We got served by Sue who was friendly and recommended pizzas which one of us ordered. Food was amazing!! Nice and hot and plenty on the plate. Service was outstanding would definitely come back and visit again!!

Been dining at Frankie’s the past few weeks when our son is at Drama and the food and service is always brilliant and delicious. Sue has been our server for a few weeks now and she is always so lovely and helpful.

First time at Frankie and Benny's and honestly could not be happier with the food and service we received. Vicky was our server & she was so lovely, so friendly and bubbly. The food was amazing; we had the NYC brunch which reminded us of when we last had breakfast in the States. The sundae to follow was huge, well stuffed afterwards but well worth it! Will be coming back here again, thanks! 🫶

Me and my friend came to Frankie and Benny’s today to give It a go since I haven’t been since 2012 and It was brilliant. Food was amazing atmosphere despite being quite as It’s early In the day was great and fun with the music and lights. Vicky was a great host offering us drinks straight away as we sat. Highly recommend If people love a good restaurant that offers a variety of food items. (: thank you.

Waited over 45 mins for food and my steak was cold and was quite gristly, far to much attention to Uber eats etc, never again will I visit this diner

Crap place🤬 table and floor was filthy dirty, we were made to wait over 30 minutes for drinks & other people arrived after us and had drinks before us, we mentioned it to staff nobody cared, staff had no uniforms, no I.d badges, seems a lot of staff didn’t know what they were doing.

We were so close to perishing in the war zone that is Merthyr Tydfil when we were struck by a stray bullet. Sue saw us struggling and she nursed us back to health so that we may fight back against the enemy. She deserves any high praise she gets. Five stars.

Our waitress Sue was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help, especially with my extremely fussy food order. Also, being a fussy eater, I appreciate that the staff checked my food was how I like it before delivering it. Food was great!

6 of us squashed at table. Child's meal came with about 5 chips. Burgers very small. Spaghetti bolagnese luke warm. Had to order extra garlic bread and chips to fill up. Nearly 100 pounds!! Needed another meal when we got home.

Lovely music however, I miss the traditional Italian music. Our service was great and the lady who attended us was every bit what you’d expect from a high standard restaurant. All round service was great and the food was lovely.

Food was really good, the Chicken Picante pasta was delicious. Callum our waiter was amazing, quick, very polite and attentive. Best waiter we’ve had at a F&B’s.
