Staff very friendly. Excellent service and food. Lovely atmosphere.

As my first mother's day without my own mum, this day was made a little brighter by having an amazing NYC breakfast at F&B, and the kindness of the staff and friendly atmosphere.

Not very good service but good food atmosphere was just music

Pasta was dry, pizza was undercooked and was left waiting for ages to get the bill, completely ignored by all staff

Got served by a lovely girl called kasey, even though it was busy she made sure if we were happy throughout the meal. The food was lovely and they brought out the kids with our starters which was much appreciated. I love their parmigiana 😁

Came here for some dinner during the half term holidays. The restaurant was really busy where most of the tables were occupied. With only a few members of staff on the floor I could not fault the service. I got sat at a table within 5 minutes of arriving at the desk. Our drinks and food order were taken in good time and our drinks were delivered very quickly. There was a slight wait on food due to how busy the restaurant was but as we were made aware upon sitting that was okay. Food was brought to the table was hot and freshly cooked. The waiter who was Sam asked if we needed anymore drinks or sauces to which we ordered more drinks. Again these were delivered very quickly by the barmaid on shift called Kiera. Both of these team members were extremely helpful, courteous, polite and maintained composure throughout us being there. Thank you both

The only reason i gave it a two star is because the young girl who served us was really helpful and friendly. The food was embarrassing, I used to eat at Frankie and bennys A LOT a few years ago, my god have they made some serious cut back and it shows terribly. We sent back the two chicken parm pastas, the chicken was the cheapest blandest fried chicken I’ve ever had from a restaurant a the pasta was bland and tasted terrible. They try charging £16.75 for that monstrosity, my local Italian charge £13 for fresh pasta cabonara or bolognaise and it’s incredible. The pizzas used to be amazing and are now cheap anaemic undercooked, most likely frozen dough. The chips were undercooked. We had a platter for mains the ribs were ok but the chicken strips and wings honestly didn’t even taste like chicken, it was so bad. We ordered a kids strawberry and a kids chocolate ice cream for 2 kids they put it in one bowl mixed them together, honestly don’t understand the thought process. Overall massive shame as had great memories of Frankie and bennys back in the day but I will never give them another chance as it was sooooo poor in quality, it’s no wonder stores are shutting left right and centre. Sad

The amount of sauce they give you in the spaghetti bolognese is pitiful, paying £13 for dry and bland and boring pasta is a disgrace. They have got a cheek. If I was in the restaurant I would’ve sent it back immediately.

Booked a table for my daughter's birthday 8 kids plus adults, when we turned up was told to wait by the bar until a table become available. It was absolutely rammed in there couldn't stand by the bar with loads of kids we left ..........your loss is McDonald's gain

It was a bit cold in the restaurant, and the music a bit too loud. Used to play good old fashioned songs but now it’s all modern.

I visited your treforest restaurant on Saturday 1st February to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Due to being diagnosed with coeliac disease I was very disappointed you do not provide fries on your menu. Also the vinegar in your restaurant is malt when I asked for an alternative vinegar was told there wasn't any. As coeliac I can not use this due to the ingredients. This could be easily solved by providing an alternative of any other vinegar. Also my husband was disappointed to the very small portions.

We had our daughter’s eighth birthday lunch at Franky and Benny’s in Nantgarw on the weekend. Our server Beth, was absolutely amazing and really made all the girls feel welcome and special. She also handled the nut allergy of one of the girls fantastically. Thank you so much for making her day!

It was quiet due to the local weather conditions and localised flooding but the chap who attended to us was pleasant, prompt and helpful. Food was good, reasonable and just what we needed before heading to bowling across the way.

I'm not blaming frankie and bennys, been ripped of by just eat, they said the driver was at the restaurant for 3 hours and wasn't, I rang frankie and bennys and they said food was done hours ago. so just eat ripped me off not the restaurant.

Kept us waiting at the front door for 10mins before telling us no tables available due to bookings which is ok… what’s not ok is 3-4 different staff members pass us completely blanking us, would of taken 2secs to pass on that info!!

Tayla our server was very professional, efficient and polite. Her knowledge of the menu was clear as she was able to recommend the steakhouse special and the giant mozzarella stick to us. My wife and I enjoyed the food and service a lot, and the kids had a lot of fun colouring while waiting for their food. Thanks Tayla!

Today we went and had food at Frankie and bennys and we had Tayla as our server she was so kind and helpful she knew everything off the top of her head and was very understanding of anything we had to say, she was polite and was good with conversations 10/10 recommend

Friendly staff but such poor food no better than weatherspoons. A buttermilk burger almost £14 if you want bbq sauce on it almost £18. My wife had a bagel and it was stale.

Booked a table, arrived on time, placed the order, waited 45 minutes, asked the waiter if it’s ready. He told us it’s coming in 2 and then avoided us. I went 5 min later to check, it was just on the grill. No “sorry I forgot, no nothing”. From none of them. So if you go there, make sure to check on your food, because some of the people there won’t bother. Go up and left, can’t comment about food.
