Frankster's in Leeds

The Peri Peri burger I had did not agree with me. The chicken was not cooked properly, and I believe there may have been some plastic wrapping still attached to it 🤢

Cold food mixed up packaging missing items

30/09/2024 we went to Frankster's there was asian girl name priya on till was so rude with us . Normally when we go to Frankster's the staff really nice and helpful but today that girl with glasses on was very disrespectful and talking rudely to the customers. We asked her for any offers and discounts she was making weird face and said she does not know anything . It was really disappointed today to go there.

ones nice when befr but this visit it ws not nice. portions were small compared to what we had befre. chicken popcorn were cold. grill burger had Goujon in, instead of breast piece. we won’t be going there again

First time visiting. Very warm welcome, I catched the name of the person that served us today because he was so kind & friendly, really made us feel welcome. so thank you to the (Amin) ,service was on point and quick.All in it was a very good experience and will definitely go back.

Cheeseburger dripping in fat not nice at all however the chicken burgers seem ok no better than kfc but the price is higher here. The only thing I can give 5* to is the milkshakes. Staff not overly welcoming especially manager.

Absolutely love franksters but this was NOT good. The food was barely warm and paid for a sauce that never came. Very disappointed had to microwave the food.

First time ordering Frankster's rather than visiting and eating in. Order delivered very quickly and was piping hot. Delivery driver was a complete gentleman. Could not ask for more. I generally don't write reviews but felt this time it was necessary. I'll be back again soon 😍

Great service lovely food ordered 2 Moody Angus meals kids popcorn chicken meal and 2 portions of onion rings burgers were smashed as described and very tasty and popcorn chicken looked better then KFC and the dips were amazing no pictures as meals were demolished haha

No dips inside de order and no option to claim just for them in help. I am really unhappy!!!

Really tasty Mama chicken burger with home fries and an Oreo and Peanut Butter milkshake. Good, fresh food made quickly and perfect for a quick bite to eat before a trip to the cinema.

Chicken wings cold and Burger not as good not worth £10 Fries my lidl frozen homemade is 10x better

Had the double whammy and it was tiny, nothing like the picture, not worth the price, taste was ok, nothing special.

Surprising good. The chicken wings are a must to try, they are grilled and out of this world: You can select from variety of sauces. The chicken burger and The cheese beef burger are both great. The only downside of this restaurant is its selection of drinks. Which are a non brand local frizzy drinks. It is accessable, plenty of indoor seats, parking spaces outside. This was a long time coming and it did not disappoint at all.

for the second order in a row, the house fries I ordered and PAID FOR were not delivered . I rang franksters but they refused to send the fries. I also asked for no parsley but there was definitely parsley in there

Did not have what I ordered so they just brought what ever they wanted knowing that I’ve already ready paid for my order. I’m also a regular customer

The item was nothing like described and the food was very bland. I was also sent the wrong drink

Got food and the chicken was hard very over cooked and chewy. Rang up spoke to priya, she said they will replace the meals. Rang to confirm this and order and spoke to priya who said she only offered 20% discount not a meal replacement. This is not what I was told and I am very angry that she has forgotten and is not claiming it was 20%. Rubbish service and food will tell all family and friends how bad they are

Food is always spot on at this place! Love how they are always updating their menu and food is always consistent. However had to remove a star due to the staff. Girl on the till not welcoming at all.. just stared at us awkwardly 😳… sorry Mr Frankster, please teach your staff some customer service!

I just want to say thank you for being there because there isn’t many halal food outlets, staff really good helpful, they have a decent menu to choose from food tasty and worth it. clean spacious place inside. Highly Recommend to all free parking on site Cash or card accepted.

I didn’t get my drink with my meal

no straw with my iced drink and my food was cold, not happy and will not be ordering from here ever again.

Poor quality of food, fried burger which was probably fried earlier had gone cold since it wasn't sold and stupidly was put on the grill for a few second before serving. Chicken was not hot and was tasting and smelling like a bbq

My boyfriend ate them in 6 minutes 🥹 that means he enjoyed them so much 😂

The food was fresh and very tasty. A bit expensive but was worth it.

The driver was awful. Parked in middle of road (on a one way one lane street) and seemed annoyed when I asked him to drive up so he didn’t block the road. Food is lovely though thanks

Missed both house fries from our order! can't select it on the missed item list as it is a package deal with the moody Angus but it's on my receipt and I have paid for both!

Food as expected, always good. Living in the centre of Leeds, the delivery guy excelled. Hot food friendly guy.

Come here a lot but today when I went here today, food was cold, talked to them 3 times to reheat it they gave me the same food we did not enjoy this time at frankster

If you are going to order through uber eats you will not get your order complete. this happened with us two times. So think before order.

missing a burger from our order. rang the shop to be told that they definitely packed all the burgers. so it magically disappeared then. not happy at all

Milkshake wasn’t delivered and didn’t receive a refund was told to contact Just Eat but the app has no details on how to contact for a refund

Terrible food considering the price, staff dis interested and got bad vibes the second I clocked eyes with sour face on the till. Wow if you hate your job so much get a new one.

The servers where delightful, but unfortunately, the food tasted cheep and oily, for £8 I expected better. The disabled toilet had giant mold spores growing underneath the hand dryer! The building was cold and unwelcoming, I would rather have gone to McDonald's. The disabled toilet floor was wet through and slippery, hard to stand up on and the emergency cord was tied up so it would have been useless. There was also a group of people vaping in store, not even hiding it.

Had to walk 5 mins to pick up as the delivery driver was incompetent, freezing cold now Milkshake is tiny for a "regular" and only 4 of 6 onion rings came

My first ever order from Frankster's - the burger was tasty, the butterfly chicken was well cooked ... but how does Butterfly Chicken that specifically says No Rice and instead costs me £1 for House Fries arrive in a rice bowl, with no fries - I wont be rushing back!!!

Half my food was missing this is the 2nd time this has happened

Now am a regular customer who used to attend every few weeks with my 3 boys 👦, I placed a rating last year of 4 due to less nice customer service jn cashier and mobile service who wasn't really bothered about customers.. am very pleased the service has changed and for the last 4 times I've been seeing Ava as a cashier, Jam in the main service and Priya as well .. can't thank you enough , you are an amazing team and add joy to the place,, Very well engaging and helping customers, Ava gave us extra colours for my kids' to carry on drawing while waiting for the food to come.. Well done Francster for choosing the right people, I would give u 6 🌟 if I could.. :)

I will always choose to go franksters over Nando’s. The chops are amazing and the service is great.

Not eaten here in a couple of years due to moving out of the city but the food was just as good as I remember.

Food cold, milk shake was liquid. For over £30 for a burger, loaded chips and milkshake I expected a lot more. Very disappointed over an hour to be delivered from a fast food place. Then when it arrives its cold and the milkshake is pretty much just liquid!

I had a call from franksters asking to call the delivery driver as he forgot my drinks. However couldn’t find an option too call the driver. I then called franksters back and asked for them too be refunded and was told they can’t do anything it was the drivers fault. When the driver delivered my food he was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem and to “just refund it”. Very bad customer service and a mess around from the store

they dint give me the drink I paid £3.50 for and put onions in my burger witch I chose I dint want if this restaurant was near my house and not far away I’d go throw the burger in there face for the state of this it’s falling apart wen I touch it
