We popped in for lunch today, it’s both of my daughter’s favourite place to go when shopping, they love to have the pizza. We were served by Becky who was really friendly and polite, fast service, food was piping hot and everything was nice and clean. We will return on our next shopping trip.

I have literally just been here with my family for my son's birthday (family with bluey t-shirts ) and omg it was lovely we were served by a lady called Laura she was so lovely and even done my boys desert with a candle and music she was really lovely food was amazing children enjoyed every mouthful

Becks was our waitress/server today and she was wonderful checking everything was OK with the food at each course we would be happy ro return everything was brilliant

First off , we only two in here and it was annoying waitress keep popping over every five mins , are u ok , no our food going cold and you gave us wrong fries, didn’t want say at time as evening would been tarnish and I had good reason to bite my lip and not say how really feeling, not happy and concerce into paying a tip. I now understand why Thanet branch empty , undercooked food , wrong fries and staff who don’t know leave customer alone , I did attempt to say what was wrong , but out respect for my son, waited till today . Food was mediocre at best, not worth the cost and not even served correctly!

Courtney was our server and she was amazing. She helped our very large table in dividing our bills up. Courtney was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so very much

Came in this evening for a meal with my partner, the food was lovely & we had amazing service from the girls serving us, although I did feel bad for the waitresses who were dealing with a large table who we could hear being rude to the staff and laughing to each other about it when the waitresses left. I could not do their job they are a credit to the company dealing with all that. Thanks again for a wonderful evening. We will be back.

A lovely time at Frankie & Benny’s Westwood Cross. Our waitress Becky was such a star, calm and lovely and very attentive and took special care when taking our order to make sure everything was perfect. Nice to have plenty of vegan options too.
