what is the reason for the timeslot option if it's never gonna be right?

Ordered a vegan pizza (because my daughter has an egg and milk allergy) We were delivered the completely wrong pizza which she was unable to eat. Thankfully I spotted the mistake before she ate it!

didn't even revive my order. I ordered this last night and then fell asleep yet they don't even bother leaving it at your door or anything after you've paid for it. I will never be using just eat or this restaurant again as it isn't hard to leave food at a door, I bet the delivery driver ate it instead!

I ordered twister fries and got send potato wedges and I ordered garlic and herb dips and received none

Pizzas always taste great. Friendly staff in-store and nice drivers. Can be busy at times especially tea time.

The food itself was alright but customer service was abysmal, the website took money off me and didn't place the order, rang them again and they said I've to place it again and pay more money but I would get my money back in three days.....the first lie 🤣 had to ring them again and they said to contact head office myself....should've been them doing it but alright, finally got the money back and didnt even apologise or offer anything as an apology, wont be going back.

Never got my order !! Driver said a wee girl answered the door and he didn’t want to leave it but it was only me and my two boys obviously wrong door he went too

as always the food was gorgeous especially the chicken goujons - They were amazing 🤩

Not much toppings on the 🍕. Tbh it looked like I'd hardly any of what I asked for. Also was 10 minutes late, map wasn't updated ( whats the point of a map / +didnt show how far along it was from ordering till making it till delivering it/and no where driver was on map ) overall 1st time using and last time .sorry just being honest.

Chicken wings were absolutely awful and the wedges were warm but hard , the pizza was lovely as usual

The worst food delivery experience I have ever had in my life. The food took well over an hour and a half to get delivered during quieter hours and they refused to give me any money back, absolutely ridiculous and as a regular customer I have been put off from ever ordering from here again, absolutely terrible.

Not their usual standard. Hardly any cheese on the pizza, regular crust all puffy and stodgy- more like deep pan and untidy bench where food was being prepared. Disappointing

They didn't put my tin of Fanta orange in the order. I also think the pizza had chilli flakes instead of garlic flakes because it was extremely spicy.

The pizza was good except for the fact that when it arrived there was a couple random jalapenos on it which i did not order, my sister is allergic and has severe reactions towards them and was unable to eat the pizza, other than that 👍

sent a message to say it was running late, it was over an hour the kids had to wait so close to bedtime as well. then when we received it, it was poor quality and needed to be put in the oven to warm it up. I never complain about anything but I will never be ordering from them again. never.

Food came earlier than expected which was great as we ordered it for ASAP, food was hot and everything was lovely, there was a small mistake in the order but when we called the restaurant they rectified it immediately and the driver was back out in probably about 5 minutes- so to summarise: great food, great customer service and we’re all very satisfied, thank you we will be ordering again soon :)

All food good,But i bought 3 cans of coke,get 1 ,and request refund,and Said that this time i will not get Any!🤬what?so i ask 3 cans and get 1,for 3 people?

ordered for collection said it would be ready at 6.55 when we went to pick up we had to wait 20 mins.

Bought 2 large pizzas here. Thought I would need to take out a loan to pay for them!! Plus you have to buy the dips!! Give me dominos any day. Won't be coming back here

pizza took over an hour to come and when did it was cold. ordered a 12" and 10" came. was 19 pounds aswell. also pizza was all over the box aswell. slices where all at the top off the box. very disappointed with this.

Food arrived cold and also order was wrong. Rang Resturant for an assistance and no help was given, staff in the background ease dropping on the call were laughing and using foul language obviously thinking I wasn’t able to hear. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitudes!

Delivered a lot earlier than estimated by polite driver. Food was piping hot. Chicken strips and pizza was lovely. Good amount of cheese and loads of toppings on the pizza. Great menu choice and and great options for customising sauce and toppings. Can't believe it's taken so for me to try here

Soggy and pretty much raw fries and everyone got a food poisoning next day. Really bad first experience from 4 star pizza, I wouldn't recommend.

food never showed up but says it was delivered, called the restaurant they said the driver knocked on my door and i didn’t answer but i was waiting out the front and he didn’t come here.

ordered on just eat, after i placed the order i waited outside so other people in the house wouldn’t be woke up by knocking at the door. driver never turned up but the order said it was delivered on the just eat app, i then called the restaurant was told the driver knocked on my door and i didn’t answer even though i was waiting outside and he was never here. restaurant also claimed they called me and texted me but i got no calls or texts, they also told me they would charge me an extra delivery fee to send my order back out then the man on the phone hung up on me.

Food was majorly disappointing. Pizza arrived stone cold I rang to tell them and they said “we’ve been quiet and it left the store straight away” that means nothing to me when I received a cold pizza and we only live 5 mins away it shouldn’t have been cold at all, won’t be ordering again will be sticking with our usual spice island.

Ordered for collection and props to them it was ready earlier than expected, but when I got therewas made to stand in the rain and wait as the shutters were down and as I rang twice the 1st time we couldn’t hear eachother on the phone and heard the second time the wee man working saying my name and then say stop ringing me lol lovely food from here always but was a bit surprised and put off by that customer service

Pizza & curly fries was good & Food was warm on arrival and in ards! The choc chip cookies went down a real treat.
