The lady who greeted us (white blouse on from Shein).. was just so lovely. She was so smiley and welcoming and looked after us really really well. Her customer service was spot on and she was a credit to the entire restaurant. She had a rare gift of remembering a table of orders without writing it down and got it all right. She was really smiley and warm and just made a massive difference to our visit

Considering there were only a handful of tables in, the fact we had to keep asking for service was terrible.

My meal was brilliant and well nice and the waiters and waitresses were really polite all the time

My friends and family came to Frankie and bennys for my 29th birthday meal. What an experience it was, absolutely wicked service! Leah gave 100% to she went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy with our food and drinks. Very polite and well mannered! The food was astonishing! Really great tasting. I would highly recommend Frankie and bennys in Nantgarw I hope they remain open! Will be back next year for my 30th!

Ordered a medium /well done steak. The steak that came out was very thin, very fatty and not cooked as requested. I sent it back and another steak was brought but this was definitely not cooked as requested. Was very red. At this point I was quite stressed at having to send vito back yet again. When the third steak arrived it still wasn't cooked to order. My husband ate it to avoid further embarrassment of another one. Our server was very apologetic and attentive and the meal was taken off the bill. However the chefs seemed unable to cook my steak as I wanted for some reason. So a very disappointing experience

Very nice place with a good atmosphere that's kid friendly and the waitress Rachel was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on us without being intrusive. She also had a warm smile and made us feel very welcome

Manager showed us to a table straight away, no reservation needed as it was a quiet Sunday afternoon. Rachel was our waitress, she was very attentive & polite. Plenty of parking spaces available. Food & puddings were nice :) We don't visit Frankie & Bennies often, but based on today's visit we would definitely come again x

Can’t believe they charged £11.99 for the beef brisket hash and the amount of brisket was half a fork at best. I asked where was the meat, he replied it’s preportioned. Gave me a tiny bit more. It was lucky to be worth half that. Disgrace. I only didn’t kick off as I was with long time friends I havnt seen in years. Will never see me in a FB’s again. Spend you money elsewhere like Nando’s or Wagamama

We went for my partner's birthday meal after receiving an offer for a free birthday main. Having not visited Frankie & Benny's in quite a while I wasn't particularly sure what to expect, luckily we were greeted by a server who immediately made us feel welcome and eased any worries we had. We were shown to our table and given the perfect amount of time to look over our menus. We were initially worried that we would have to wait a while for food as the restaurant was busy, however before we knew it the waiter was bringing our food out. I had a double chicken burger and my partner had the rack of ribs, both of us left extremely satisfied with the food and the entire experience, planning to come back again soon.

Food lukewarm, young server chap was disinterested. Had to ask for him to take our order, and proceeded to ignore us when we were waiting to pay. Atmosphere poor as they decided to start hoovering while we were in there. I appreciate how hospitality can be but should be sweeping especially when it's open until 10 and we left around 9... Really poor experience from start to end

Great visit to the Nanygarw restaurant last night. Tge food was excellant, served very quickly by very friendly staff. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and I will certainly be making a return visit soon.

As my first mother's day without my own mum, this day was made a little brighter by having an amazing NYC breakfast at F&B, and the kindness of the staff and friendly atmosphere.

Not very good service but good food atmosphere was just music

Pasta was dry, pizza was undercooked and was left waiting for ages to get the bill, completely ignored by all staff

Came here for some dinner during the half term holidays. The restaurant was really busy where most of the tables were occupied. With only a few members of staff on the floor I could not fault the service. I got sat at a table within 5 minutes of arriving at the desk. Our drinks and food order were taken in good time and our drinks were delivered very quickly. There was a slight wait on food due to how busy the restaurant was but as we were made aware upon sitting that was okay. Food was brought to the table was hot and freshly cooked. The waiter who was Sam asked if we needed anymore drinks or sauces to which we ordered more drinks. Again these were delivered very quickly by the barmaid on shift called Kiera. Both of these team members were extremely helpful, courteous, polite and maintained composure throughout us being there. Thank you both

the food was incredibly fast, a good price and tasted amazing! our server ella was very nice and i 100% recommend frankie and bennys!

The only reason i gave it a two star is because the young girl who served us was really helpful and friendly. The food was embarrassing, I used to eat at Frankie and bennys A LOT a few years ago, my god have they made some serious cut back and it shows terribly. We sent back the two chicken parm pastas, the chicken was the cheapest blandest fried chicken I’ve ever had from a restaurant a the pasta was bland and tasted terrible. They try charging £16.75 for that monstrosity, my local Italian charge £13 for fresh pasta cabonara or bolognaise and it’s incredible. The pizzas used to be amazing and are now cheap anaemic undercooked, most likely frozen dough. The chips were undercooked. We had a platter for mains the ribs were ok but the chicken strips and wings honestly didn’t even taste like chicken, it was so bad. We ordered a kids strawberry and a kids chocolate ice cream for 2 kids they put it in one bowl mixed them together, honestly don’t understand the thought process. Overall massive shame as had great memories of Frankie and bennys back in the day but I will never give them another chance as it was sooooo poor in quality, it’s no wonder stores are shutting left right and centre. Sad

The amount of sauce they give you in the spaghetti bolognese is pitiful, paying £13 for dry and bland and boring pasta is a disgrace. They have got a cheek. If I was in the restaurant I would’ve sent it back immediately.
