in Arabic and just walked off! Honestly so rude and no care at all for paying customers! And they give you wooden cutlery and a plastic tray to eat in! How are you meant to cut your food in a plastic tray with your food on top of paper with little wooden cutlery! Would definitely not recommended this place to anyone and I will not be visiting this place ever again!!

Ordered from here for the first time. My husband got the grilled chicken burger which he really enjoyed. Was a well made burger. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese. I have to say, it was AWFUL! Whoever made it definitely put a whole tub of dried herbs in it. It was in edible. All it was was herbs galore! The smell was so strong as well. Even my husband and sister in law were really grossed out by it. One bite then had to throw it in the bin. I wouldn’t even serve this to a homeless person. Its a shame as i was really craving pasta.

I order a chicken burger meal which was extremely nice and filling. However, the setting area is a little to small. But the food is really good.

The food and drinks were amazing and the staff were lovely. The seating is also nice and open. As well as the price being very reasonable, I would 100% recommend!

The seating was comfortable and the decor was lovely. We loved the food, ordered bolognese which we got in a big portion and which tasted delicious. If we were to give any criticism for the food, it would be that the milk cake was a bit stodgy and didn't taste right. Just some suggestions: - Open earlier for breakfast - Add some AC or fans to the back as it's a bit stuffy

Been going to Fratelli for a while, and have introduced them to Fratelli family and friends have never been disappointed with their atmosphere, communication quality and fresh foods. The atmosphere is a vibe so relaxing where you can spend time with your laptop, have a meeting, catching up with your ladies or lads. Either way eat in or take-away the food and drinks are fine to dine in or out.
