Franjos in Newham

Went to this place yesterday to have some lunch, saw a lady sitting behind the till just on her phone didn't even greet me and the missus. She gave us such dirty looks. We ordered 2 fillet burgers for £5 and a two piece combo meal, it arrived and what can I say chips was undercooked, the burger was tasteless and undercooked! She mustve just got the bun straight out of the fridge and served it to us!! This made me and my wife so angry. So food was awful, service was awful and atmosphere was AWFUL, Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Non è il miglior hamburger che ho mangiato, tuttavia è un buon locale per un pranzo o una cena veloci. Positiva la possibilità di fare il refill senza limiti. Personale gentile

Good food and friendly service. Decent price for an acceptably good meal. Though there is a small space for eating-in. we (7) of us sat comfortably and enjoyed the meal.

Best chicken burgers. Always hot and fresh. And friendly staff.
