Took the money and never delivered! Can't get in touch with them over the phone either. Disgusting! Do not order!

Fraud. Did not deliver and could not be reached via phone.

I placed an order on their website and it was stuck in pending for an hour, so i after calling them several tines and no answer, i walked 15 mins to the shop to find them closed at 7pm. So £22 frozen in limbo and had to order from somewhere else and an hour of my time wasted. If i could give zero stars for this 'customer experience', i would.

BE WARNED! Phone number says it doesn't connect. App doesn't show order received but money taken from account. Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole.

This guys are the real deal. Fram's pizzas have a unique flavour and texture. They are cooked perfectly. 100% recommended.

Very disappointed after being recommended. 1hour and 45 minute wait and food cold shame because if this had been hot am sure it would of been nice and I would of recommended this shop. I will probably try again but not for delivery

Decent greasy pizza. Whatever the time prediction on the site or app, it will always (every time I've ordered, probably ten times) take longer, you'll get an email the moment you order saying it will be another 15/30/45 minutes longer than it said before you ordered

Decent. Good food, reasonable prices, staff very pleasant, the chap brought my order out to the car as it was ready quicker than they'd said- thank you

Delicious veg pizza - although a bit too much mozzarella! Unfortunately, the burger and chips were low quality greasy.

Have used these for years but unfortunately it has gone downhill this past year or so. Crust is getting thicker, order was 30 minutes late, delivery driver was trying to give it to the wrong address, one of the pizzas was stuck to the lid and to top it off, one of the pizzas was completely wrong! It's a shame but they won't get our custom ever again

This place is my ‘go to’ and has been for months now. They’re yet to disappoint! Best Donna wrap chips n garlic in the Durham area + speedy delivery = Recommended!

Best pizza I've tasted in a long time it was delicious and fresh and the chips I had were freshly cooked too. I highly recommend this place for good food and the staff are welcoming and very polite.

All I can say is best pizza shop around. Even after ordering for the last 2 years from here its still the best. And you have to try either the Peri Peri Chicken kebab or hot shot pizza if you like it hot!!!!!

Just got a garlic bread with donner and it was horrible, the garlic bread was as hard as hell, couldn't eat it, shame coz the last time we got 1 it was gorgeous

Food is good quality, plentiful and tasty. Delivery times can sometimes be excessively long, but they're generally arrive when they say they will.

Got 2 pizza's tonight meant to be deep pan they were flat tasteless overdone most of it put in the bin very disappointed will not returning again avoid

Fantastic first experience. Delicious chicken kebab with excellent fresh varied salad. Very high quality and healthy feeling . Also lovely friendly service and speedy delivery as promised. Will definitely order again.

Very nice pizza like seriously good! It was my first time ordering from here and won't be the last I just hope it's that good every time I go. Handy too as you can order on there website to collect and did so to pickup after work. I booked it for 21:10, arrived at 21:08 and I got the whole order at 21:10 on the button I was very impressed with that!

Really really nice pizza. I thought they would be small because of the price but they weren't. The main guy is really smiley and nice.. hard working lads (the girls were a bit useless, I think they're new so they'll learn). They were really busy so we ended up waiting a about 45 minutes. I'd recommend ordering in advance and picking it up. They do delivery but I'm not sure what their range coverage is and if they charge. The (I'm assuming) owner was really apologetic for the wait and gave us a free bottle of drink, even though we weren't annoyed. I'd choose this over dominoes (except on a Tuesday). They do really good deals as well... I didn't look at all of them, but it's worth having a look because most of the deals will include what you want to order normally - you'll just get free stuff with it. 4.5/5 (it was really annoying to watch the girl work... she was slowing down the owner who was working his butt off).
