Perfectly made, in all my 300 orders of 4 star pizza,this pizza was perfect, cheese didn’t pull away from the crust and fall off, crust was absolutely perfect I’ve never had a 4 star pizza with a crust so perfect, thanks whoever made it !

Always very efficient. Food always hot when arrives especially when I order from 4 star pizza. it beats Dominoes hands down and a bonus being delivered on time 😋

our order came 30 minutes late, and food was cold. very disappointing as had order in from late afternoon today. delivery driver didn't even apologise

the chicken was gorgeous but the garlic cheesy baguette needs more garlic because you could hardly taste it so I'll ask for more garlic next time 😀

Ordered two medium pizzas and the quality was good but they were a lot smaller than I thought they’d be.

Excellent service, lovely food.

Asked for pizzas to be really well done were it’s near burnt and both pizzas were just barely cooked as if on purpose. The second pizza we couldn’t eat as it was so soft even the cheese hadn’t melted yet so both pizzas went into the bin after trying are best to eat just one slice.

The pizza was terribly cooked and the wrong sauce was used on the base, food was cold when arrived, not our usual experience, disappointed

as a big fan of bbq I was very disappointed, bbq sauce isn't like other bbq I've had before. Everything else is spot on but just didn't like the bbq at all.

Lovely pizzas, friendly staff. Usually very busy at weekends. Delivery to Ards, Millisle, Donaghadee, Crawfordsburn, Bangor.

Absolutely outstanding as always, this place is so much better than dominos, they also own the star sub place. Guys your cookies are absolutely unreal, your pizzas are soggy, filled with grease nor cold. Pizzas and the sides always comes fresh, warm, NOT greasy and just absolutely delicious. Turning into an over weight person here with these cookies tho dammmmmmmmm

I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews, especially since we’ve supported this business and even supplied tile to the owner, Darren, when he opened. However, the experience we just had with Four Star Pizza was handled so poorly that I feel compelled to share it. We’ve ordered for delivery at least four times before without any issues. This time, though, Natasha, the duty manager, took our order — a £60 transaction — and incorrectly noted the CVV on the card. Instead of simply rectifying the mistake and proceeding, we were suddenly told that Four Star Pizza would no longer deliver to our address, despite having done so multiple times before. There was no logical explanation provided, and Natasha offered no solutions, only that there was “nothing she could do.” Even more frustrating, she actually hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence, which is absolutely not the level of service one would expect, let alone a so-called “five-star” experience. The most baffling part is that if the store was changing their delivery policy or had an issue with continuing service, they could have easily made this clear after fulfilling the already-placed order. Sending out the delivery this one last time would have been the fair and reasonable approach, followed by a polite explanation that future deliveries wouldn’t be possible. Instead, we were left with confusion, wasted time, and complete disregard for our loyal patronage. Darren, if you’re reading this, I’d be happy to remove or amend this review if we can speak directly and address the situation. It’s unfortunate that this mismanagement and lack of communication has soured our relationship, but I hope there’s still a chance to resolve it.

Mon tue wed thur fri and sun I order my pizza and always ask well done n burnt and that’s how we get it which we love but every Saturday we order the pizza comes barely cooked. For the last two months I’ve ordered every night n the pizza comes perfect apart from Saturday nights pizza. So either who ever cooks on Saturday doesn’t know how to cook pizza are can’t read English. We have had it and won’t order again, I’m sorry

Ordered a vegan pizza (because my daughter has an egg and milk allergy) We were delivered the completely wrong pizza which she was unable to eat. Thankfully I spotted the mistake before she ate it!

didn't even revive my order. I ordered this last night and then fell asleep yet they don't even bother leaving it at your door or anything after you've paid for it. I will never be using just eat or this restaurant again as it isn't hard to leave food at a door, I bet the delivery driver ate it instead!

I ordered twister fries and got send potato wedges and I ordered garlic and herb dips and received none

The food itself was alright but customer service was abysmal, the website took money off me and didn't place the order, rang them again and they said I've to place it again and pay more money but I would get my money back in three days.....the first lie 🤣 had to ring them again and they said to contact head office myself....should've been them doing it but alright, finally got the money back and didnt even apologise or offer anything as an apology, wont be going back.

Never got my order !! Driver said a wee girl answered the door and he didn’t want to leave it but it was only me and my two boys obviously wrong door he went too

Not much toppings on the 🍕. Tbh it looked like I'd hardly any of what I asked for. Also was 10 minutes late, map wasn't updated ( whats the point of a map / +didnt show how far along it was from ordering till making it till delivering it/and no where driver was on map ) overall 1st time using and last time .sorry just being honest.

The worst food delivery experience I have ever had in my life. The food took well over an hour and a half to get delivered during quieter hours and they refused to give me any money back, absolutely ridiculous and as a regular customer I have been put off from ever ordering from here again, absolutely terrible.

Not their usual standard. Hardly any cheese on the pizza, regular crust all puffy and stodgy- more like deep pan and untidy bench where food was being prepared. Disappointing

They didn't put my tin of Fanta orange in the order. I also think the pizza had chilli flakes instead of garlic flakes because it was extremely spicy.

The pizza was good except for the fact that when it arrived there was a couple random jalapenos on it which i did not order, my sister is allergic and has severe reactions towards them and was unable to eat the pizza, other than that 👍

sent a message to say it was running late, it was over an hour the kids had to wait so close to bedtime as well. then when we received it, it was poor quality and needed to be put in the oven to warm it up. I never complain about anything but I will never be ordering from them again. never.

Food came earlier than expected which was great as we ordered it for ASAP, food was hot and everything was lovely, there was a small mistake in the order but when we called the restaurant they rectified it immediately and the driver was back out in probably about 5 minutes- so to summarise: great food, great customer service and we’re all very satisfied, thank you we will be ordering again soon :)

pizza took over an hour to come and when did it was cold. ordered a 12" and 10" came. was 19 pounds aswell. also pizza was all over the box aswell. slices where all at the top off the box. very disappointed with this.

I think Four Star make the best pizzas for the price, just can't go wrong with them and they are open late too
