Sue was a lovely waitress, friendly, helpful with menu choices, patient and attentive. The food was delicious and served promptly. We had New York breakfast and collie dough dessert. Prices are reasonable. We would definitely recommend.

Great food , friendly staff who were welcoming and full of fun .Sue was paticularly Great.

Food was great, however the manager is terrible. Made us feel like criminals and embarrassed us in front of the whole restaurant for letting a 17 year old have a drink with her meal. We did not know about the company policy however we had removed the drink yet the manager (a woman) continued to shout at us and cause a problem.

Came in on a weekday and came in to an empty restaurant 😁 we were greeted and served by Charlotte. She was very friendly and explained various offers they had on which worked very well in our favour. We were served in a timely manner, food filled the spot.

Fact if had to wait 3 and half weeks for my £60 refund of what I paid for my meal twice, and have all the evidence and the receipts.. iv called to the store they won’t give me cash.. saying it’s been send on there end etc .. my bank statement say different , they told me I would receive it within 5 working days it been ages and still nothing no updates nothing

My husband & I had the best brunch that we have had in ages. We both had the NYC breakfast and the chef, Dave, cooked it to perfection. The smoked bacon was crispy just as it should be served. Will definitely be back. The Manager here provided excellent & friendly service and made sure that everything we needed was catered for.

Went with some friends for food and the meals were delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was super clean

I haven’t long finished work and thought a bite to eat before going home, when I walked in the atmosphere was amazing and the server sue and Tracy was even better, all credit goes to the chefs and both of the servers

Charlotte was very friendly and helpful. The sweet potato fries were slightly too oily for my taste but other wise good.

If you like overpriced, poor quality food that is cold due to slow service then I highly recommend this place, if not then avoid like the plague!

Awful time at this place awful waiting times rude staff ignored us and waited ten mins for the bill and another 10 minutes to pay for it rude bald customer complained about seat moving although it was his own kid phone constantly ringing and no one was picking up, overall dreadful won’t be going back there again

First time trying this restaurant. Pizza is freshly made infront of you and the burgers were filling enough to feed a family. Unfortunately no family was to touch my food as it was so nice I devoured it all myself. Welcoming staff and good cooks, not something you see these days Unfortunately

I havnt visited Frankie and bennys for a long time, it was a spur of the moment decision to take my mum and my 6yr old son there, so turned up with no booking on Mother’s Day 🙄 . The manager was fantastic, it was busy and she asked us to wait at the bar and she found us a table within 10 minutes. My son loved the malteaser milkshake as did I. The food was very tasty and portions were great. I’m sure our server was Sophie, who was wonderful, she was prompt and efficient, knowledgeable of the menu and keen to give recommendations, my son was indecisive on his dessert and she was quick to offer him alternatives, and he loved the jelly and fruit. 5 star overall from me and I shall be returning again, thanks.

Yesterday I visited the Merthyr Frankie and Benny’s restaurant. I was highly satisfied with the service I received for my lunch. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant was a lot cleaner than it used to be. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I will definitely be back.

Family came in for Mother’s Day today, we had CALLUM as a server. What a treat. He was lovely and polite, he went above and beyond for our table. Very happy with the service.

Came for mother's day and despite the restaurant being very busy our server callum was excellent. The food and drinks came out fast and he answered any questions without hesitation. Overall a great experience

Bland, over-priced food. Awful service. And to top it off, they have the audacity to try and coerce you into name dropping your server and giving them a 5* review. Won’t be coming back.

BBQ RIBS far away from being Barbecue. Apart of barbeque sos theyre just roasted tasting like chicken. Strong 2 out of 10
