Nice food. Service was good. Very helpful waitress.

Food was beautiful. Our server Tom was fantastic. It was our sons 18th birthday, and they brought his waffle over with candles in, and sang him happy birthday.

Food was tasty. Sarah was quick and friendly.

Went to Frankie's after going to the cinema, it was a lovely and lively atmosphere as you stepped in. Staff were very attentive but did not bother us. Food was ok but staff seemed to enjoy being there which added to the feel of the restaurant

All good, Bolognese could have been hotter in temperature and the free pizza for GCSE results had run out we were told ( first 50 customers only ) I must have missed the small print. The atmosphere was good and we had a good time.

What a rip off! Got served a garlic & herb dip in a tiny pot to accompany the calamari. Hardly enough, possibly a tablespoon full so asked for a top up. When I paid the bill my friend noticed I'd been charged £1 for the extra dip! I asked the server Sarah why she hadn't told me it would extra & she replied "oh I normally do but I've been busy!" I wouldn't have got it if I knew, could have bought a bottle for that! Appalling service l, I appreciate there weren't many staff on but come on doesn't take a lot to mention it 😡

Sadly it seems the restaurant focuses on deliveries rather than the actual restaurant customers. Not the staffs’ fault at all, business model doesn’t work.

Amazing food. Outstanding service from my waitress (Georgia) was very polite and when asked for more sauce she was back in a flash with more sauce. Georgia was very patient with us when ordering our food as my sister didn’t know what to order.

No atmosphere whatsoever, the original music is no longer played, the rock n roll music was what made F&B unique but now it's modern music! The air conditioning was constantly on which made sitting there was uncomfortable because it was cold, food quality certainly doesn't match the price and lastly we ended up asking for the bill before requesting dessert because we waited almost half hour for someone to take our order, a member of staff told us he'd be back to take our order as we had waited so long, 5 minutes later he was waltzing out the door as his shift had ended. The staff have no personality and the takeaway delivery service has taken over this restaurant as staff are concentrating on the delivery service instead of the customers sat at the restaurant. Won't be visiting again.

Sarah was great!! Fantastic service with a smile, quick and efficient. The food was DELICIOUS. Everything we had was 10/10, don’t have any pictures because it was gone before I even had the chance 😂 I recommend the new crispy chicken burger and mozzarella dippers! Absolutely out of this world!

Haven't been to Frankie & Benny's in years so was quite excited for this visit. Food was OK at best, service from staff disappointing - they all seemed like they didn't want to be there.

There is very poor selection of dairy free my wife had the dairy free vegan margarita pizza, it was undercooked and had no taste, my ribs were ok but very little sauce on them, the service was good but overall it was a poor evening and would not recommend to any with any intolerance

Great service and really friendly staff, we got our food and drink orders pretty quick after ordering, so we weren't waiting long for our food and drinks. Definitely recommend

Wonderful Lack of Plant based Menu items. Really really lacking. Do You have. Smaller portions at different times of the Day ? Like eating in a Nightclub. Music was played at a stupidly loud level.

Sarah was absolutely brilliant, delay with drinks from the bar (due to staffing) was the only real mark down. Despite being busy, kitchen was fast and food was hot.

Really disappointed with our visit on 11th July, we had to flag someone down to order a drink after 15 minutes, and again to order our food. service was extremely slow, none of our plates were cleared between courses and no one checked on how our food was. Each time we wanted another drink or or order another course we had to flag a colleague down. We waited 45 minutes between starter and main. We were sat on a small table of four and by the time we finished our mains the table was full of plates due to starter plates not being cleared. We asked one colleague if we could order drink and food and they said “no I’m clearing tables” and we waiting another chunk of time for someone to come over to us. Really disappointed and wouldn’t be returning in a hurry. If the place was very busy I’d understand but it wasn’t particularly busy so unsure what the issues tonight were.

Staff lovely, food over priced..half rack of ribs were 3 pieces, cold & hardly any sauce but a big mound of chips to make plate look 'full' to be honest very disappointed and won't go there any time soon.

Came here as a last minute meal with my boyfriend on Monday around 8pm. Service was mediocre, it was like the service you’d get in McDonald’s, no motivation from the waitresses. Food was ok, nothing special. It wasn’t until paying the bill where the waitress said ‘soooo do you want to leave a tip?’ Now i understand if she’s new, but who I’m assuming was the manager stood next to her said nothing, didn’t even bat an eyelid. Im a waitress myself and I would never ever ask someone for a tip even when I was new to my current job, that’s just straight up rude and cheeky. To say I was shocked for her to ask that is an understatement.

Tom and Demi gave great service, offered loads of help and information regarding the new menu, also checked about my allergies which was reassuring! Tobi was brilliant with my kids entertaining them and pip in the kitchen was very accommodating with their dietary needs. 5* will deffo be back.

Spur of the moment visit after a trip to the cinema. 2 Adults and 2 children. I ordered steak which had no taste even when smothered with a very thin version of pepper corn sauce. They had no mushrooms which was part of the adverised dish, didn't add extra tomatoes or onion rings to compensate. Definately overpriced @ £20 They also had the cheek to then charge for a pot of BBQ sauce. Not eaten at this chain for a while, sadly wont be going back as I now have an upset tummy ! £50 's worth of dissapointment

Unfortunately the food was really bland and not very warm. There's was random bit of spaghetti in my meal which shouldn't of been there. Won't be in a rush to go back!

It doesn’t say on just eat that street feud is Frankie and bennies. If I knew this I would not have ordered. The chips were freezing. Some of my order was not there. The doughnuts were soggy. And the waffle were wet and soggy and cold. The burger had no taste to it what so ever, must be the cheapest meat on the market. I spent nearly £80 on this takeaway delivery. And was refused any sort of refund or even a gift card. I’m absolutely disgusted and annoyed about the whole situation

The food was great, but there weren't enough staff and the poor waiter was run nearly off his feet trying to keep up. He seemed to be waiting on tables, assisting other staff, and making drinks at the bar. He did his best, but unfortunately the result was frustratingly slow service. We felt bad for the staff.
