Wouldnt eat here again. Foods alright like but staff in this place is atrocious

Ordered on justeat from 4 star Culmore Rd. It gave us a 1hr wait. 30min after the app told us it had been delivered we phoned. To be told that our order hadn't been started and would be another 30min before it would leave. We cancelled our order which instantly changed on the app to cancelled.

One of the garlic breads in the town, pizza wasn't bad either and reasonably priced.

Pizza like this should be called 5 star! Delicious pizza!

I phoned and spoke to a very nice young man. To let him know that the pizza we ordered the pepperoni was burnt black he said they had changed suppliers. but my son has informed me that the pizza was not cooked properly the garlic bread pizza that was ordered was burnt the dough balls the pepperoni was burnt the only thing that he could eat from our order was mozzarella balls. £21.50 for mozzarella balls. And we eat from four star very regularly and when the young man went to get the manager for me to speak to the manager would not come to the phone and said he would ring me back in 5-minutes still waiting.

Had to edit my review, what a difference a few months make.got 2 ×14" pizzas tonight very poor quality. 4 cheese pizza you would expect to have cheese but unfortunately very little cheese.. not a happy camper..

I placed an order for thin base 9" got regular, asked for diet coke again was presented with regular. Dips were a disappointment also. Fair dues to the delivery driver, he changed the coke to diet the representative who placed the order needs to listen and place the order correctly. 1 star. Bring back Donna and Chris. I rang and placed an order and they told me 15 minutes. Got there and paid and he said it wud be ready in a minute. I waited 20 mins and eventually a guy asked me my name and handed me my pizza which had been sitting there the whole time. To top it off they gave me the wrong size but at that point I just wanted to get out. I gave out to the young fella who gave me the pizza who stood smirking at me. No apology -nothing. If they were busy I could maybe have understood but they had two walk ins and 1phone call while I was there- all if whom got their food before me

Pizzas are nice and you know what you are getting - it is a franchise after all. I think it's over priced for what you get though.

I got a takeaway. Very nice. Great service. Seating and kitchen area were literally sparklingly clean.
