completly wrong order delivered, the restaurant really didn't care, never again

Waited 40 minutes for a pastrami bagel and fries and meatballs with spaghetti . Waitress was apologetic - not her fault . The meatballs were cold inside so sent back and asked for them to be hot . £34 for two coffees and the above …no Karen required .. won’t be going back .

Worst experience ever! First We ordered The biggest pizza they had because it was for my sons birthday and they brought out the standard kids menu pizza and the manager was very rude about it saying “it’s your fault not my fault can’t change it, deal with it mate” 2Nd the glasses were absolutely disgusting not cleaned at all before serving them to customers 3rd When paying at the card machine It said “please leave a tip” not even giving a option to skip I hope in the late years this Frankie & Benny’s will be better

Good food, good price, excellent service

Becky was phenomenal! She accommodated the specific dietary needs for my neurodiverse family and she was incredibly friendly. She was great with my 10 month old baby too. The food was delicious, as always. I'd definitely come again.

Came in tonight with two young children, Becky was our waitress she was so patient with the kids whilst they took an eternity deciding what they wanted to eat! Becky gave her own personal recommendations including things she didn’t particularly like which I really appreciated. Some people aren’t as transparent and she was honest and genuinely helpful. She did several check backs with us and was attentive and kind. Food was good, but Becky made our experience better!

Karinas very professional and friendly and it was pleasure to be served by her, nothing was too much troubles. Visible and attentive manager who was also checking on guests. Very enjoyable visit.

The restraunt has a good atmopshere, but 2 other tables that arrived after us were served first, and after looking at how much the prices had gone up we nearly left before ordering. Like most things these days, "new menu" means the dishes have become smaller and the price has gone up. I was looking forward to the chicken parmigana (formley £16.25) but this has been replaced, with "The Chicken Parm", for £16.75, smaller and now also without the chips that will set you back an extra £4.25. My partner had the chicken carbonara which had hardly any chicken in, and the dish was about half the size of the promo image, barely filling a hole. We felt robbed after using a 2 4 1 voucher, let alone paying full price and wish we hadn't gone.

Entered, 2 adults and 3 children. At most 4 tables had people seated. Service was terrible from the start. Ordered drinks after about 20 minutes of waiting and asking 3 times. Bottled water, 3 kids drinks and a Fanta. Ordered 3 kids meals, brisket loaded chips. Took over 35 minutes for the food. Still no drinks had to ask again. The chips were not loaded at all barely any brisket so £7 for a small starter chips. No one seemed happy not like it used to be!

Had a really great meal here. The food was good quality and really tasty. The selection is very good and had something for everyone. The staff were amazing. We went to Frankie and bennies today for some lunch. I haven’t been here for over a year and was pleasantly surprised by the new menu. The waitress Becky was friendly and happy to help with everything. I decided to try the new NYC breakfast, I really enjoyed the combination of the sweet and savoury together. My friend had her same order that she always has and said it was still as delicious as always. The restaurant was clean and the music was pleasant and at nice volume. Will definitely be back soon!

Beccy eas a very lovely lady taking care of myself and big family, nothing was to much trouble for her.

Food was dry as anything sandwich over cooked no sauce offered chicken was dry fries over cooked pudding took 30 minutes to service couple of scoops of ice cream and two pancakes also wasn't offered any alternative worst experience I've had in any restaurant wouldn't recommend to anybody

Great food resonably priced good service

I had the meat feast pizza which was very nice, I also had the garlic bread which was slightly burnt but still ok. Service was good and reasonably quick. Nice quick place to eat.

Carbonara tasted like it had come out of a microwave, all stuck together gooey. Not worth the £18 paid. Chips were cold, chicken was over fried. £8 for 4 chicken small strips is extortionate £82 not well spent

India was an attentive, friendly waitress. She was readily available, but not 'in your face'. The food was delicious - steak cooked to perfection the way we asked and the ribs too. I will definitely go back.

Food quality was very poor, it turned up cold and greasy

The food was so cold you couldn’t even eat the chips and the chicken wings were so over cooked. The only decent thing was the kids brownie that you stick in the microwave!

Our server, India, was incredibly accommodating for our table of 17 at short notice, she served us fast and efficiently, very kind and sweet. The food was lovely also, props to the chefs!

Brilliant service from India! She was kind and efficient at serving us large party of 15! Absolutely no complaints from all of us and nothing was wrong with the service cannot complain! Myself being bad celiac there was a large selection of GF options and the staff made sure to state when receiving the food that it was GF. Very happy with everything overall. Thank you very much!

Burger was nice but a bit greasy. Seated me next to noisy brats but they quickly left. Service fine. 20% Student Discout got me in tonight.

India provided top quality service to our whole group with quick service.

We visited our local branch of Frankie and Bennys as a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children. We were a little early (10 minutes) for our reservation but were seated straightaway despite this, the restaurant not being busy. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff polite and well presented. Our server Becky was polite and attentive. Service was slower than in pre covid visits and the menu less extensive too. The kids menu however was great and very good value. Our food was of the standard you'd expect from Frankie and Bennys. The ambience let our experience a little we felt. The change in decor and mood music made it feel less like the restaurant we’ve been visiting for so many years. Despite this it was still a pleasent experience.
