Went here to by coffee great service great staff very talkative great atmosphere would definitely recommend thus place to freinds and family

Very nice coffee but very tardy with their opening time

The girl was so rude and unprofessional. Walked in and she didn’t even bother acknowledging us - just carried on scrolling through her phone slouched over the counter. I asked for my coffee and said my mum would come in in a sec (as was sitting on a table outside for lunch) and order one and pay for us, and her response was just that she can’t make the coffee until we’ve paid first. There was so much attitude and for no reason at all! Then my mum was eating her sandwich and found a long blonde/white hair in it so didn’t even finish half of it. My iced coffee was not even good lol. On top of all of this, the metal seats outside were SO uncomfortable - had to sit on my baby’s blanket to not have massive marks from the chair on my legs. No toilets. Overall a terrible experience disappointingly. Fair to say we definitely will not be returning.

Sandwiches and wraps are absolutely delicious! Coffee was really quite lovely, and it's a nice vibe to sit in the window and watch the world go by! Unfortunately, I didn't have the greatest service from the lady serving, but it was still an enjoyable stop for food and drink!

The coffee is excellent the food is also excellent this is the best shop in Sussex

Delicious fresh food - great selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. I used Frankie’s for a corporate lunch and will definitely be using them again - they couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful, and my colleagues commented on how tasty and fresh the food was. Highly recommend!

loveliest staff and amazing coffee!

Not super wheelchair accessible inside but there is outdoor seating. The staff in here are lovely and they made me a iced roobuis tea because I can't drink coffee often. Thank you so much for making me this! I will be back.

Been going to Frankie’s for a couple of months now. Really Great coffee and the homemade sausage rolls are to die for. Would recommend. Staff also really friendly and interesting!

Good coffee however every inconsistent, sometimes it's luke warm others the takeaway cup is far to hot to simply carry

This is my favorite sandwich shop in Brighton. Sooo delicious, well priced, and all of the ingredients are always fresh. I recommend the buffalo mozzarella, pesto, tomato and avocado sandwich on your choice of bread... it is *chef's kiss* delish!

I popped into Frankie Vaughns for a light takeaway lunch on 28th July. I bought a vegetarian sausage roll (which was fine) but was charged £10.90 instead of £2.90. This is in spite of the vendor very clearly saying £2.90 to me when he presented the card machine to me. Admittedly this was my bad as I should have checked the amount, but I took him ‘at his word’. However, I did look at the printed receipt, which showed £10.90. When I queried it the vendor claimed to have put through an £8 refund. Sadly I have never seen this refund, and neither has my bank. I have messaged Frankie Vaughns numerous times about this but have received no reply. Whether or not this was a genuine mistake or an attempt to rip me off I will probably never know, but their complete lack of interest in clearing this up makes me nervous. Be VERY careful when paying.

Had the most amazing sausage roll in the world to date, cost £2.90 but was well worth it, in fact a hour later I brought another.

I've been buying my lunch here for twenty something years now. Every day the owner of this shop is on the front line himself, leading his troops and maintaining the standard. The food, the service, and the coffee, are all second to none. My lunch experience at Frankie Vaughns makes my entire day.

Frankie and his partner have a passion for homemade quality food. They have attentive staff in the deli and coffee shop next door. Everything is made and prepared on sight with there love and passion for good food. Nobody can be disappointed by the vast selection of savoury and sweet. Something for everyone... Vegans, Vegetarians and meat eaters. Best fresh deli in Brighton by far!

Ordered a buffet lunch for our meeting today. Superb food especially the sausage rolls, scotch eggs and samosas. Great service great prices a real treat. Highly recommended.

Just used these guys to provide lunch for my clients that flew over from Dubai for training... They were very flexible and were able to provide according to dietary requirements. And the food was very tasty...

Un poco alejado de la ruta turística habitual de, pero a sólo 2 minutos a pie desde Brighton Royal Pavillion, es este formidable bar de bocadillos. No sólo sándwiches recién hechos, con una variedad de panes, pero ofertas calientes también. Sean y su equipo ofrecen un alegre y eficiente servicio. No hay espacio para sentarse dentro, pero la playa y jardines del Pabellón están cerca. Al lado está Frankies molinillo, donde te puedes sentar y disfrutar de un buen café, servido con una sonrisa. Cuando esté en Brighton y necesita un sándwich, yo por cabeza Frankies. Los altos estándares han sido coherentes con los años

I often tootle around town and stop for coffee, cake a sandwich ...Frankie Vaughns at the bottom of Edward Street , Brighton is by far one of the best and worth a detour. Brighton has a couple of really fine Coffee retailers, grinding their own blend of beans and you will find one of the best produces here. Freshly roasted, mine served alongside a minted lamb wrap with salad; another occasion I had freshly prepared curry; with a juice , a coffee and a beautifully moist cake to really ensure I waddled across the road to look around the Royal Pavilion!

Sin duda vale la pena visitar. Todo era tan fresco y hecha en el lugar a su orden específico, así que realmente puede tener lo que quieres. Esta es la tienda donde siempre huele delicioso sabor fantástico, muy amable personal y lo que se obtiene por la relación calidad-precio es una auténtica ganga! Debería estar en su lista cuando TIENES que visitar Brighton! La variedad de sándwiches son más de 30 incluyendo algunos sándwiches tostados como liberar brie y pastrón francés con cebolla Chatney Rocket y tomate!! Puedes conseguir una caja de ensalada con la elección de más de 10 recién día ensaladas! There's so much delicious food to choose from. Delicious sandwiches, wraps (pakora and sweet chilli omg!) salads, cakes. The list goes on. Friendly staff and a great central location. If you've not been before, search it out!

Top notch sandwich shop and cafe, from the traditional to continental deli fillings and lovely fresh bread. Amazing for the same price as supermarket sarnies, love going here for lunch. They also have veggie options, salads, cakes...

Queríamos algo bueno para el almuerzo, caminamos por este lugar, fuimos a y saludó sonriente y muy servicial. El deli menú es variado y la envoltura fue uno de los mejores que he probado. Fue la pakora especial. Fresco, hizo gran gusto y con cuidado. Me encantó - especialmente la envoltura ligera - y a un precio muy razonable. Perfecto para comprar y luego disfrutar frente al mar.
