Non è il miglior hamburger che ho mangiato, tuttavia è un buon locale per un pranzo o una cena veloci. Positiva la possibilità di fare il refill senza limiti. Personale gentile

Great burger, but 24 minute wait. No sense of urgency from the staff and no apology. Deliveroo drivers came and went at a regular rate and had virtually no wait. Perhaps warn people that there will be a wait or prioritise orders taken in the restaurant.

Went today at 12-30ish for my first ever five guys, had the small cheeseburger with just grilled onions. Took two bites and gave it back to the staff. There was no taste whatsoever, have had better at a market stall. Very disappointing, as i have heard all the marketing and decided to give it a try.

Would give 3.5 so rounded up. Service was great. Was served by a very competent and friendly employee and all the team I encountered around the restaurant were exemplary. Restaurant was clean and food ready quickly. What let it down for me was the fact the cheese on the burger was not melted. This is one of my highlights of a Five Guys and it just wasn’t cooked that way. Not a problem enough to return but a disappointment.

More interested in serving Deliveroo/Just Eat than in store customers, waited half hour for two burgers while numerous collections were made by said drivers….

It was a footie night at Stratford and so hectic in the shopping centre. I ordered our food online with a 6:30 collection time. Arrived to huge queues but Anwar met me at the front and noted my order number and took me to the front to collect my food and offered us a free drink! Food was great service was great and the free drink greatly appreciated! I would recommend using the app to order !

I’m giving a 1 star rating because of the product I bought not because of the staff( toasted veggie sandwich) should it really be literal veggies in a soggy roll ? For £7 ? I even asked at the counter if it was an actual toasty sandwich which I was told yes,, to me a toasted sandwich is 2 bits of bread with the filling then toasted,, not a soggy burger roll !!!! It was not very nice to say the least.. other than that staff were friendly enough and place was clean ish

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Five Guys und waren positiv überrascht. Bei der Bestellung machte uns die Bedienung sogar auf eine günstigere Variante unseres Menüs aufmerksam. Die Qualität des Burgers war für ein Fast Food-Restaurant in Ordnung und im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz sogar besser. Man sollte das Five Guys aber dennoch in den richtigen Zusammenhang setzen: Es ist und bleibt "nur" ein Fast Food-Restaurant.

Great experience here as in most five guys we have been to. Served with a smile today by Charlie around 5pm, she was engaging and cheerful . And love that the staff interact with the customers while they’re cooking the food. Not shy with the portion sizes either, we are always stuffed by the time we leave. Thank you all staff, particularly Charlie, for the pleasant experience - we will be back.

The service was really great the staff polite and the food was prepared very fast. The chips portion was way to much for one person.

Service here on Deliveroo has been not great, but going inside the branch they have been fantastic, Rai looked after us amazingly!!

I had heard so many great things about the milkshakes here so had to try one on an unexpectedly warm March day. It was even better than I had expected! Get the peanut butter as a mix in and it's pure heaven. Will one day try their burgers

I took my grandchildren for lunch 13/07/20 for three horrible squashed burgers with cremated bacon and two small cups of chips and two milk shakes I was charged 46.00 outrageous as my burger was not what I had ordered I ordered a small plain cheeseburger the buns were all squashed and thrown in a bag . I would never go there again what a waste of money and horrible meal

I have been here many times and burgers and chips are really good quality and enjoyable.Also honestly priced.Service can be a bit slow at times but definitely worth a visit.

Yeh its expensive for what it is... But the burgers are cooked fresh infront of you, and are very good qualty, the chips are made fresh in store, and taste like it. The shakes are huge and tasty. Its a perfect quick lunch or dinner Whats not to like?

No issues ordering, very helpful - made it clear I had got a clue. Ordered bacon burger, lettuce, jalapeños & hot sauce with large fries. Burger arrives in a paper bag, covered in fries. Clearly I ordered enough fries for a family. Once I had retrieved the burger from the avalanche of fries, I find it wrapped in silver foil, no issue with that, but seemed partially crushed (I’ve only walked to the seating outside on the concourse). In summary nice taste, poor food presentation, clean restaurant. Don’t think I’m a target punter.

So expensive so be ware everything is well overpriced for what you receive. The burgers are packed with beef however, not up to standard of gourmet burgers we’ve experienced in the past. Fries are crispy hot and well seasoned and better than the any other fries I’ve tried world wide, could be because they are fried in peanut oil and freshly cut, gives them a definite edge. Loved the decor traditional American diner vibe going on, heaps of space in restaurant and out overlooking the mall. Awesome Christmas lights and clean toilets. Worth a visit.

I agree the burger was better than average with a wide selection of toppings. Ingredients are quality and fresh. However this is still a fast food experience, with a venue to match. So I think the food was overpriced, with many alternatives available.

I was really looking forward to have a serious tasty burger but have to say that I am quite disappointed as the bun was soggy and the burger is nothing to get excited about. There are more tastier burgers in any other joint or fast...
